Questions and discussions about building your typeform

Hey - I’m brand new to Typeform so please excuse this question - if there is a “help” function to get live answers, I can’t find it. Here are my questions: 1. I watched the video on ranking responses. I then ranked the responses on my quiz - on the video it shows that the program will generate ending pages per responses in the endings section - nothing like that happened. How do I get the results to show? 2. How do I get the graded responses to show up on the ending pages along with the URL I want to send the to? I went ahead and purchased the basic package so I could have some of these features.
I have the file upload question throughout a survey, but the upload is not a requirement (have un-ticked it). There doesn’t seem to be a Continue button at the bottom of the upload box, it seems to be waiting for a file to be uploaded. Has anyone had this issue?
Hi there, I am new to Typeform and got stuck on creating my personality quiz.It needs to be a score quiz since the outcome quiz does not allow me to send people to tie break questions. (The option of defaulting to one result in that case is not feasible). My quiz has 5 questions with 4 multiple choice answers After the questions, the quiz taker should be directed to one of 4 archetypes A,B,C or D. I have drafted the 4 end pages accordingly. I have set up variables for each category type A, B, C, and D, and the calculation works fine. (I watched your video tutorial on how to calculate scores using variables). Also, the logic to send people to a tie break question in case of equal scores in two categories work fine. I created tie break questions for each of the six possible scenarios. What does not work is what happens after the “submit” button is hit. Somehow I have not yet been able to divert results to the different end pages A, B, C or D. Problem: The result shown is always answer A.
Hello! I have developed an intake survey for a program and based on how the participant responds to the questions, they will receive recommended action items for each question. Is it possible to set up an action that sends 1 email that collates all triggers/action items from each question once the survey is complete?
Looking to create a survey with three phases of questions: Phase 1: GeneralPhase 2: Related to Product APhase 3: Related to Product B I need to be able to exclude, as needed, questions in Phase 2 and/or Phase 3 based on yes/no questions in Phase 1 (i.e. 1. Do you have Product A? y/n; 2. Do you have Product B? y/n).As I see the logic jumps right now, if I need to exclude Phase 2 based on the Product A question, I cannot then ask the following question regarding Product B. The only rule I can establish would be that if Product A question is “no,” jump to questions after the related content. But there is no option to also tell the rule to also move on to the next question.I guess it’s sort a weird parallel thing that might not be able to function?
Would like to be able have our Typeform seamlessly blend into our website, but with very limited design options this becomes difficult and makes it stand out from the rest of the site. There needs to be more granularity for the design features…Ability to upload custom fonts Ability to select different fonts for each element Ability to change colour of Description font Ability to change the sizes of text rather than just Small, Medium, Large for all elements Ability to remove keyboard shortcut prompts Ability to remove privacy prompts Ability to change weight of button font, defaults to Bold Ability to change colour or remove borders/fill area around multiple choice optionsIf the Typeform is designed to become an important part of our website, it should have the design flexibility that any website CMS would have.
How can I limit one response from one mobile number?
I need to calculate @price + @assets x % for three different tiers. Can this be done in a form or will I need to build it in Google Sheets?
I created a health assessment with several response options. I would like to associate a personalized response in the form of a unique page based on the collected answers. Do you know how to do that? Thanks in advance 😄
Hi! I'm currently building a questionnaire to extract required information faster from clients to make up our quotation for them. I am curious if I could create a second, more tech-specific questionnaire that I could hookup to the first, more general, questionnaire via logic. Could anybody tell me if this is possible, and how do I do this if possible? My regards!
Hello, I am a management consultant, and I usually conduct a satisfaction study with my clients at the end of training sessions. TypeForm is excellent for that. However, my clients are asking for a survey to be sent to their employees to assess their progress in management skills. I think it's a great idea, but I don't want to create a separate form for each client. Is there a way to create a form that would aggregate all the responses (useful for my commercial approach to measure perceived progress) but still allow them to be separated by manager? Thank you.
Bonjour, J’ai créé un questionnaire en ajoutant la formule ci-dessous mais le total ne s’affiche pas dans la slide récapitulative. Auriez-vous une idée de ce que j’ai oublié de faire ? [I created a questionnaire by adding the formula below but the total is not displayed in the summary slide. Do you have any idea what I forgot to do?] Voici la formule : Voici ce que je demande en slide 10 : Voici l’aperçu de la slide récapitulative :
I made a survey and it isn’t including two of my questions, even though I made them required. I also don’t see the publish option on the top right corner, so I am wondering what the problem is.
Hi Team- thanks in advance for your help.I'm creating a quiz that helps clients identify their top 5 needs in their relationship. There are 10 needs in total and a series of in depth questions about how important each need is for them, how they feel when it's met/unmet plus a multiple selection multiple choice question for selecting what they would like more of from their partner in relation to each need. The question formats include multiple choice, multiple choice w/ multiple selection, yes/no and opinion scales. At the end I would like to provide their result in this format (ideally in order of greatest need first)-Your top 5 needs in order are:Honesty/opennessFamily commitmentFinancial supportDomestic supportAdmiration Any help on setting up the logic for this would be great- happy to pay for a resource from Des if one exists- as I've read through a bunch of his responses and he seems like the guy in the know :) - or feel free to link me to a thread where this type of question has al
Hello, new user here - simple newbie question that I can’t seem to find the answer to. How do I show quiz takers their exact score quiz on the endings page of a 36 question quiz e.g. ‘You scored 30/36’. I’ve worked out how to show a range -e.g. you scored between 18-36, but that’s not helpful to the user - they need to know their exact score. Thanks!
Do you support Hindi,Arab,Malayalam and Tamil language ?
Hello,WHY would you not let us jump to a “skipped questions” or different question branch ?! That’s the whole point of Typeform, to make tailored made questionnaires for the respondent and collect data in the meanwhile for us ! I guess you’ve put this (I know it wasn’t in the earlier versions) so people don’t make loops, but that’s our responsibility ! Make a loop detector if you really want to save us, or an alert ! But not a comply blockage *sigh*As for now, its not just an alert, it doesn’t work. The typeform doesn’t jump to the question I want, thus making the typeform broken and unusable. It just finishes it right here on the spot .. 🤦🏻 Why even put the option to select a skipped question in the first place then !? I can’t believe this is an issue on your app. It’s so obvious we should be able to jump from questions to questions … Or are people using typeform only to make funny quiz for 3 years old ? 🍼
Hello I’m wondering how a form and navigate back to the first question but to a clear, unanswered version. My first question is a drop down and i want each time a different answer is selected, for the following questions to apply to each new answer selection on that first drop down and generate a new set of answers each time. thanksJ
We are wanting respondents to be able to either select a number or fill in the blank –provide two answers inside one question. See below: Question: How many people make up your team? Staff: [fill in the blank with # of staff members] Volunteers: [fill in the blank with # of volunteers] Is this possible without having to ask two separate questions?
Is it necessary to tag every question in my Type Form survey within Mail Chimp?
Anyone know a way I can lookup the email domain that someone fills in and use that to lookup and set a variable to their full company name? I have that info in an Excel sheet currently, but could put it somewhere else if needed. Thanks!
Two questions:EMAILI tested the same quiz asking and not asking for their email. These are the results:NOT asking for their email: completion rate: 32% Asking for their email but not mandatory: completion rate: 15%I guess they simply don’t get that this field is NOT mandatory…Almost nobody knows that they can skip that with OK or the little arrow on the bottom right.→ Should I add a question (with logic) before the email form and ask them if they e.g. want to receive an email with additional information? Would that be a better practice?CALENDLYSomething similar happens with the calendly “card” that is also not mandatory, they don’t get it that they can simply skip it…Moreover I can’t edit the button label there that says “Send”. btw: that makes no sense at all...it should better be labeled “skip” as if they want to book a meeting they don’t have to press this button….→ Should I add a question (with logic) before the calendly card and ask them if they e.g. want to book a call to e.g. cl
Hello,When a user fills-in an online form, is it possible for the user to have the following options:downloads the filled-in form as PDF sends the results to themselvesIf this is possible, how to create these options?
Is it possible to integrate an external link, to display an embed link ?Here is an example of what I would like to do, add an external link of a Docusign signature to display it directly in the Typeform form:Thanks
We have a quiz where we educate people about our program.Every time they answer a question I will show them additional information tailored to their answer. At the end I want to email the respondents this additional information.I am able to send them a follow-up (notification) with their answers but don’t know how to add the additional information I showed them according to their answers. How can I do that? Actually best would be to send the respondents something like this: Question 1Their answer Further Information for Question 1 Question 2Their answer Further Information for Question 2Thanks for your help.Cheers,Cesare
