Hello, wonderful community folks! Your early holiday gift is here - the address question type! Built thanks to popular demand, our address question easily allows you to collect mailing information from your respondents, all within the same question. You can choose which fields you’d like to mark as required. Each element of the address question appears as its own field in the Results panel, giving you the ability to hide any fields you don't need to see in that Results panel. Update your Airtable integration to keep the data flowing 🔁Integration update

Happy New Year 🎉 And with a new year, comes a new announcement! We’ve launched a new version of the Airtable integration, which means anyone who is currently using the integration will need to make some updates to continue sending data to Airtable. Here’s what you need to do: Go to the Connect panel in your form and delete the active Airtable integration. Once deleted, click Connect to reconnect to the new integration. If you have multiple forms connected to Airtable, you will need to do this for each one. For more detailed instructions on setting up the integration, check out our Help Center article here . Hey folks! Some of you may have already spotted this announcement in our August What’s New round up (or even spied it with your eagle eyes in the product 👀). One of our most highly requested features EVER has made it into Typeform! You can now add a Multi-Question Page to your form – including email, short text description and multiple choice questions all on the same page 🥳 📼 Check out @suzieq’s video to see this new feature in action: This update gives you more control over how you ask people for information, helping you tailor forms to your audience. 📣 New Feature Alert! Goodbye notifications, hello Follow-upsProduct update

Happy Spring, Typeform community! The Research & Development team is coming in bloom this season with a new feature that many of you are going to love - conditional follow ups! If you’ve used our notifications feature before, you might be familiar with sending emails after a respondent submits the form. With our new follow-ups feature, you can send different emails based on answers, both on the respondent side and the creator side. Watch the video below for more information on what this looks like. To start using this feature, Click on the gear settings in the form builder. Then, click on “Follow ups” Next, click on the + button to begin creating your follow-up sequence. Choose the condition you’d like the email to send under and create-away! Our building will allow you to edit the email plain text, but you can add your own HTML or CSS to enhance the design. Here's some exciting news for HubSpot users… we are currently rolling out a new experience that allows you to map Typeform questions directly to HubSpot fields without needing to leave the Create panel in your Typeform account 🎉 📺 Check out this video guide from @suzieq to see how it’s done: If you’ve already started creating a form, you will see the option to Create with HubSpot every time you click the + Add content button: From here you'll be taken to the authentication screen to make sure the correct HubSpot account is connected and then when you've selected your question, it'll automatically be mapped to the compatible field in HubSpot. 🛎️ Important Announcement: Integration DeprecationAnnouncement

Hello and happy near-June, Typeformers! If you’ve been keeping up with our email announcements recently, you might have read an update about our integrations. We wanted to post a little reminder here to make sure you're aware of what's happening. In late April, we communicated that the following integrations would no longer be available in Typeform Connect , our integration marketplace: The following integrations will be impacted: Asana Constant Contact Convertkit Mailerlite Onedrive Productboard Thinkific Zendesk Sell We decided to sunset these integrations to allow us to focus our resources on improving more widely-used integrations such as Mailchimp, Slack, and Hubspot (to name a few). You can still connect Typeform with these apps using tools like Zapier , Make or through our webhooks . October is upon us 🎃 (where is this year going?) and we’ve got more exciting new product updates to share, plus keep reading for a special announcement… ✨ Uncover trends in your data You can now use AI to quickly surface key themes from your results thanks to Smart Insights . A report will be generated 24 hours after a form is published, and can be viewed from the Results panel under Smart Insights. This new feature will allow you to get a high level analysis of your data and you can ask follow up questions about your results to generate more insights. 📣 New Feature Alert! Data Enrichment

If you’ve ever needed a lot of information from your respondents but don’t want to ask a lot of questions, Typeform’s data enrichment feature is your answer! Our Typeform for Growth plan is all about getting you quality responses that further your business, and in my humble opinion, our data enrichment feature is one of the coolest (and easiest!) ways to do this. To use the data enrichment feature, all you have to do is add an email question to your form, mark the email field as required, and toggle “data enrichment” on. Once your respondent enters their email address and submits your form, you’ll receive information such as company name, revenue, and primary industry, to name a few, within your Responses . You can find step by step instructions and detailed information on this feature here . 📣 New feature alert! Live form embeddingNew feature

Happy August, typeformers! For those of you who love to embed your typeforms, you’re really going to dig this new feature. Our product team has made a small (but mighty!) update to the embed code. Previously, if you made any changes to the design of the embed (such as the button text/colors/etc), you needed to re-embed the code for those changes to go live. Now, with our updated live embed feature, you can make any changes to the look of your embedded typeform and those changes will automatically reflect in your embedded typeform. Chat UI discontinuation updateAnnouncements

Happy almost June, Typeformers! You may remember our announcement earlier this month in the post here about deprecating the Chat UI: First, thank you all for your feedback and sharing your use cases. We realized it was a bit too soon to deprecate chat, so thanks to your feedback, we’ve decided to move the switch-off date to August 31st, 2023 . We know it isn’t easy to say goodbye to a feature, but we hope the extra time gives you the chance to adjust to the change. And don’t stop sharing your use cases! We’d love to see how you’ve been using chat and offer any alternative suggestions for embeds, such as using our popover option. We chose to deprecate the Chat UI due to low usage, but we’ve been working on new innovative ways to collect, such as Formless . While this isn’t a replacement for the Chat UI, it might be a useful option for you in the future if you’re looking for an even more conversational form…less. New! Typeform email embeds got an update! 🎉product updates

Hey Community! Some good news to end the year - in our quest to help you collect more answers the product team have just released an update to the email embed feature 🚀 Previously when a respondent answered a question embedded in an email the data would be captured once they clicked Submit on the typeform, which wasn’t always helpful as many respondents wouldn’t get as far as clicking Submit 😅 Now, if you embed a single question typeform in an email it will capture the answer and save it in your Results panel without the need to hit Submit! This will make collecting information from your audience so much slicker! New! Get richer insights with Performance TrendsNew feature

It’s one thing to collect data, but it’s another to see how your respondents are answering over a given period of time. If you loved the Insights panel of the builder, you’re going to fancy it even more now with the newest update from our product team - the performance trends! If you’re a visual person like me, seeing data in a chart makes it much easier to comprehend versus a full list of numbers. Thankfully, the product team developed the Performance Trends so you can have a better understanding of how your respondents are answering over a given period of time. How to use the new trends report 1. When you first land on the Insights page, you’ll see a lovely overview of the submission rate over time. 2. If you want to see how many respondents answered over a given period of time, you can use the filters and selectors to narrow it down for your given timeframe. 3. Goodbye Inbox, hello Table!Product updates

[UPDATE: 29 Feb 2024] The Inbox view will be removed on 31 March 2024 and from then the Table view will become the default way of reviewing your responses. Read more about the Table View here. Before I begin to tell you about this new feature, I think this one deserves a drum roll. Without further ado…. Our contact info question is now available! Many (many!) of you have been waiting for this feature, and you can all sleep well at night knowing that it’s possible to ask for contact information in the same question . This feature doesn’t need much explaining, so I’ll dive right into explaining how to add this block to your form in the video below: To use this question: Search or select the question by clicking the + button on the upper left corner of the builder. Next, choose which questions you would like to appear and which you’d like to be marked required. Finally, be sure to publish your typeform so the changes are live! The good news is our product team has just come up with a solution for you!! Typeform's new Eureka Surveys integration provides you with a bucket of respondents ready to complete your form and give you the data requested in your research.
