Share your typeform

Hi,We’ve created our first form and published it. However, when we share the link, everyone gets the following error message: 

Hello,I have created a survey in Typeform that is intended to be a customer satisfaction survey about our company.I now want to share this survey with our customers, but I am unable to do so in a functional way.My goal is to: Upload an Excel file with customer information (name, email, etc.) Send the survey automatically to all listed customers in bulk Be able to identify which customer submitted which response (i.e. see who said what) I have tried different options, including email-related settings and sharing methods, but nothing seems to work. I am not able to send the survey in bulk in a way that allows me to track respondents by name or email in the Responses section.Could you please clarify: Whether this is possible with my current plan Which feature or setup is required to send surveys in bulk and identify respondents If there is a recommended or standard way to achieve this in Typeform Thank you in advance for your help.Best regards,Julia

I was interested in using Typeform to collect survey data from youth. Because we’ve done this same survey in the past, we know that respondents often have to split up the survey completion over a couple of days. Is there a way to create an individualized link for each respondent so that, when they click on it, they will be returned to where they left off? I should note that multiple respondents will be using the same devices to take the survey.

In general surveys, the send button is displayed as follows, but only if i open it on Laptop on Mobile its normal: label.button.submithow can I change that

A user just notified me they saw this message when they clicked on a link in one of my transactional emails: What the heck! This is confusing for people.Was this intentional? There should have been communication regarding a big user-facing change like this.FWIW, I don't mind a new address, but I need time to update all my email templates and site code!

I have my Typeform embedded in a Go High Level funnel. It was working great for over a month but recently it’s only loading with the questions cut off. I have ‘auto’ height and using it the way I usually plug it in. Not sure how to fix this. It’s wither an issue with Typeform or the GHL. Any way I can fix this?

Good morning everyone, Hope you’re doing well,I’m having a problem with the multi logic question currently.I’m building a customer satisfaction survey with a second question asking which aircraft does the customer have?There are 4 differents choices (A,B, C or D) and the answer can be single or multiple, depending of the customer, so technically there are 16 differents outcomes.For each criteria chosen, there are differents references :A contains 3 criterias B contains 4 criterias C contains 5 criterias D contains 4 criteriasI want the customer to be able to display correct criterias depending of his choice(s) within the same question, e.g. if the customer chooses A,B,D i want to see all the 11 criterias proposed within the same question, (I know it’s possible to do question A follow-up criterias then question C follow-up criterias then question D follow-up criterias but I consider that way non elegant and there are lot of questions after to be answer, don’t want him to abandon the sur

Hi allI have a fairly simple quiz question. there are 4 answers and any combo can be selected and each has an answers eg a,b,c+d, abcd etc. I have an answer to each. I set it up using the ‘outcome quiz/matching rules’ feature and it works just fine when testing with the preview button. However when saving an exporting the logic completely messes up and shows seemingly random responses. example a+b come up as the answer for b+d but tends to not be the same every time. PS yes it is definitely saved.Thanks in advance

Just wondering if it would be possible for someone to fill out half of a form, then send it on to another person that can finish filling the information out?

I am working on a project that I want to show personalized results to users right after they complete a form. Think about something like a quiz or survey where you can generate a score or recommend a product based on their answers.I have set up logic jumps and outcome-based thank you screens, but I am wondering; is there a better way with generative AI training but more dynamic? Ideally, I would want to be able to connect it with an external tool or script to conduct more complicated calculations.Is anyone out there using Typeform with a webhook, API or a connected app such as Make (Integromat), or Zapier? Hi,I posted a type form last week on FB, Twitter and LinkedIn - the meta data pulled through for FB and Twitter, but only the correct image is showing on linkedin. I've tried the post inspector, and the meta data is still showing as incorrect. All of the changes have been published in Typeform over a week ago.Thanks!

Hello! I am looking at using Typeform in training sessions. I wonder if learners might share their personality quiz results within a close group or even with their instructor upon completing the questions. Do you have anything into the platform that might help us with this? 

I have a few Typeform surveys that are no longer active, and I’d like to stop accepting responses. Unfortunately, the links to these forms are still circulating, and I want to make sure no one can submit anything through them anymore. However, I don’t want to delete the forms, since I still need access to the existing response data. Is there a way to disable the form or make it inactive so people see a message that it’s closed, without losing the data? Ideally, I’d like to preserve the form structure and results, but prevent any new responses from being submitted. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello,My quiz isn’t displaying correctly on mobile. I’ve tried both selecting “full-screen on mobile” on and off.When full-screen on mobile is enabled, the questions are cut off at the first line.When the toggle of the full-screen on mobile is turned off, the questions are displayed but because the number of selectable answers is quite long users need to scroll down and answers are cut off and you aren’t able to select next to go to the next question.The full-screen has the better user experience, so I would prefer to use that option, but how do I stop the question from getting cut off at the top? Thank you!

I recently built a form and have shared it with 3 individuals to test. 2 out of the 3 individuals can access the form fine. however, one gets the “sorry, you can’t access this Typeform until creator says so” error message. the same individual only gets this message when they access the form on a laptop, it works fine on a phone.i have also tested the form using multiple browsers and 2 different devices and it has always opened fine. i did read on another post that potentially sharing before publishing will cause this issue, and i believe this is something i may have done.the form is open to new responses (i.e. not closed)link to form here: https://innertemple.typeform.com/to/XLaz9gZ3#serial=xxxxx

Hi all, I’ve had a number of emails from Chinese clients recently who’ve said they’re experiencing problems uploading files to one of our Typeforms. We have a lot of Chinese clients and have had no issues with this in the past, but they are nearly all getting the error message: “An error occurred while uploading the file”. It’s not to do with the file size as they’ve checked it’s under 10MB. Is this a recent issue, and are others aware of this? They’re able to complete other Typeforms that don’t require a file upload… Many thanks!

Hallo there,We've been using Typeform for a few days now, have a business plan, and our goal was actually to make our surveys multilingual. So far, so good, but unfortunately, AI has its limitations. For this, we downloaded individual translations and manually adjusted some things. When uploading, no matter which language we choose, we always get an error message saying "We could not upload this translation. Try again." Even if we download the translation and then immediately try to upload it again without making any changes, the same thing happens. What can we do?
