Hi!I wanted my form to be in chatbox theme however, the calendly calendar is not shown if this is enabled. Please see below: I’ve got no problem if the chat feature is disabled. Is there a way the calendly calendar can be shown if its on Chat Feature?? Thank you

Hi there,I am very new to Typeform and am trying to create a survey that uses Jump Logic. I have a multiple-choice question at the start of the survey where I want the user to have the option to be able to multiple selections. I have created a number of question groups but am struggling to find the Jump Logic option when I look in the Edit Logic options (see below). I can see from @john.desborough examples that there is Jump Logic, but I am unable to find it. Hi, I’m building a website that will have a Typeform with a Stripe integration with a $100 payment. I’m working on implementing an affiliate system that will track that stripe purchase. I’m currently speaking with a SaaS that will help me build an affiliate system, but they wanted to get certain details below that I’m not sure how to find:“If Typeform will be handling Stripe payments, their form needs to add metadata on the checkout data that they send to your Stripe. This metadata is a tracking ID that refers back to the affiliate. If they don't allow this, your alternative will be to use implement your own Stripe Checkout so that this tracking ID can be added to the checkout data.”If anyone knows the answer to this it would be great, thanks a lot!

I’m having issues getting the logic to work for an unlimited multiple choice question. The question is to select all the services they’re interested, and the outcome would be to give them different price ranges based on their selections. With up to 12 selections to choose from, this leads to way too many combinations, I’m stuck trying to figure out if this should be based on scores, where the more they select the higher price ranges they’ll have to choose from. Or I could focus on the most expensive services, and if / when they select that service it automatically sends them to the higher price tiers. HOW do I do that? Have all OR statements with that one option included in all of those? So if anyone selects that service in combination with others, it sends them to the next question I want it to.  Hope I’m making sense...help.Endless combinations, when I really just want to focus on H & I as the expensive options. Hello,I am creating a multiple choice quiz with different endings depending on answers.  There are some cases where the user can select multiple answers in question 1 and should be sent to a specific ending, while if they only select one answer in question 1 they should be sent to a different ending. I have set this up in the logic but it doesn’t seem to work. It always takes me to the first ending I added… 

Hi Team,Can you tell me what is the limit of the number of logic actions objects in the UI ? We have a form of 500 questions with each question having 3 to 4 logic action, and when we go in the logic part of a given form in the UI a warning message appears and warns us about the logic being above a limit and therefore it will not be loaded in the UI.Thanks in advance

I need help logging in to my account and i can’t find a way to speak to human to get the issue rectified.When i try to login it directs me to a page that says ‘the URL entered doesn't exist' - i need to create a survey asap and can’t find an answer online nor can i find a way to speak to a human about the issue. #annoyedcustomer

Hello everyone, I have an issue that I need help with. It could affect my conversion rateI have a form with several questions, the last one being a long text question.The long text is optional. There is no Submit (in german “senden”) button visible unless you press enter, start scrolling or type an answer. I thought this was just the way typeform works and there is no way around this.Here is the link. Hi,First time trying Typeform and it looks great for our use case.Unfortuanely I didn’t read the trial terms properly and in my testing I used up 6 of the 10 trails (I’m doing a demo of 5 questionaire types)I did want to share this with my boss so he can see what we can do.Does anyone know if Typeform would reset or extend the trail (I really only need to let 2 other people test them a few times each)ThanksG

We are receiving notices from European colleagues that their responses will not load when they hit submit. (error details and screenshot below)We have a deadline this weekend to receive submissions (for conference presentations), and need to sort this out ASAP. We don’t know how far this problem extends, only that we know of it in Europe (successful submissions so far are from the US). Users have already tried reloading the form, using different browsers, clearing their cache, etc. (the instructions we received from a helpdesk ticket).Anyone else have similar issues or know of possible solutions? We were planning to use this tool extensively for multiple conference needs but if this problem persists it will be of no use to us all.Here are the errors:I have tried to submit a proposal several hours ago and it still just says "Your response hasn't been sent yet. Well, this is embarrassing. Retrying in 14 seconds..." and then it reloads with the same message and counts down from 30. Though

We’re seeing an error every time we attempt to add a Typeform to a chat in Intercom. We uninstalled and reinstalled the integration but it didn’t work. Any ideas? 

I’m planning to send my survey via email to my customers. I don’t want them to have to write their names and email addresses again. Is there anyway to create an individualized form and see the survey responses in the “Results” section with the email next to them?I saw a previous post and the advice was to use a URL like the one illustrated below- ttps://yourform.typeform.com/to/yourlink#email=xxxxx  However, I tried that and when I got to the survey “Results” tab, I don’t see the email address attached to that response.

Hello all! Fairly new to Typeform and am trying to sort out a logic issue. I have a multiple choice slide with 6 program areas of the business. Each option sends the user to another slide with a drop down box where they must choose a position they are looking to recruit.  This is working fine. HOWEVER, the logic is going from each drop down instead of by passing all 6 drops down and going to slide 17.  How do I remove the logic from slide to slide? Slide 7 needs to go to Slide 17.  Slide 8 should as well.  Thank you for any insight.  It’s getting frustrating. Stephene

Hello, At the end of my questionnaire, people can download a document. Everything works, except on iphones that use Safari. It returns to a 404 error page. However, on safari macbook, it works.Is there a problem?

Hello! I was using Mailchimp for email marketing which had Typeform integration to export email automatically. I decided to use Squarespace’s email marketing that’s integrated with my website and didn’t see Squarespace on the integration list on Typeform. Is there a way to automatically send email collected via Typeform to Squarespace email?

But then I would like to have some more endpages to explain, was the result means. So Ending A should be followed by ending B.
