Share your videoask

I am trying to use video ask as a tool for entrepreneurs to ask a question of a network of advisors in a secure environment. As such, I have built out the workflow, but and now I want to be able to give access to entrepreneurs to create a videoask using my template and then I will share it with my network. Does anyone have suggestions about how I can accomplish this? 

I’m trying to figure out how to create a workflow for an entrepreneurial community to ask questions/state challenges to a network of advisors and then have the advisors respond with their willingness to help and provide a date/time they would be willing to jump on a call. How do I create a workflow that would allow entrepreneurs to record their own video ask and submit to me?  Once it is created and submitted, I will select five advisors to receive and respond to the video ask by agreeing to provide advising and suggesting a time and date.  I will then facilitate the meeting and set up the time/dateHow do I create this workflow? I built something, but I’m not sure if it is going to work. 

HiI have a use case where I would like to send a videoask to invite members of my alumni association to an event.  We have 300+ members in the group. I would like to send a personalised message to each. Is there any tool or feature that can be used to create a personalised video without having to record 300 individual videos as the message is same, i only want to personalize their name.Thank you!Kaiz  

Hello, is there a way to share all the responses from a videoask onto a website?

Hi all 👋I have been using VideoAsk for a few months now and it has quick become my favourite tool to use for both my day job as a recruiter and my side hustle as a web designer. From a recruiter point of view, I wondered if it would be possible to expand on the Contacts section of the app - to be able to add contacts directly, rather than someone having to interact with a VideoAsk first?For example at the moment, I create a VideoAsk for each candidate I interact with to introduce myself, them for applying and to offer the opportunity for them to ask any questions they might have before moving on to the next stage of the hiring process. (As a recruitment agency we pre-screen candidates to then pass on to the hiring manager for actual screening).Most candidates will not interact with the VideoAsk to the point of them needing to submit details which will then add them into my ‘Contacts’. This means that if I was then to want to send another VideoAsk, I would have to create a fresh one an
