Typeform conversations

Hi,  Hope someone can help answering the following questions about the possibilities in Typeform-I am looking for a tool that can be used to find which style (variable) the respondent has, in order to offer the correct online course based on the result from the survey. I have an online course for each style in my programme. I don`t want the style to show for the respondent, but each answer (one per style) will collect the style/variable chosen and then indicate which style based on the tag of variables. Can I add a tag with a variable per answer, for each question in the survey? Is it possible to show a graphical presentation of the result, showing which style/variable got most hits, based on the answers, but also show the result for the other 5 variables (percentage..?)?

Why am I seeing a discrepancy between the number of GA4 events in my GA compared to Typeform form views? For example, I’m seeing 5 events in GA4 and 15 Typeform form views. Why is that?

I feel a wee bit sorry for all those poor people who rely on Facebook for their business model... 'it took a nap today' lol what how someone put it.. If you rely on Facebook - or any other social media - as your platform of record for your business, you run the risk of NOT being able to transact with your clients in the event of an outage. Facebook ads, Facebook membership groups, etc. all came to a screeching halt this morning. I’m not saying those are a bad thing BUT this shows me all the more reason to have captured all your social followers into your email list - through a typeform - so that you can continue to do business with them when there is a case of social-interruptus by using email. On top of this, did you realize that when you create a huge following on any social platform, you are really giving the owners of that platform a segmented audience for THEM to show ads and generate revenue from all your hard work. Hi everyone,I have a problem concerning the insights of our typeform. We launched it yesterday and so far it recorded 7 full responses. Below the “big picture” section, the insights show that all 16 viewers left our form right after the first question, however. This makes no logical sense to me as at least 7 out of the 16 views went through the whole form. I added some screenshots below.I really hope you can help me solve this issue.Kind regards,Dan 

I’ve created a quiz with Typeform and connected it to my HubSpot account. When someone takes the quiz their name and email address are sent to HubSpot and a new contact is created and added to a list.My Quiz has 3 possible results in it. I’m wondering if there’s a way to send the results to HubSpot so that I can enter Quiz takers into a workflow that will send them email relevant to their Quiz score.

Hi there,We have an embedded Calendly in a Typeform embedded in our website.In Calendly’s documentation, it is written that we should be able to listen to messages posted from the iframe to the parent window so that we can act on events. However, it looks like Typeform doesn’t forward events from the embedded Calendly which breaks this possibility. I’ve validated this hypothesis by adding breakpoints on an eventlistener in my parent page and the only events I can get are those from Typeform.Any idea to get these events or is this something on your side ?Thanks  

How do I change the email that receives notifications when a response is submitted?

Noob to ActiveCampaign here. Is it possible to embed a Typeform quiz into an email sent on ActiveCampaign? I understand ActiveCampaign integrations with Typeform are possible but do not fully understand what that would look like to the end user and entail. Thanks for any help you can offer.

The idea is to ask the client the date of entry and the date of departure and thus be able to calculate the number of days of their stay.

I am trying to get the data from a matrix question into an airtable through a typeform-airtable connection. I tried single select, multiple select and even single line text as airtable datatype for connecting to each row of matrix question. But its not working.Is this possible to do using the new integration or does one need to use Zapier/Make?

I have a 10 question personality quiz. It is made up of two question groups of 5, there is different logic, with different ending sets for each one. 1 outcome for the first set and 1 outcome for the second… However when I complete the quiz i still only get one answer. please help.

Hello, we want to automate the computation of averages for all responses. Our question choices have different “strengths” (i.e., All=100%, some=50%, few=0%), and we can’t get the average from the Typeform summary because it only provides a percentage of how many people out of all responses have selected one of the choices.Currently, we are doing manual computations in Excel, but this method is not efficient when we have to compute averages for 100+ orgs in the future.What is the best way to automate this process? Should we use Excel, Microsoft BI, or some other tool? Thank you in advance for your suggestions and assistance.

I would like to place a contact info page as the second step after the cover page, and make filling out the info mandatory before moving on. Is there an easy way?    

I’d like to send results from a feedback form to a Hubspot contact. Likely the same contact will fill out the form numerous times, so I would like to have the results appear as a note instead of populating and repopulating a field each time. Is there a way to do this? 

Hello, In a previous business I worked for we would enter our customers phone number into a Typeform and it would then send a text message to that number with a little customer blurb and a link for a google review. (We always had to ask the customer before sending if they would be interest in a review for our business.) I was curious, how to apply that integration and practice to a new business I work for - I want to set up a typeform that will push this blurb out to our current clients with my current business’s link. (different industry entirely - not trying to scam or be malicious to other business - it was just a fantastic practice for driving feedback)

Good morning,I connected a CRM contact table with a Typeform questionnaire, in order to automate the entry of customer contact information.Currently, all information is added automatically from the Typeform, but I would like to automate the title of each contact so that it is their first and last name that are displayed.The first and last name of each customer are automated from Typeform but I don't know how to link them to the contact title.So, is there a way to automate the title of a contact's page directly via Typeform, otherwise, is it possible to automate the entry of the title with the first and last name noted on the contact form? contact ?Thanks.
