Typeform conversations

The user is already on my site and logged in so I know their email address. When the access a certain beta feature (with waitlist), I’d like to prompt them to join the waitlist and collect some data about their use case. However, since we already know who they are, I’d like to add identifying information to the form submission, without having to prompt the user for it. It could be email (preferred), or could be user_id. In either case, the value would come from the javascript environment that is rendering the app and form. I have not had luck finding this answer in the docs; Google thinks I’m asking about notifications :( 

Hello,I am trying to create a quiz calculator with 7 questions and 7 variables. The variables are all numeric, with initial value = 0.The idea is that depending on which answer you choose in each of the questions, it adds an amount to each of the variables.For example:If in question 1 you choose option A, add @mini=+5 and @indu=+2 (and the rest of the variables remain zero).If it is question 2, choose option C, sama @nord=+4 and @mini=+2-So the result would be @mini=5+2=7 indu=2 and nord=4.Then I am sending the results using a URL of the type mydomain.com/mypage/?mini=(result)&nord=(result)&indu=(result)The URL works fine and shows me the data, but the summation is not done right.Is it possible to create this kind of calculators using variables?Thank you. I am on a paid plan and and went to a student plan (still paying but a lesser $$ amount).  My form was working fine on my webpage for months but now it shows the following: This Typeform has moved to a new addressHit the button and we’ll redirect you to form.tyoefirm.comCONNTINUE I click the CONTINUE button and it takes me to the right form but it never used to require this extra step.  How do I get rid of this so it goes straight the survey? 

Hello,We recently integrated GA4 on one of our running typeforms, and just got the data from the week-end on GA4. We indeed see two events fired TypeformQuestionPassed and TypeformSubmit. However, we don’t see which questions are being passed (0 event value) and thus we can’t access the drop-off rates of the questions on this form.Do you have any idea how we could fix this? I didn’t find the solution following this and this.Thank you in advance for your help! PS: Maybe to keep in mind, the typeform is not an embedded typeform.

My form requires a date that most of the times will be the current date (the date when the form was filled).It is important that my form can be filled quickly so is there a way that I can preset the date question with the current date but still allow the user to change it if necessary?

Everytime I try to edit or create my typeform I go to a page that asks for my opinion on the mobile version and what it should offer.  I need to edit my form NOW!

I recently made a post here regarding a typeform page hosting a virus, as it was flagged. My typeform post and account were deleted, so I am making the post again without the concerned link. I would like someone to look at this link and to dertermine if it’s a virus as it’s a questionnaire for a major website and app.  I don’t understand my post would be deleted. When I’m only asking a question. My issue is that typeform should better analyze its content for viruses.  thanks. And please don’t block me again.

Is there a way to prevent a user from going to the next step until the payment from the payment question is correct. I’m looking to charge for a consultation and then allow the customer to schedule the meeting in the following question.I don’t want the user to be able to move on to the next question to schedule a meeting if the payment wasn’t successful.Is this possible?

I’m embedding TypeForm into my constant contact e-newsletter through a link. I’m not seeing instructions to make sure the respondent is redirected back to the original email. I see instructions for a redirect to a URL.Suggestions? 

HelloWe created a survey and filled it with 40+ responses.After that we connected our google accout to automatically create a google sheets file. How can I populate the sheets file with the previous responses? 

 I want to make a form where with each question a respondent answers, I will want a specific pre set recommendation made based on their yes or no answer. Then I would want those recommendations given at the end of the “quiz.” Is that possible?

I really need to link 15 to 4. How can I go about fixing this? I’m new, but to me it doesn’t seem to be looping back to another branch or earlier in the logical sequence. What am I missing?EDIT: changed 5 to 4  

I have a multiple choice question for the user’s role and want to navigate to the next question based on their answer. Role is chosen on question 3 and no matter which role I choose, it navigates to question 4. I have copied my form and stripped it down to a few questions and only one logic jump to test it out and it still does not work. I cannot find what I am overlooking.

Hi,It’s seems that the Form Responses API does not support pagination. I tried reverse-engineering a few classic parameters (like page or offset) to see if it was a missing documentation piece, but it appears not.It does have a page_size response parameter (limited to 1000) and it’s recommended to play with the other filtering params if we reach this max page number. The lack of simple pagination API for “Form Responses” is a bit puzzling and the above recommendation doesn’t really allow to build a robust fetching behavior. It’s particularly sad since the “Form” API does support pagination (and my guess is that number of forms will be in average much smaller than the number of form responses).Is adding pagination a planned feature?What’s the best way to request such a feature and track it?Thanks!Vince

Hi team! I am trying to use a hidden field in my Typeforms to automatically pull the first name of the user in my Wordpress site. I’ve embedded the form and they work perfectly but need that personalised touch with a first name. I haven’t been able to find the merge tags on Wordpress for me to add this in.
