Hello, At the end of my questionnaire, people can download a document. Everything works, except on iphones that use Safari. It returns to a 404 error page. However, on safari macbook, it works.Is there a problem?

Hello! I was using Mailchimp for email marketing which had Typeform integration to export email automatically. I decided to use Squarespace’s email marketing that’s integrated with my website and didn’t see Squarespace on the integration list on Typeform. Is there a way to automatically send email collected via Typeform to Squarespace email?

But then I would like to have some more endpages to explain, was the result means. So Ending A should be followed by ending B. Hello all! I have an issue here, thank you for your help.My problem is, Adwords is not recognizing conversions as coming from Adwords, it is shown as direct.My sole source of traffic is Adwords.The typeform is embedded on a landing page.I added GTM to my typeform, and created a goal based on events in GA. The goal is triggering correctly.I imported the conversion from GA to AdWords.We have 2 conversions today but none are showing from Adwords, only direct in GAHow do I fix this?Thank you for your help!

Hi. Trying to integrate TypeForm into my Freshsuite account and the the response says “The page you were looking for could not be found” when trying to generate the integration from your website. My domain doesn’t end in .io, it ends in .com. Freshsales has an integration on their side, but I cannot locate an API key anywhere with TypeForm. Please help.Thanks James

I have a subscription that allows for 250 responses per month, but ALL responses were instantly filled by fake BOT responses. I am trying to redo the campaign and create a landing page to validate respondents are real humans before I manually send them the link to our survey. If I delete all of the BOT responses in my account, will I be able to start over or will they still be counted toward my monthly response limit. Can I have customer service reset my response limit for this month so I can start over?

Hi,I have a query regarding Redirect on completion functionality.I have created a form and integrated a webhook for that. I found this documentation: https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029257112-Redirect-on-completion-Classic-builder-where I get to know that I can add information on my redirect URL, but I m not sure how to add form response ID(I'm getting this in the response of webhook) as a query parameter to redirect URL.Can you please help me to know, How can I add response id as a URL parameter?Thanks!

I am creating a customer survey that will be shared with different segments of customers (about 20 customer segments). The questions to be asked are same for all but the responses will vary by segment. I want to be able to analyze the overall response as well as track responses at a segment level. The parallel of this in SurveyMonkey is having multiple collector links, sharing a unique link with each segment, and then I can track the collector link code in the responses. Creating multiple surveys would be the tedious option. Can I create multiple links for the survey and then track the responses of each link in survey result? Is there a better alternative?

Hi Community!Currently, I send out 1 generic survey links to the mass. I’d like to edit the survey by adding more questions and logic. Would my survey link change if i edit it? I hope not, since the survey link is already advertised to public. Appreciate your help :) 

Hello,I’m having a hard time with the way Typeform export the files uploaded by my respondents.It creates a .zip format which once decompress create subfolders (name of folder being the Token value, i guess internal unique value for each response) that contains the fils uploaded by one respondent.Currently i have to manually rename each of these subfolders with the name of each respondent.would it be possible to name the folders with for my example the name of the respondent ?thank you for your help.D. 

Hi there, First time typeform user and I have to say I am quite disapointed by the limitiations, no custom css, no option to translate, no option to place more than one field on one page 🤔For relatively expensive service I think it will be my last time to use. Anyways, did anyone found a way to translate or hide the text on the labels and placeholders? It looks so so wierd and unprofessional to leave them in English and my language is of course not supported. Thank you in advance!
