The data downloaded via Typeform is in .json format .. how do i access the same?

Hi! Is it possible to integrate Typeform surveys into company’s site? Or, for example, we have an article and want to add a Typeform to it. We can add only link to survey on Typeform site or we can implement the Typeform survey on the page? 

When I add a mailchimp integration to my form (asking about phone + email), if the respondent only adds email without phone, the form doesnt submit and it keeps saying “trying again”!

Hi all, Complete newbie here. I am building a job referral board as a side project.I am collecting job openings via an airtable. Referrals would come in via a Typeform. Therefore I would like to have the Airtable inputs of fields such as company or position as options of a single choice question on typeform. I have already connected Airtable to Typeform via API Key but that’s about it. I have a series of Typeform forms that capture leads from people interested in my company's products.As it stands we manually respond to every single lead we receive with a personalized email as an introduction, and to let the lead know that we are available for any questions they may have. The reason is because we do not know how to automate the response process with a personalized email. So currently, we receive an email notification that a typeform lead submission has come in, and an appointment setter has to manually copy and paste a standard response we send everyone, but changing the NAME of the person and the email of who is receiving it.How can we set up an automated email to be sent from you to every lead that submits a completed form?Thank you!

As I try to login it automatically sends me to a signup (new account) page: I even logged out from all my google accounts to log in to just the one I used to set my typeform (paid account) with and it still doesn’t work.

When sending out my survey via email, is there anyway to see who submitted the response? It does me no good, professionally, if the responses are anonymous and I cannot see who filled out the survey. Please help!

I need to create a survey where someone can come and register users (name, email address) and purchase a membership for each user.  The price will depend on how many users they register.  I need to give the user the option to loop back through and add more, and I need to keep track of how many times they have done it, so I can calculate the price.  So my loop would be:Enter Name Enter email address Would you like to add another? (If yes go back to 1. If no go to 4.) You have entered Y users, so the price is Y x £5 = £15I’ve created a basic flow where I can get the survey to loop back and allow them to enter multiple users, and I created a Variable to track how many times they do that - I have a rule on step 2. that says ‘Always ADD 1 to @counter’.  However when I get to step 4 it always just shows 1 in the @counter variable.  It seems to reset the variable every time you loop back through.Any suggestions on how I can do this?

Hi, We started using Typeform and it did not suit our needs. We have not been online in months. The auto renewal just went off and it surprised all of us.  Can we please have a refund as we have not used or plan to use the platform ?Much appreciated. HDL

Hey Typeformers, I’ve read what feels like 50 posts about this, and I’m still feeling stuck. What I want to do is pretty simple, and what I’m digging up appears to be quite complex. It looks like @john.desborough is the pro in this area, so maybe he can dumb it down for a Typeform newbie :) Here’s the deal:Q1: 6 options (select as many as you like)  3 answers have 1 follow up question  3 answers have none  I have the brand logic set if you select all 3 of of the options that require a follow up question, but I can’t crack the code if you select just 2, or 1 and 1 (or 3) of the options with no follow up questions.  I’ve read and experimented with the “question grouping” structure, but still getting stuck. If there are any videos out there that show this particular use case, that’d be awesome!  Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi, I’m working on building a quiz which will lead to health recommendations.The data I will be collecting are very sensitive and I need to make sure that I can guarantee the required security to ma participants.According to the law the data will need to be accessible by a doctor only (even myself and typeform can’t have access to them) and they need to be hosted on a certified server (I know AWS benefits from the ‘HDS’ certification but not for all their services. which one is typeform using?) thank you

I am trying to get a feedback form build where the respondant can leave comments if they want to. I don't seem to be able to find the option to submit without the content in the text box? 

We collect payments on Typeform through Stripe. However, when payments are made, we would like customers to receive an automated email with their receipt. Is this possible to setup through Typeform given the integration with Stripe?
