Typeform conversations

I didn’t change anything and all the sudden I am no longer getting responses emailed to me. I tried adding a new email address and its the same thing.The other two people on the form are getting the emails just fine. I checked my spam, filters, etc and nothing is there.Any ideas?

Hello, I’ve a form in which there’s a Yes/No question.In case the YES is selected the user continues the form with other questions In case the NO, the user is sent to a final telling him he is not elegible.The problem I have is that when the user goes go through the "NO" route, the form is also submitted. How can I avoid this? Basically it's because I have some triggers that fire once the form is submitted. Thanks

How Do I Resize My Video So That It Is Full Screen?

Hello all! I have typeforms in a language that is not available on typeform, so I change the message manually through settings. Unfortunately, not all messages are available for changing there. For example, in the ranking question - „Drag and drop to rank options“, so when my whole form is in Lithuanian, this random message stays in English. Any ideas on how can this be changed?

Hello!(First time caller!)I am creating a self assessment quiz with 12 different topics. Each topic has a:1.) “what do you rate ____ at CURRENTLY” 0-102.) “what would be your ‘good enough’ rating for _____” 0-10 i want to create a calculation that would give me the difference between “good enough” - “current” and anyone with a difference score of 4 or more would be the topic we would focus on first. All 12 key aspects differences would be reported in the end screen in line with the category.Is what I’m asking for possible? And if so, how? Please advise! Thanks!Anju

Hi there, Looking to solve this issue (bug?) in Typeform follow-up emails.  I’ve set up a follow-up email for one form and I want to link to another form with some hidden fields from the first form (similar to this example). One of these hidden fields is a URL, which I need to pass through as it will be a search term in a Zapier zap for another system.  When I try to link this in Typeform, the URL hidden field breaks the link. This seems to be a Typeform bug in how Typeform writes the HTML for the email delivery.  See, the <a href> tag breaks.  I’ve tested this in another email client and there is no issues.  Any help would be appreciated!  Link in Typeform:Result: Result if it worked: Response in second form: 

Hello, I would actually like to delete this message “Drag and drop to rank options” from a Ranking question as I would like respondents to select numbers from the drop down on the left, how do I do this?

I want to compare @score variable with another variable for equality instead of 0. Can it be done?

I’d like to add logic to my form, to send users to an end screen determined by the hidden field. The survey respondents should still go through the rest of the form first. At the moment, I’m only seeing the option to either send them to the next question, or send them straight to the end. The hidden field is looking at the starting logic rather than the end. It’s worth mentioning I do have other conditional logic already in the form, which sends users off to different questions. But the end screen should then be determined by that hidden field. Is there a way to do this?

It encourages respondents to provide specific examples or case studies, showcasing the diverse applications and effectiveness of Typeform in driving positive outcomes.

I’ve added the form to my Linktree account, when i go to test start it by pressing the bottom, it goes straight to a page saying “You’ve taken one. Now make one.” what does this mean, have i done something wrong, how do i fix this so my clients can reach out to me?

Hi, I successfully have connected Typeform to Slack in public channels, then made them private channels and the Slack channels keep receiving responses. However I have a few older Typeforms which this simply does not work for. As soon as I make the channel private, it no longer sends responses. Do I need to refresh the link URL, change a setting, create a whole new form? Thanks

Hi there,We're wanting to create a form for other organisations to fill in. However, this form is not submitted by only 1 person. The form should go through multiple colleagues in the organisation to fill in parts of the form.Does TypeForm have an option to save the answers from my colleague? This is on a different browser, on a different device.Would love to hear.

HiI have 2 questions There is any way to transfer data by parameters inside the url like: https://formtest.typeform.com/to/sxcvxvc?name=Yarin and catch the parameters in the form change the value to the parameters in the url? there is any option to send API request with the parameters I got in the form, wait for the response of the request and show / redirect to another form by the data I got in the response? thanks 

It seems as though I don’t have access to my own Workspace.  I created the account but don’t have any access to create new forms.  How is that so?  How do I fix this?  The area to Create New Form is greyed out.  Help!  

Hello,I did the integration of Gsheet in the typeform, but since I have a lot of different flows (22 different endings), the Gsheet containing the data is not readable.However, the only information i need to export to a Gsheet from the typeform is their name, adress, email and the Ending they got. It’s really important to have the ending but i can’t export it.Can anyone help me with that ?

Hi, I’ve adjusted the pixels width/ height as suggested HERE however the multiple choice options are always displayed OVER my video- making the video impossible to view. This happens on both mobile and desktop. I am embedding the VideoAsk on an Unbounce Landing Page. Any suggestions?

I want to use email as a hidden field so that my respondents don’t have to fill in the email and I can track as well. How do I set that logic. I have seen all articles and videos but still clueless. Is it that I need Typeform to be integrated with my CRM to use this field?

Seems sometimes the system sends the email with reply-to email that is our registration email to Typeform instead of the email that is setup in the registration form. Is there any chance to find out if there is a bug?

I have a multiple choice question with 24 different options. Users can select up to three. Each of the choices has a separate long text section that we only want displayed if they included the corresponding choice in their response. In other words:A user selects Option 1, Option 5, and Option 10 from the multiple choice list We then want to ask three more individual questions. Why did you choose Option 1? Why did you Choose Option 5? Why did you choose Option 10? We want to skip over the remaining 21 open text fields. So if they didn’t select Option 2 we don’t want to show the question “Why did you choose Option 2?” In any other survey tool I’ve used, this would be relatively easy: Only show Followup question #5 if multiple choice option #5 was selected. But it seems like in Typeform there is jump logic but no real skip logic, so I’d have to have logic based on every possible combination of up to three answers from 24 selections which is something like 2300 combinations which would

Hello,  I am trying to find out a way to have a (?) information pop up next to some multiple choice answers, in which the user could hover or click on, and a info pop up can appear. Im wanting to give the user some more information to make a multiple choice decision. Tyepform does this when pointing out new features. (see pic) Does anyone know if this is possible or if there is another creative solution?  I don’t want to include this added information in the description section, as it becomes to ‘busy’ too quickly.  Matt
