Hi all,I’m currently building a workflow using Typeform as the entry point, and I’m trying to validate a specific use case:Goal:- User submits a form (inputs brand name)- System generates a report (AI-based analysis)- Automatically sends the report via email- Stores the lead in a database (Notion / CRM)Current setup:- Typeform for data collection- Considering connecting via Zapier / API- AI processing happens outside TypeformMy questions:1. What is the best way to trigger external AI processing after form submission?   - Webhook?   - Zapier?   - Native integration?2. How do you structure this kind of workflow to avoid latency or failure?   (e.g. user waits vs async email delivery)3. Has anyone built a similar “form → analysis → auto report” pipeline?I’m trying to keep the system simple (MVP level), but scalable later. Any suggestions or examples would be really helpful.Thanks! This is for a product that measures brand visibility in AI systems (ChatGPT / Gemini).

Hi I’ve created a Workflow on retool which works as my webhook. I then create a webhook on Typeform using the url from retool.On submission of a Typeform it sends multiple/infinite number of requests to my webhook, one after each other. I’ve just deleted the webhook on Typeform when this happens as this stops it from making requests. I’ve deleted and recreated the webhook on Typeform twice.Any idea why this is happening and if there is some work around? 

Hi everyone,I’m a paid monthly member and I’ve run into a very strange issue that’s completely blocking my work.The Problem:While I was editing my form, the options/choices for my Multiple Choice questions suddenly disappeared. I can no longer see them or edit them in the builder interface.What’s even more frustrating is that this isn't limited to just one form—even if I create a brand new form, the options area is still missing.I have already tried the following, but nothing worked: Logging out and logging back in. Testing in a different browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.). Using Incognito / Private mode (to rule out extensions). Restarting my computer. Checking for any browser translation tools (all turned off). I am attaching a screenshot below to show what my editor looks like. As you can see, the question type is set to Multiple Choice, but the space where the options should be is just blank/missing.Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known bug or is there something wro

Hi everyone,For about a week now, some of my clients have stopped receiving notification emails from their Typeforms.I contacted support and was told this is a known issue that’s currently being worked on. However, I haven’t received any further updates and haven’t been able to get a response via chat.Since I manage multiple client accounts, I’m concerned this might be affecting more forms than we’re currently aware of.Is anyone else experiencing issues with notification emails not being delivered?And if so, have you found a temporary workaround?Thanks in advance!

The new Adress field has an address in Palo Alto, California as placeholder. We are a company based in Europe serving B2C customers with a very strong local implantation. We cannot have an address in California as placeholder, this gives off a very wrong image. How can I change the placeholder?  As is we cannot use this field and what typeform offers for the address field is not satisfying. 

I am creating an informational form, and it requires a number of multiple choice questions. But many of the individual choices within the multiple choice list could benefit from additional explanations.  For example, the question might be:What color palettes do you like the most?Pastels Jewel tones Monochromatic Black and whiteI would like to be able to include a definition for each of the answers, so the test taker knows what I mean by each turn, but when I add the definition into the actual answer, the form becomes really unwieldy and difficult to reach.Is there any way to add these definitions--maybe if they hover over the item some text is shown, or subheadings in a smaller text under each item that defines them, or some other option that I can’t imagine?

Hi, been using Typeform for a year plus now. Am not sure if I’m doing it right. Am using Typeform to collect some user feedback in their user journey and connecting it to Google Sheets.One of the issue I’m facing right now with my NPS survey (with partial submission enabled); are that the timestamp are all captured wrongly, especially the partial submission answers.The NPS logic is “Score” → “Why?”; and I included the partial submission between the score and why.  And here’s an example of the survey answers: Each line is a duplicate of the other but the time are different. Blanked out the users email (5 of them). The last submission is where they answered 10 in the score, then the why after.   While there are also instances of user dropping off after entering the score (number); and their date stamp are all wrong as well. Highlighted row, there’s only one email, but it’s a partial submission - but I can’t run the calculation since I’m reading it based on date (1/1/0001 0:00:00 sadly ca

Hi everyone,I’m struggling with a logic issue regarding the Stripe Payment question.I need to implement a discount code system. I have already: Created a numeric variable called price (default value: 150). Set up the Branching & Calculations logic so that if a user enters a specific coupon code, it subtracts a value from the price variable. The problem: When I go to the Payment question settings, I cannot find a way to link the price variable to the Stripe field. Typing "@" in the price field doesn't trigger the variable list. I don't see the "Use a variable to calculate price" toggle in the Logic/Payment settings. Is this feature restricted to specific plans, or is there a new way to map variables to the Payment block in the current editor?Thank you for your help!

Does anyone know how to represent numeric variables as whole numbers (no decimals) when presenting them in a Statement?

Hi people,Hope you’re all doing great! I’m quite new here , exploring Typeform, and I would like to know the following: How can you avoid that someone with access to the generic links, could access again and again with the aim to copy all questions and answer categories and walk away with your method?So far, I sent general links to our testers. So I understand they could access eternally to them?Is there a way to avoid this? To make sure a link is only valid once? (They could still copy while they fill it in, but at least not enter again once submitted). I tried to avoid this by generating a copy of the questionnaire. But in that case, the data are gone and you start all over… that’s a shame for comparisons, etc.Thanks for sharing your insights. Have a great day,Esther

Today I have been trying to edit a questionnair I had already done and in the creator universal mode I am not able to see the answer options and edit them for multiple choice questions, even though they are there when selecting preview. Why is this and how can I fix it? 

Greetings (first time poster),I’d like to create a form that has a number of sections, with subsections.  Each subsection has a similar layout, though the qustions and guidance may be a litte different in each subsection.  It’s organized like this:Section - opening sections with instructions Section Subsection Subsection Subsection Section Subsection Subsection Subsection Subsection Section - closeing sections with a few questionsI’d like to present this structure on the left side, similar to the Table of Contents in a PDF.  The user clicks on a section or subsection and, on the right side (main pane), is presented with a set of questions.  (The types of responses can can be multiple choice, a text field, a scale from 1 to 7 ,and a list of responses to a question (preferably with a + button  that let’s them add a text item to a list (up to 10).  But first I need to know how oto create the basic sructure I need).How can I accomplish this structure?TIA 

Hello everyone,I could not find the FAQ on this, so pardon the elementary nature of the question…For the paid Plus or Business version...you are not limited to the number of forms or the number of *referring pages* at the end of the form experience, correct?We understand that limits are based on responses.We as because If we are attending or hosting more than one recruiting event in a day can we want to confirm that we can have separate /unique forms set up for each event at the same time. Thanks,Michael

Something went wrong… Your form has formatting issues and we cannot open it.”A few details: I’m not copy-pasting anything (just typing normally) It happens consistently when editing the form I’ve already tried refreshing the page Has anyone experienced this before or knows what might be causing it? Hello everyone,I’m running into an issue with a loop-like structure in my Typeform.I set up my form so users can go through the same set of questions multiple times (to simulate a loop), but I’m facing a problem with the data: In the ending screen, only the first set of answers is displayed More importantly, in the Google Sheets integration, I also only receive the first set of responses (or sometimes only one value), instead of all iterations It seems like Typeform is not storing multiple answers for the same question when it’s repeated through logic, and instead overwrites or keeps a single value.Has anyone experienced this?Is there a recommended way to properly capture multiple iterations of the same questions and send all responses to Google Sheets?Thanks a lot for your help!

Hello, I have created a form where teaches rate themselves  on their performance en 11 different areas. in each area (section) there are 5or 6  different questions where they rate themselves fro 1-4. at the end of the survey I would like them to see how thy have scored in each section overall, and then provide some  next steps. For example, if they scored between 1-2 (which is low) on ‘knowing the subject,’ i would advise them to do a further in depth survey Is this possible? I cannot understand how to do this from the instructions I have been sent. 

Hello 👋I’m using multiple Typeforms for configuring different products, each connected to Google Sheets to send responses via email. I have two questions: Is it possible, at the end of a questionnaire, to redirect users to another specific questionnaire based on their choice? If so, is it possible to consolidate responses from multiple Typeforms into a single Google Sheet (or database), so that we can combine summaries from several questionnaires for the same user? Hey Typeform users,I am having an issue with a survey using Typeform where 1/3 of the responses are marked as SPAM and when you check the form / survey and look in the RESULTS section. The problem is not this, the problem is that maybe half of the results marked as SPAM are not spam and I want to move them to the main results list which is also the list that is feeding into a connected XLS and its only feeding the main results list, excluding the SPAM list.Talking to support they did not offer any way to export the spam submissions to an XLS or even the option to move or save them individually. So the only solution I see is taking each entry and manually move each answer / options which is a pain.Did anyone had this issue and found a solution?Attaching a screen shot. You can see 77 responses, but those are not counting the SPAM ones that you can see when you click that circled button, there are 30+ ones from which half or more are not spam. So there are in total 100+ actual responses
