Scenario: starting up a side-gig to print tshirts from home (with a heat press) and starting with printing up a series of ‘coffee quotes’. (Have posted over 350 coffee quotes of the day on FB account over the past year and folks want me to sell them some tshirts with the quote on them - may pay for my investment habit). I have taken 40-ish of the quotes and put them into a typeform  (i have included the link to that here - please complete the form if you like, all votes are good, just sayin’!!!) The form asks the users to select two quotes per question (5 q’s) and dumps the info into a Google sheet. Based on the current version of the “survey”, if the user wants to see the list that was selected by the respondents they are asked to provide an email address. My plan was/is to take the results, parse it manually and send out a link to another (to be created typeform) with the final list and will ask the users to rank the final ten selections in order of their preference.  my ‘question(s)

I understand we can’t change the “notifications@typeform.com” email on our email follow-up notifications.However, what about the sender name? Right now, it shows up as “Typeform Notifications.” It just looks super unprofessional. I can’t see why we shouldn’t be able to customize this. Any tips?

Moving from jotform to typeform and need a way to post out details about membership options.  In jotform, I created a PNG and uploaded.  Happy to do another way -- just need to be able to layout all pricing and include bulletpoints about what is included in each tier.    

Hi, I am running into a problem when creating my quiz branching logic and need help. All of my questions are multiple choice questions. Everything worked flawlessly with logic and different answers until question #10. Before this question there were up to 4 answer options. I have 8 answers in question #10 and if answer is A or B it should go to question #11, if C or D to #12, if E or F to #13 and if G or H to #14. I did the logic but the problem is that no matter what answer I choose it always goes to #11 even though branching logic is present.I am adding print screens of logic for you to see. Questions are not in English but you can see everything through numbers and answer options anyway. Why logic is not working and sends me to #11 all the time and how can I fix it?

How do I build a pre-survey that is dated with a post survey six months later? I want to to begin once the survey is completed and capture that date for the participant when they take the pre-survey. 

I see there is a way to see the survey translated when I view the questions as an admin. How can I have others take the survey in another language? 

Hi, I’e had a couple of issues lately with some of my (older) forms having inactive triggers for follow-up emails. Apart from going through every form individually, does anyone know a way to search for these? Thanks :)

In order for the customer to get access to fill out the form, I’d put the payment integration towards the top of my form and as soon as they complete payment, it takes them to the survey (no redirect or other URLs though i.e. everything in the same form). Is this possible? I’ve created a free account and I’m able to add the payment section as question 2, for example, then start question 3 with the digital product that I want but I’m not sure if this will work in production. Hey everybody! I was wondering if there is a way for a form to record every answer as soon as it gets answered. I hope thats everything you need. If there’s more clarification required, don’t hesitate to ask :) 

We want to use a TypeForm to collect customer inquiries about products. We’ve embedded the TypeForm on a page and then link to that page from various products, passing the catalog number via URL parameter.I’ve found the instructions to retrieve that URL parameter using a hidden field, but we want to actually display that value on the form - specifically in the Catalog Number field in the TypeForm: How do I accomplish this?Thanks in advance!

Hello! I would like to develop a form where a user can select a location and enter a ZIP code, and that ZIP Code and location maps back to a delivery price that can be shown to the customer (for example, if I live in ZiP code 22960 and my nearest store is __, my delivery price is $__). Is this possible to set up with Typeform?

I have a multiple-choice question, and depending on the answers selected, I need a different text follow-up question for each choice.For example, if a respondent selects 3 options from the multiple-choice question, they should receive 3 corresponding follow-up questions. Hi everyone,I’m Darshan Hiranandani, I’ve uploaded a background image for my form, and it displays perfectly in the editor. However, once the form is published, the background image disappears, and I’m left with just a plain white background instead.Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or know what might be causing the image not to show on the published version?Any suggestions or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!RegardsDarshan Hiranandani  

The “Published” button is greyed out not allowing me to publish the form.  The only way I’ve been able to get the button to be workable, is to add an ending to the form and then delete that ending.  There should be another way or reason this is happening.  

Hello everyone,I’m Darshan Hiranandani, working on creating a quiz with 3 sections, and each section will have about 5 questions using the opinion scale format. Ideally, I’d like to track the scores for each section separately but have all of them contained within a single quiz — so the user doesn't have to take 3 different quizzes.Is this something that can be done? I previously signed up for Typeform using my previous email address (samira@horizone.inc). As far as I recall, I canceled my subscription, and my previous email is no longer active as I changed my domain to my name. Today, my Amex card was charged for the new subscription. I don't understand how it has happened.  Please help me cancel my subscription. I cannot get access to the platform, but I can clearly recall that I discontinued my subscription.

In this Shoott.com photographer application Typeform, item 3a is a dropdown menu with a question that asks “What is the brand of your camera?”. The sentence in 3b recalls the dropdown options list item selected from 3a. Easy enough. But how does the dropdown option list item chosen for 3b seem to dynamically load options based on the list item options in 3a? For example: in 3a, if the user chooses “Sony.” 3b will state “Sony camera model?” and the dropdown options will be the corresponding Sony option list items. How are they accomplishing this? I’m trying to recreate this for my Tyepform. Please help if possible. Thanks! 

I am trying to create a Wix Lightbox pop up that contains my Typeform.I have managed to get the code into the Wix Lightbox bit it is ugly. The Lightbox opens with just the Typeform Button (in my case it says “continue”) Can it open without going to this button screen? Or can this button screen be modified so the button is centred mot Left top justified? When the form is completed I want it to redirect to another website URL. The problem is it is redirecting inside the Wix Lightbox and not opening another window. Can the redirection open in another window or tab?

Hi, Similar to what https://forms.app is offering, I would like to add a simple signature box where the customer can draw a signature. I do not need any official e-signatures, just a drawing from the customer (e.g. when using the form on an ipad).

I’ve got a funnel. Users opt in to the funnel and provide their name and email that are then stored in cookies. I don’t use typeform for this opt in form.Later they have the opportunity to apply for a phone call. I do use Typeform for this application form. I’d like to ask them for their email and their name in the application form but I’d like to prefill it with the previous information they provided if it’s available from the cookies.I can handle getting the name and email out of the cookies but I was wondering if someone could tell me how to pass this data into Typeform? Perhaps there is an html attribute I can add to my embed or some Javascript API I can use?With Calendly, I can just pass the fields as URL params which makes it really easy.
