Your typeform results

I’d like to use typeform for model casting entries. Applicants fill out the form and upload 2-3 photos (via file upload questions).  However, I’m struggling how to best manage these applicants. I tried to integrate typeform with Google Forms and Trello which works fine for general answers. However, photo uploads are only displayed as URLs to the images. So I first have to download the images to see them. This isn’t very comfortable with many casting applications. Does any of you have a good idea about how to manage photo-intense typeform submissions? Thanks 

Hi, I’m using Northpass an LMS tool and have embedded using the url a typeform survey. I’m wanting to use the hidden fields to capture the first name, last name and email of our customers filling out the survey. I have been able to find out how to add the hidden fields but they don’t seem to be pulling in the data. Any ideaS? I have also connected the survey to slack so the results come through, but my colleagues want to know who it is sending the feedback as it is annoymous until I can’t get this hidden fields to work. 

Hi there, I created a customer research survey. There are certain answer choices that I have given points to because they are the answers that signify to me they are a potentially great customer. I don’t need my customer to see this score… I just want to see out of all the poeple who took my survey, who scored the highest based on my points criteria. Is this possible?  Thank you! :)

One of the Typeform pricing says it allows 10000 responses/month. My question is what constitutes a response?Is it when user completes the survey and clicks the submit button? Is it alsowhen the user answers any question in the survey and leaves the survey midway?

Hello all, Apologies if this has been answered before but couldn’t see.I am doing a short quiz (6 questions) which leads to three outcomes.There are 3 key questions which will lead to one of the outcomes but is there a way of prioritising the outcomes? I.e. if they answer two of the key questions positively can I choose which answer should be priority?Hope this makes sense and someone can help! Thanks

I have several identical forms but there are meant for different individuals. How do i share the results of their respective typeforms to their email address.

I’m currently sending forms to specific people and it’s important that their responses can be traced back to each user.To accomplish it, I’ve made a “name” hidden field and send custom links to each person with their names already set in this hidden field.But I’ve received on response where this hidden field is blank, despite all links being sent with it already set in the url.Anyone have any idea wgat might be the problem?  

I am not seen the respondents after they filled out the typeform, do I need to activate something?thanks 

Hi There, I would like to set up automated email notification responses to my clients with their typeform results, however the help function says in classic builder, to click on the email notifciation tab. There isn’t one that I can see???? Can someone please help?

We are new to typeform but I’m wondering if there’s a way to integrate survey responses that came old school via paper form.  Our audience skews older and while we provided a QR code to the typeform survey, most people have completed the survey via paper. I’m wondering if there’s a way for a staff member to input the paper responses into typeform...

Hi! We created hidden fields in advanced logic, but it seems like they are not working as when we look at “results” they show empty value no matter the URL value. Therefore there’s no way to track where the forms answers come from.Does anyone know how to solve this problem?Thanks! 

I would like to know if there is a way to export the report in a way that only one questions is printed per page. Otherwise some get cut in between different sheets and these are difficult to understand. Thanks

For a couple days now, I have an issue with “Generate a report”… it results in a waiting-spinner saying “Hold tight- just getting this page ready”. But nothing ever happens.This is true for all the surveys I recently tried it.I already have a report link for some and they still work… but I’d like to include the open text questions and can’t get to the page that allows these settings.Any ideas what the problem could be?

I can’t pull up the report on my typeform. I was a paying subscriber for many months but now I am on the free version because the subscription fee is too high. I need to access my old data in the generated report form but no longer lets me because it is private. But I am logged in. Trying to change the settings of the typeform survey are grayed out. 

I am finding that the only way to check if I have been sent an answered questionnaire is to log in to Typeform, can the form be sent to my email address and if so, how?

I send 3 surveys embedded in an email, this is one of them  you can see that 33 customers clicked, and I can see the score (6, 8, 10,8,10, 2, 8, etc)   but in the typeform “Results” tab i can see just 17 results. Why?

Hello! I am new to Typeform and am getting the lay of the land. Wondering if there is a mechanism for showing which original distribution email address yielded the responses? In my specific case:My Typeform is an RSVP for an upcoming 3 day travel event. We distributed the Typeform link via Outlook to our event distribution list.   We ask for “best email” in our Typeform logic chain which has yielded some personal email addresses. Most emails we have on our original distribution list are work emails. It is great that we have the “best email” in our results, but I do not now from which email off of our original list the the response came from… I need to be able to match these variables up. Is there a way??Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Good morning all,Hope all is well.I’ve been trying to connect my Typeform to Google sheets, to analyse the results that I already have. It keeps saying I need to request access though, despite me being the organisation owner. Anyone with a similar issue in the past?

I want to create a 35 question survey/assessment with each question designated to address one of 7 basic categories…. let’s call them Appearance, Taste, Cost, Availability, Packaging, etc.  These categories would be hidden from the survey taker but would appear in the results/reporting/analysis.  I would use a 5-point, Likert scale for each question, assigning a value of 5 for the most positive response and 1 for the least positive response.  Ideally, I would like to produce a polar chart/spider chart for each respondent and then a summary (average score) chart for the entire organization/client I am surveying.  Can Typeform do this?  Any help appreciated.  Thanks. 

I am getting ready to receive my first responses to a survey. I work with medical professionals and I use the Typeform survey to identify emotional issues and concerns of employees within a specific medical practice. There is concern from a medical professional within this practice that her comments (not the Q & A, yes/no answers which are data based) are not anonymous. Any advise on handling this as I collate the date and prepare to report to the owners?  

Hi,I have small query on the webhook response that we get when there is a new response to the form.The webhook response returns the token property but not the response id. Will the token and the response id remains the same or it will be different.From the webhook I want the response id but it is not returned. Can I use token instead of that. Thanks in advance.

In Survey Monkey theres a “Response chart” that tracks how recipients interact with your survey. You can upload a list of respondents email addresses, and then as they open or responded to a survey, Survey Monkey could track the responses in a way that you can even send them reminders to those who opened but didn't complete the survey. Is there a way in Typeform to do that?
