Typeform conversations

I’m trying to export a Summary report of responses to PDF, but the PDF does not include all questions in the actual Summary report.  I’ve tried in multiple browsers to eliminate that as a possibility and even tried actually printing the report.  I can’t identify any differences between the questions that are not included in the PDF - they are opinion scale questions, just the ones above that are included.  I understand that certain questions, like Matrix questions, can’t be included in the PDF summary, but I don’t have any of those.

Hello, Typeform CommunityWhen importing a google doc to TypeForm I recieve this error message:The account is not authorised to use some of the features---------Error #1. Description: The 'file-upload-storage' feature can not be used by this account | I have allowed all authorization to my google drive and google docs and am still presented with this message. Hi,I want to integrate Typeform with Hubspot.Unfortunately I can’t map the email field in TypeForm to the email field in HubSpot. Whenever I want to save it I get the error messages that there might have been changes to the fields in HubSpot and that I should retry. There aren’t any changes in Hubspot...any ideas what the problem could be?--- UPDATE ---Deal and Company creation worked out of a sudden, I have no idea why.My best,Stephan

 I am delighted I’ve gotten a VIP A-lister on my coaching programme and hence I am planning to run some FB ads and use FB pixel in Typeform. However, this is a paid feature. Does this effect my subscription plan and therefor the URLs of my existing typeforms if I upgrade then downgrade my plan?

Hello,The Hubspot integration creates a deal and a contact , but no associates the contact to the deal, some days ago it was working but suddenly starts failing. Thanks 

Do you need the Enterprise Plan to be able to completely get rid of any TypeForm.com domains and subdomains?   If so, how much is Enterprise Plan?   I LOVE TypeForm but, don’t want clients seeing typeform.com anywhere.  

I have created 4 different quiz forms each having only 1 question with 2 or 3 answers .I send the participants the link of the first form and then they choose an answer and  press submit , after that they redirect to the second form then to the third etc, The link i send to the first team is like #sourceteamone  to the other team #sourceteamtwo and so on..I have enabled and tested in various ways ( source - name -email  ) the hidden fields. With the first form everything looks fine. I can collect ( to slack app ) the answers from the teams and I can see which team has the answer when they press submit.and that is correct.After this step they redirect to the next form ,the problem is that when they press submit I can see wrong information .ex. an attendee from teamone press submit but what i see in slack is that have anwer the teamtwo and this happens vice versa .

Hi, We have created a new theme, and we would like to know how to update all our typeforms with this new theme. At the momento we have more than 200 typeforms and if we have to make it manually it would be very tedious.Thank you very much Lorena

Hi,Could access to typeform results (outcomes) be made available in the integration with Mailerlite?Currently only field data can be passed. The Mailerlite support team tell me the integration is built by the Typeform team not them.This small improvement to bring it more into line with the Mailchimp and other integrations would be very helpful and remove the need to use Zapier or Make.The cost-saving of moving to Mailerlite and not using a 3rd party integration platform (for us) is the equivalent of the typeform cost, it would pay for itself.Thanks.

hii want to redirect my form to a link, i have already upgraded my plan so it should allow me to publish, but its not allowing me to publish the formthe plan i am on is £30 per month, do i need a different plan?regardstom

Hi all, Thanks in advance for your help. I’m kind of new to web dev, so maybe someone here knows how to tackle this. I put up my Typeform on my page in order for them to download our One Pager:https://fiks.nl/voor-bedrijven/As you will notice, the page automatically jumps to the box in which they can type their name. Do you know how to tackle this? If you enter that page it should load normally and not jump to the Typeform. Thanks!!

Hi there Typeform Community! I’m working on a calculator so my website visitors can get an estimate on the development of an mobile app. I work with the @score variable but there doesn’t seem to be an option to get numbers after the decimal. So the resultaat is that the price is shown as: 37820 in stead of 37.820.  Does any one know how to tackle this? Would love to hear from you

hi everyone I’m new hereI’ve created a free survey and then converted to a basic plan once I was ready to send the survey, to a basic plan. I’m not seeing much difference? Am I missing something other than $290AUD?…. 

I’d like to have add a banner or logo to the top of my Respondents Notification email. I’ve review several other questions in the community regarding this but no answer. Is this possible? In other words, is it possible to add a JPEG or PNG to Notify Respondent email? Thanks

I am trying to add conditional logic to a question, but when I get ready to enter the “Then” condition, it jumps to the bottom of the screen and my condition is not entered or saved. I’ve attached screenshots for visual. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!  

I have exported the code for a full page lead gen form, I am trying to upload it to Wordpress Divi theme. This appears to be very different from the tutorial and I can’t work out how to make it full with. I add a new row and add <code> module, add the code and the form appears as a small window I’ve tried changing sizing to 100vh/vw, 100% and nothing works.

Hi friends! I followed the steps in this Help Article for “Example 3: Advanced personality test (Branching and calculations).”However I think I am missing something. Can you have more than 4 questions with this format?  If it’s possible to have more than 4 questions, do you know how I would set up the logic on the final question of the quiz if there are 10 or more questions? 🙏🏻I have a hunch it might only be able to go up to 9 based off of how it’s scoring… 🤔 Example from article: 4 if answer “A” has been chosen 4 times 13, or 103, or 1003 if answer “A” has been chosen 3 times 1102, 1012, or 112 if answer “A” has been chosen 2 times and none of the other answers have been chosen twice (this way you’re ruling out situations in which the user has picked “A” twice and “D” twice, where neither “A” nor “D” constitutes the majority of the answers)

Hi, we connected GA to our typeform https://stepfix.typeform.com/book-a-repair but I am not sure how to exactly set up the filters for the Typeform only view. I used an exclude hostname filter that excludes our main domain stepfix.co. Could someone verify and share exact setup to exclude the main website traffic in this view and vice versa, how to exclude the typeform traffic in a website only view? Thanks!
