We have callers who call respondents and then record their answers.  We do not want them to answer the form directly.  Can we use typeform with this method?

I get emails from Tyepeform saying my payment is past due, but I can’t reply to those (no-reply) address. These bills are reflecting the wrong plan. I went in and donwgraded succesffully, still get the same wrong bill. Can’t reply for help. I use the chatbot and it offers human help, but immediately after doing so only offers me buttons, 100% of which go to a web form and not a person. About 24 hours from giving up. I have flexiquiz, surveymonkey, and don’t need to be treated this way when there are so many options. I am so sick of deceptive practices. A chat window that looks like live chat, but it’s a bot. A bot that says it will connect you to a human, but will not. An email letting you know there’s a problem, but no way to reply WT A F

I wanted to create a typeform for my site. I wanted to create a typeform in wordpress. I am new  and I wanted to know Is typeform compatible with wordpress. 

I am currently adding integrations for different typeform events (triggers & actions) to our platform. I am unable to find the correct API syntax for the event - “Update Dropdown, Multiple Choice or Ranking Question Options” I am trying to update the options of a multi-choice question via API. Hi! I want to bring typeforms into airtable. I have multiselection questions but I get this message : “Hmm...not a perfect matchThe options in your typeform question must be the same as the options in your Airtable field. If your options are orc, elf, and goblin in your typeform question, you need orc, elf, and goblin in the Airtable field you're matching with” I’ve seen other members post about the same question, but non of the provided solutions have worked for me. i have tried:1)Checking the typeform options are exactly the same as in airtable. (Case sensitive checked, spaces checked, words checked)2)Made sure the typeform is published. It is. *You cannot see all my options in airtable but all 4 are there. Thank you in advance for your guidance. 

Hi everyone,I’m trying to build a diagnostic tool with Typeform and I wonder if I’m trying to achieve a bit too much.I have 9 categories I’d like people to assess themselves on and then compare the results with each of the 9 categories. Each of these 9 categories (with 5 questions in each) would then have to be separately scored.As I understand Typeform allows only one score per survey? I am aware of “Redirect on completion” but I’m on a Basic account and just want to make sure it will actually do what I need before I upgrade. I would then need to link 9 separate surveys to each other?However, the key for me would be to then put these 9 scores next to each other (visual data would be nice but text is fine). Ideally instantly for the person to view on the screen or could also be an automated email/PDF option.Has anyone built something like this with Typeform + any other tools? Google Sheets + Zapier + etc ? I’m a bootstrapping startup so have to cheaply hack this together :) Thanks in a

Hi there, I am asking for something that I don’t know if it’s possible. We just upgraded our plan in order to have multilingual Typeforms, which is great.We have our website in several languages and we need to embed the form in a particular language according to the website language. Example: website in English, form in English. Currently, the option that we see is that we translate the typeform and when embeded it detects the browser language and offers the option to translate the typeform (if the browser is in German, one can translate the form into German, but it appears in the original language first)The question is: is it possible to get a different ID for the typeform for each language translated with the multilingual tool so we can embed it in the website?

Hi! I am wondering whether is a possibility to prese t a slide with a number of 2x X fields, where x is the entry of a previous question. I want to ask: How many children do you have and then provide a slide with that number which asks for both: name and age of the children.Thank you so much for your help!

Hi there, We have a few forms mapped in Salesforce production and want to add additional forms for other use cases, but these should be tested in a sandbox environment first. Can I connect and test my new forms only in sandbox while keeping the existing ones running in production and not mixing the live and planned forms? Or in other words, can I connect in my sandbox as well and retrieve responses only for the selected planned forms? Thank you! 

i created a survey during the time i had a paid subscription and I just found time to download and analyse the results today. Now I see that my subscription is over for 2-3 days and that I can not even DOWNLOAD the entire results? Although the results refer to a survey, which were collected in a paid period. Am I the only one who finds this unbelievable  and feels forced to pay money again?

I want to integrate Stripe into a form but it is no longer listed as an integration and will not allow me to sync my accounts (Stripe to Typeform). Tried to integrate Square as it is listed as an integration but the payment element is only tied to Stripe.

This is different than requiring answers before proceeding. I have a survey that contains questions that will be asked over a period of three days. Using Mentimeter, a facilitator has control of which question is showing up on the screen, which prevents the responder from going on to future questions. Is this feature available in TypeForm? 

Hi everyone, I have built a form using branching logic where each answer (whether multiple-choice, scale, or other types) is assigned a specific score. As the respondent progresses, their total score is calculated. At the end, their final score determines which of the four possible diagnoses they receive. The correct diagnosis is displayed on the final page. Now, I would like to automatically send the diagnosis (not the score itself) via email and WhatsApp. The user should receive an email and a WhatsApp message with their corresponding diagnosis based on their total score. Is there a way to set this up within Typeform, or do I need an external integration? Any guidance would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

The publish button just stopped appearing for me out of the blue. I need to publish changes and it’s impossible. This is ridiculous! I can’t get ahold of someone on the customer support chat either. Infuriating.

A form was deleted from my account, without my knowledge. I don't find any drafts of the questions i elaborated.I had about 3 people answering it. So is there any chance i find a trace of this form somewhere in the internet environment?

Hi,I have three typeforms and want to randomize which typeform the participant gets. I mean, when the participant click of the URL code it will be random whither the person answer typeform 1, 2 or 3. Is this possible?Otherwise, is it possible to have three questions in one typeform and randomize which question the participant gets? That is, if they get question number 1 they will not get question 2 and 3. And if they get question number 2 they will not get question 1 and 3 etc. This randomizition should not depend on any other answers of other questions.

We have added 3 extra languages into our typeform. In the instruction video it says that when someone opens the form they should get the option to translate the questions into their chosen language.We have published and tested it, but we don't get the option to translate the questions.We want to share our typeform om Monday, so hopefully someone can give me some quick support on how to solve this. Thanks in advance!

Hello, hopefully someone can help me with my question.. I have created a matrix question, but I want to reorder the way they appear, for example:  The only way I can figure out how to do this is simply deleting / over-writing existing metrics so they appear on the order that I would like them to appear. However, this is time consuming and prone to error. Is there an easy way to drag rows into the desired order? Thank you for your help! Zoe 

Hello community!I am doing a feedback survey for my company. I need to avoid as much risk as possible of people filling out the information incorrectly.First I made a form where people fill in their information and several details of people who will do the feedback. And for the second fromulario I want to pull information from the first one so that the participants don't have to fill in the information incorrectly. The question is if I can pull this information from the first form to the second one.How can I do that? Can I pull the information from an excel sheet to the second form as pre-filled information for each participant?Thank you for your help! Have a nice day!

Hi All, not sure if other people are bothered by this, but we have connected a few of our typeforms with our Google Tag Manager implementation. Now the new GTM container quality feature tells me about 4,500 of my pages aren’t tagged properly. It also shows me all these urls which are actually all (?) the other typeform implementations.  This is obvioulsy a big noise factor for me but also seems totally inappropriate for Google/Typeform to expose all these form urls in this way.Is there a solution for this so I don’t get these alerts? - Seems I have to delete them 100 at the time or so which is the only way to get rid of these alerts.

I’m trying to build an instant quote form for my window cleaning business. The customer will answer questions about their property to give them an instant online quote using the form. I need my quote to have two separate prices one for a 6 weekly clean and one for a 12 weekly clean. I need the 12 weekly clean price to be 50% more than the 6 weekly price. I’ve put the logic in place to calculate a price for 6 weekly but I’m really struggling with the logic to generate the 12 weekly price. Could anyone please help me make sense of this?Thank you in advance

I am new to TypeformI am conducting research and need to have informed consent. Therefore, I have a voluntary consent statement with a I accept or I do not accept. When someone selects the I do not accept I would like it to jump to the Thank You page.However, when I attempted to set it up, when you select the I do accept all is does is say that you’re 100% complete.Any help would be appreciated.
