Calling @john.desborough and other math whizzes!I have a scored quiz in which I have two groups of results that need to be weighed against each other. It is fine if there are ties!I am basically taking categories like the below screenshot, and have multiple choice questions for each bolded category below, in which recipients can select as many adjectives as apply to them (there are 12 categories in total): For the first group, there 12 variables (ie @innocent_brand; @sage_brand, etc). Each question has scoring applied whereby for every adjective selected under The Innocent, 1 point is added to @innocent_brand. The second group of questions is the exact same set, just applied to their client. Hi Community I’m hoping you can help,I have a reporting structure set up for our Typeforms with Google Sheets/Google Slides and Document Studio.It was working perfectly pre-Christmas and was tried and tested.  Now all of a sudden the images being pulled from the spreadsheet to the reports are massively reduced in quality, blurry and unreadable.I’ve genuinely changed nothing so I don’t know what has happened. Any tips would be greatly appreciated?AfterBefore 

I am creating a typeform that can come to various different end screens, depending on a scoring model. Depending on the end screen, users should see 1) scoring results and 2) a combination of two videos (from Vimeo): 1st video depending on end screen2nd video the same for all six endscreens I can combine the two videos into a Vimeo Showcase. Can, and if yes how, is this embedded into my typeform endscreen so that I can show this together with the scores from the survey?

Hi,I don’t know why my respondents gets notification even after I deactivated them - because I’m sending them via email marketing provider. Do someone have the same problem?  Thanks

I have a very branching typeform. It goes all different ways, depending on the answers given. There are a few different email questions asking for the respondents email at different places depending on where appropriate. Is there a way of skipping this question if the email has already been captured earlier??

Hello,I want to build a request form where people can reply to several questions in different branches.Ex: Choice between 3 categories Select the 1st category and moving to branch 1 At the end of the 1st branch, offer the possibility to go back on the category selection Select the 2nd category, moving to Branch 2 and end the questionaryI created the form and the logic, but unfortunately when people reply to the 2nd branch after having replied to the 1st, I only get values populated for the 2nd branch, the replies gave on the first branch are gone. 

I am successfully using Stripe to collect registration fees. However, I have ONE customer who has said she cannot complete the cc form. She says it lets her put in her name but it won’t let her input her cc number, exp date, security code. I’ve had no issues from anyone else on this particular registration list. I contacted Stripe and they said it has to do with typeform. Any ideas?

Struggling with this workflow!User purchases a Notion template, which contains (among other content) an embedded Typeform. The purchase is made from my Squarespace website, they are signed up to Active Campaign list, and send the Notion Template link from there. The results from the Typeform will both show on an ending screen as well as be emailed to the recipient. So, I’d prefer not to ask for the email address or name again.(I will also be using the Typeform as a solo survey occasionally so I do need to ask!).Is there a way to pass along hidden fields to the Typeform embed within the Notion template?I’m stumped! TY!

I would like to create a feedback survey. I would like to use open ended responses and when the survey is complete have all the answers combine together, then allow my customer to copy and paste with a link to google, or facebook, yelp etc to paste their answer. Is that possible? Thank you.

I created a Typeform QR code, and while it works great when scanned by an Iphone, when it is scanned with an android it does not allow the user into the typeform. Ive attached an image of what the user sees after scanning the QR. Any assistance would be appreciated. 

Hi there, I am struggling to successfully log into Typeform 95% of the time. When I do log in, the system is very slow, clunky and pages regularly don’t load. When I successfully created a Typeform today, it then wouldn’t publish.I have tried this on different computers and browsers using different IP addresses with the same results.  Can anyone help?

I’m trying to export a Summary report of responses to PDF, but the PDF does not include all questions in the actual Summary report.  I’ve tried in multiple browsers to eliminate that as a possibility and even tried actually printing the report.  I can’t identify any differences between the questions that are not included in the PDF - they are opinion scale questions, just the ones above that are included.  I understand that certain questions, like Matrix questions, can’t be included in the PDF summary, but I don’t have any of those.

Description: The 'file-upload-storage' feature can not be used by this account | I have allowed all authorization to my google drive and google docs and am still presented with this message. Hi,I want to integrate Typeform with Hubspot.Unfortunately I can’t map the email field in TypeForm to the email field in HubSpot. Whenever I want to save it I get the error messages that there might have been changes to the fields in HubSpot and that I should retry. There aren’t any changes in Hubspot...any ideas what the problem could be?--- UPDATE ---Deal and Company creation worked out of a sudden, I have no idea why.My best,Stephan

 I am delighted I’ve gotten a VIP A-lister on my coaching programme and hence I am planning to run some FB ads and use FB pixel in Typeform. However, this is a paid feature. Does this effect my subscription plan and therefor the URLs of my existing typeforms if I upgrade then downgrade my plan?

Hello,The Hubspot integration creates a deal and a contact , but no associates the contact to the deal, some days ago it was working but suddenly starts failing. Thanks 

Do you need the Enterprise Plan to be able to completely get rid of any TypeForm.com domains and subdomains?   If so, how much is Enterprise Plan?   I LOVE TypeForm but, don’t want clients seeing typeform.com anywhere.  

I have created 4 different quiz forms each having only 1 question with 2 or 3 answers .I send the participants the link of the first form and then they choose an answer and  press submit , after that they redirect to the second form then to the third etc, The link i send to the first team is like #sourceteamone  to the other team #sourceteamtwo and so on..I have enabled and tested in various ways ( source - name -email  ) the hidden fields. With the first form everything looks fine. I can collect ( to slack app ) the answers from the teams and I can see which team has the answer when they press submit.and that is correct.After this step they redirect to the next form ,the problem is that when they press submit I can see wrong information .ex. an attendee from teamone press submit but what i see in slack is that have anwer the teamtwo and this happens vice versa .
