When I went to export data at 11:15pm tonight, I could see that there were new records. When I went to choose the time frame, my last choice was 6/4, which was also the last date of a record on the server. However, when I exported the records, I didn’t get all of the new records. It only exported records prior to 19:00. Records from 19:00 to 23:15 (11:15pm) were not exported.I assume this is because I’m in CST and 5 hours behind the server. It appears, that in order to export the remaining records, I need an option for 6/5, but since 6/5 doesn’t exist in CST, I am not given that option. I have to wait until after midnight to export the last 5 hours of my todays data. It appears to be a discrepency between the server’s time and the time used by the user interface to give me date choices.Anyone have a way around it short of exporting EVERY record ever created in VideoAsk? Thank you.
Hello, I would like to inquire if there are any server restrictions when attempting to load embed.js using the script tag <script async src="https://embed.typeform.com/embed.js"></script>In automated tests, sometimes the request response has a status of 0 (unknown). Could this be due to something like a rate limiter or similar restrictions, or might the issue be on my side?
My NPS is stacked on a few lines and the labels are not in the correct place. Does anyone know how to fix the NSP
Hi! Is there a way to exclude views, starts, and completions from specific IP addresses so we have more accurate insights / statistics on how our lead gen form is performing? Multiple people on our team have viewed, started and completed the form as we’ve been testing and refining the form.
Hi!I’m struggling to get my head around some complex branching. I have a form which asks if customers would like “optional extras”. They can choose any combination of:Inside oven Inside fridgeCarpet cleaning Upholstery cleaning There are follow up questions to each. For example, the selection of ‘inside oven’ should lead to ‘how many ovens’. Similarly, ‘inside fridge’ should lead to ‘how many fridges’.The difficulty I’m having is that is customers choose ‘inside oven’ and ‘inside fridge’, the follow up questions for ‘carpet cleaning’ still appear. I anticipate further issues whereby the choice of ‘upholstery cleaning’, will lead to another set of answers which customers can choose a selection of, which again should lead to the relevant follow ups. Aware there are multiple thread that have been through this however, they seem to be from a few years ago so not sure if they still apply. Any help would be massively appreciated! Thanks

I've set up my survey so that my customers recieve an individual link attached to their email address. Is it possible to lock the individual link once the person has submitted? I don't want the individual to forward the link to others.
Is it possible to allow submission of a form only to a list of known e-mail addresses? I could set up a logic jump but the question is can i as condition set a “list” of hundreds of e-mails? Also the logic jump would need a message as target (like “sorry this form is restricted to a list of e-mail addresses). If its not possible with logic jumps any other way?
Hi all, I’ve had a number of emails from Chinese clients recently who’ve said they’re experiencing problems uploading files to one of our Typeforms. We have a lot of Chinese clients and have had no issues with this in the past, but they are nearly all getting the error message: “An error occurred while uploading the file”. It’s not to do with the file size as they’ve checked it’s under 10MB. Is this a recent issue, and are others aware of this? They’re able to complete other Typeforms that don’t require a file upload… Many thanks!
Apologies in advance if this has been covered somewhere else (n I couldn’t find it). Is there a way to include this image, as part of a quiz, and then have Users match the ‘letters’ to the items in the image. Here’s the image:I’d also like to score them, with the correct answer. So one point for the correct order
Hallo there,We've been using Typeform for a few days now, have a business plan, and our goal was actually to make our surveys multilingual. So far, so good, but unfortunately, AI has its limitations. For this, we downloaded individual translations and manually adjusted some things. When uploading, no matter which language we choose, we always get an error message saying "We could not upload this translation. Try again." Even if we download the translation and then immediately try to upload it again without making any changes, the same thing happens. What can we do?
Hi everyone,I'm currently working on a Typeform that includes conditional logic and scoring. Depending on the score, users are redirected to different result landing pages, which I've built using WordPress and Elementor. So far, the setup is working – but it's still quite static and not truly personalized.I'd love to take it a step further and display dynamic content on the result pages, based on specific answers from the Typeform – not the exact text answers, but rather related content based on what the user selected. To give a simple example:If someone indicates they want to live in a house with 4 people, I'd like to show them floor plans suitable for a family with two children. On the other hand, if a user answers that they plan to live with just one other person, they should see smaller floor plans better suited for couples. My question is:What’s the best way to pull this data from Typeform and use it to dynamically adjust the content shown in Elementor?Any tips, plugins, workflows,
While I was writing a form with quite a few questions (over 100 with various ramifications depending on the choices made along the way), I ended up not being able to work effectively anymore, because I have an extremely high lag on absolutely any interaction with the site, whether it's writing, pressing buttons or adding photos to various questions.I mention that it's not from my device, from the internet connection or any other personal thing. I encounter the same problem on any desktop, being connected to the internet via cable, high speed. If I hadn't had time to fill out so much of the form, I would change this application without hesitation. It's inconceivable that there would be such a problem at the requested costs.
Hi,I'm currently working on a project that uses Typeform to create an interactive quiz. The goal is to help users identify which training courses are best suited to them based on their answers. At the end of the quiz, I’d like to redirect them to a Screen that includes multiple clickable links to the relevant courses.Could you please confirm: Can I include multiple URLs in the Thank You Screen ? Are these links actually clickable (without the user needing to copy-paste)? Is this feature available on all plans, including the free plan? Thanks a lot for your help!Best regards,
BackgroundI am creating a complex application form whose initial questions will weed out those who are not eligible. The issue is that we offer many different services, each with different specific criteria, and applicants can choose more than one service. More informationI am currently work on steps 1. and 2. and these are the conditions for my services:[Note table shows a lot of information not necessary for this specific question]. Q5 Interest in what service ===> Service A Service B Service C Service D Service E Service F Q2. Residency (single selection) R Option 1 Y Y Y Y Y Y R Option 2 Y Y N Y Y Y R Option 3 Y Y N Y Y Y R Option 4 N Y
The preview as well as the survey link say “no healthy upstream”.
If a form is already created using the Typeform portal and then I want to update the hidden fields for that form. How can we do that?
Hey, I have a symptoms questionnaire I have produced (i’m a typeform novice) I have used a multiple choice/multiple select about the area of the symptom i.e. hormones, gut, autoimmune, weight loss resistance etc and each of these uses a question group with option scale to rate the particular symptom. I have mapped the question to each of the answer groups, directing if Q5 is A, then go to 1 Womens Hormones, i’ve done this for each of the question groups. My issue is that it will start with the first answer which was selected, go through the rest of the questions in that section but it will automatically go to the next answer in line and not the next answer that was selected. My question is: how do I get it to only show the answers which have been selected and not all of them? I’ve spent far too long googling, youtubing and searching in this community, please can somebody help? Many Thanks Kelly

I’m not sure if anyone has this, but in my last question in my quiz, I have a “Ok” button. Once the user hits that, it goes to the identical page but “Submit” Appears. Is this right? I’m not seeing anyone else’s quiz like this… Please help. https://www.stridesoles.com/pages/quiz for reference
I created a survey with multiple choice questions. One point will be awarded for each correct answer. But in the end it always counts incorrectly, the result is always failed, always endsreen A
Hello, I have 8 several variables, each of them accamulates its own score during the survey. Now I have like 64 various endings based on the combination of these 8 variables. Is there a way to set multiple conditions for each variabe for the ending. Like if Variabe 1 range is this and Variable 2 range is that, it goes to the ending X. Many thanks for help,Anton
Hello The organization I work with recently updated their brand logo and colors. I’m not finding the answer anywhere else, so coming to the community. How can I update the existing forms we have with the new logo and colors? All assistance appreciated.
Hello I am a newbie on Typeform and I encounter a difficulty: I proposed a multiple choice question and I say in the question that there are several possible answers among the choice of answers proposed When I take the test, as soon as I choose an answer, the questionnaire goes directly to the next question without leaving me the possibility of answering several answers! Can you help me please? Thank you very much
Hello Typeform Community,I’m trying to automate adding Partial Submit Points using the Typeform API, but I can’t find any reference to the necessary fields or endpoints in the published docs.According to the “Collect partial responses” article, it should be possible to configure a Partial Submit Point in a form via the API and access partial responses via the API. However, when I inspect the Create Form and Update Form endpoints in the Developer Portal, there’s no mention of a partial_submit_point property or any equivalent parameter Typeform. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Create a new form via POST https://api.typeform.com/forms with a body similar to the one for adding a Partial Submit Point in the web builder, but nothing happens. Update an existing form via PATCH https://api.typeform.com/forms/{form_id}, attempting to include a Partial Submit Point object, but the request is returns a validation error. Inspect the API schema for “fields,” “logic,” and other sections—nowhere is
