Typeform conversations

Hey Typeform Community. Hoping you have a solution to my problem. I’m a loooonnnnggggggg time Typeform user… years and years. So I’m extremely familiar with the UI and how it works. I’ve added 2 or 3 fields to a form, published it, but the new fields are not showing up on the embedded form on my site. I even deleted the first code snippet, and started over with a new embed… still nothing.  For the life of me I can’t figure it out. I’ve created a survey that scores the respondents based on their answers, using a custom variable and branching. While the info is being collected properly, I’d like to use the ending slide to show their aggregate score. How can I insert the variable total slide score to the end so it gives the respondent their score?

Hi, Is it possible to show a score in % to a participant of a quiz based on his good answers ?   

One way to make forms more interactive would be to have hidden date and time fields, which by default contain the current day and time. Is there a way to use the "Lead" event an event of our choosing instead of "Typeformsubmit" on the FB integration? We don’t want use TypeformSubmit as it shows up in the reports. Sometimes it’s confusing to clients

Hello! Yesterday I went into Typeform and saw that My Workspace is empty.  When I connect to my account, its seen like new. All the forms are gone, none of the forms that were created earlier are missing.How can this be restored? I'm writing here because the support chat doesn't load in any browser either. I really need your help. Please help me restore my forms.

I have set up a survey using Typeform and connected it to Google Mail via CONNECT. However, instead of receiving the survey responses, I only receive an email confirming whether the survey was completed or not.I would like to receive an email containing the actual responses submitted in the survey. I have a long videoask (about 25 questions) that I am using for a screening job interview.I realize that longer videoasks will have some issues with retention (from start to finish).But the majority of the people that are filling out my videoask are somehow creating multiple new conversations.  So rather than one submission, I’m getting 3-5 in some/most cases. Here is what I am seeing:1  -  One my first steps is to ask for a file upload of their resume.  This nearly always comes as a separate entry.2  -  It appears that people are maybe leaving and then coming back and starting over from scratch.  Why would this be happening on such a consistent basis?  (I’ve checked and test the videoask and it seems to work flawlessly3  -  A separate issue, but I have a good percentage that say that they can’t get the video to work.  I get that there will be some technically challenged people, but it seems to be a fairly sizeable number.Has anyone else had this issue with longer videoasks and can hel

I have created a quiz and the answers are assigned numerical values. Is there a way for the person taking the quiz to receive their total? I ask because I want to use the quiz as a lead magnet, and based on their total number ( > tor < a certain number) to help with the lead magnet. Thank you!

We are trying to verify the HMAC-SHA256 signature for our webhook requests but consistently generate a different signature than the one sent in the typeform-signature header. We have ensured the following:The raw request body is identical to what Typeform sends. The secret key matches the one set in the webhook settings. UTF-8 encoding is correctly applied. We’ve tested multiple HMAC implementations (crypto, crypto-js, OpenSSL), all producing the same but incorrect signature.Could you clarify if Typeform applies any transformations (e.g., JSON minification, normalisation) before signing the payload? We would greatly appreciate any insights on how we can match the expected signature.Thanks,

Hi, so we have 8 different typeforms across a lot of pages on our website.  For example “Book a demo”-typeform. But that typeform is in a couple of places on the site. What I want to see in the results are from which URL the respondent came without creating an own Typeform for this. So if person A fills a “Book a demo”-typeform in page A i want to extract that URL to results.And the URL for Person B who fills out a “Book a demo”-typeform in page B.How can I do that? Best regards,Tomi

Hi,One of our Admin users can no longer see the options of “Move To” and “Delete” from the dropdown menus in the console.We have tried clearing their cache but the problem still persists. This is on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.Any suggestions?Thanks,Andy

Ok, I managed to figure out the that Logic tab is now the Workflow tab , and that I can insert a variable using the “(X)” icon.  [I swear, between the difference between the training materials and the actual interface, and the obscurity of the interface, it’s like they’re trying to drive me crazy!]Anyway, I got that figured out, and my test survey is actually working, and I have assigned variables to it. But how can I get a report that either (a) just reports the variables instead of the text of the selected answer, or (b) even better gives me a sum of the variables (i.e., Variable 1=6, Variable 2=9, etc.). Additionally, it would be amazing if I can just get a report that gives me alternative text instead of “Variable 1”; for instance Blue=6, Green=9, etc.Any advice on any of these is gratefully appreciated and accepted. 

I am working on a Health Care project at Stanford and would like to create a Health Care Form for Patients - with multiple Sections.  We need to gatther the usual Medical Clipboard Data: Basic Contact Information, Insurance Information, Famly and Caregiver Information, General Health Information including Blood Type.  And also we need to collect Disease/Condition Specific Information - with checklists and fill-in the blanks descriptive fields. For patients with multiple Chronic Conditions, like Diabetes + Heart Issues + Parkinsons etc there will be different checklists for each condition.   We need to be able to select which Conditions for which we  present the right form.  We aim to have each of these sections able to be filled out and displayed in Typeforms.  This needs to be done recursively - editing, adding to and updating existing Patient Information.  And we aim to have a Patient’s Typeform display and work in Crbmble - so we can See and Manage a Patient’s progress - without cre

We are trying to embed a Typeform in WhatsApp using the Intercom workflow "Add App" feature. However, instead of opening the form directly, WhatsApp only displays the link, requiring users to click and open it externally.Is there a way to make the form open directly within WhatsApp instead of redirecting users outside the app? Any solutions or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

I’m customizing a statement slide on my Typeform, using data from a DB and passed with PHP as hidden value using the parameters in the embed code.I noticed that if my value contains a comma, typeform shows just the part before the comma.For example, if I pass “This is the first, this is the second”, on Typeform I see just “This is the first”.I tried to convert the comma into %2C, but no luck (I see all the statement, but I see “%2C” and not the comma.There’s something I can do? Actually I’m removing the comma via PHP but it’s not the best solution for my needs. (I’ve to show stores addresses)

I created custom properties under “contact information” on our Hubspot CRM. When I went to sync these properties with questions from our typeform response, I matched them up with the properties i made in our Hubspot. However, when I fill out the typeform, a new contact is being created in Hubspot showing the contacts name and email but it does not show the other custom properties. Rather, it shows a message “Contact submitted Please don't modify | Created by Typeform (ID: lT5YO5XP-v2-exNgr) on Best Fit Form. No properties updated.” I included a screenshot of how I synced the properties and how they dont show up on the customers profile in Hubspot. How can this be fixed?

Hi,I’m new here, so thanks in advance for your help!I want to do a survey, as follows: I have 45 questions, each question has two possible answers, and the respondent has to pick one of the two possible answers. Each answer falls into one of six categories.However, when respondents choose an answer, I don't want them to know the category that answer falls into, so I want to assign a category to each of the answers, but have that category be invisible to the respondent. Then, after the respondent has responded to all 45 questions, I want to be able to tally up how many answers fall into each of the six categories, for that respondent. How do I do that in Typeform? And is that capacity available at the Basic level?Thanks!

Notifications were once easy to find and execute.  Now, I can’t find the path even with searching the community.  Where the hell have follow-ups/notifications gone?  This is the most basic thing that I want to do and it is completely obscured to me.  Please make notification/follow-ups an OBVIOUS option somewhere logical an intuitive at the top level of the Typeform design process.  I just wasted 20 minutes searching for them. 

When I do the preview for the typeform below I can see the progress bar, and progress bar is turned on. However when I view the share link, the progress bar is gone? Any thoughts on why? Thanks,Tom https://tom464801.typeform.com/to/AR2ZFkv6
