I’m trying to figure out the best survey system for a guest experience rep at the front desk of a museum to use to capture where museum visitors are coming from. One consideration is that sometimes there are parties that have guests from different locations. We don’t need city specific, just region specific. Right now, we have a list of the most common regions, then a prompt to fill in how many guests from the region, then a prompt to ask if you would like to record guests from another location, if yes logic that loops them back to the location question if they select yes. If no, survey ends. Any other ideas to make this better? I’m trying to make it as easy as possible for our guest experience team, while also keeping the data as clean as possible. 

Hello everyone! I am new to this community. I am posting to this community about my disappointment about creating a form that I will be using for my website for people to contact me. I am a blind individual who uses a screen-reader. While I am happy that it tells me to press the spacebar to lift a question, I am not happy that there is still unlabeled buttons. Also, I can’t seem to recall information after pressing the at (@) key. The focus doesn’t go to the menu where it shows recent fields, where I will be able to select one by pressing the up or down arrow, and pressing enter. All I have to say is that I would like to see major improvements to the unlabeled buttons. The screen-reader that I am currently using is VoiceOver for the Mac. Every browser works differently. I have tested this on Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. If you have any questions, please let me know by replying to this conversation. Thank you.

The upload size limit is only 10MB, Is there any way to set the size limit more than 150MB?Currently I am using Paid Google Drive to manage the uploading files. (So the file limit setting is useless for me)

We plan to use Typeform for an application process and I was wondering if there is functionality to have a left/right pane that can be used to house some common FAQs or other links? I’m aware you can do an image, but can’t seem to figure out if I can add text.

Can a quiz be modified into a flip card?

Hi,I’m trying to make a quiz where….. on correct selection…. I’ll add +10 to score and go to next question. Upon wrong selection, I’ll go to a statement screen which is considered as Hint. Now, once the Hint screen is accessed, I go back to my question …… where this time…. upon any selection…. I don’t want my score to update….. for thisI’ve created a boolean variable is_hint_active_q1 for question 1, is_hint_active_q2 for question 2… and so on.my question screenquestion’s logic ==>Now on the hint screenthe hint’s logic ==> Now, when I’m running this quiz form…​​​​​​​if you see the is_hint_active_q1 variable initializing with yes, although I specifically mentioned this to be yes at the Hint (statement) screen. please help me…. How can I initialize the variable with ​​​​​​​no 

I was working for someone and created several forms when I had access to their account, I no longer have access to that account and have no access to my forms. Is there a simple way of them transferring the form from their account to mine? neither of us are members or have access to the other workspace.

Im attempting to replace our new client email with a form. Currently we just have a template of the email we update before sending to each client, the opening is “Good (time of day) (name)!” with a following “Your appointment is booked for (date) at (time) with (stylist)”. Is it possible to update the form to be personalized for each recipient?

I’ve searched the forum but couldn’t quite figure this out:I have an initial checkbox question:“Which software are you currently proficient in?”None Software A Software B Software C Software D OtherDepending on what the user selected (say software A and software C). I want to have 3 other questions that go:“How well would you say your proficiency is in Software A”“Describe some benefits you had in using Software A”“What is the frequency you use Software A in your workflow” Then I want to repeat those 3 questions but using Software C instead. When done, I want it to continue to the next questions. And when the user selects none, skip this whole part. And when the user selects other and inserts a custom software not in the list, use that input in the 3 questions as a dynamic field. Thanks for your help! 

Hello,I am building a form where a number is assigned to a variable upon choosing any answer. The sad thing is that i cannot compare variables to achieve knowing which variable has the largest number.I need help asap.Thank you

 Hi everyone,I'm using Typeform in NPS email campaigns where users can respond by clicking trackable buttons in the email integrated in the URL (directing them to the second page of Typeform for detailed feedback on their score) or a standard link (leading to the first page with scoring buttons) for those who can’t click on the button. This dual method is causing score data to be logged in separate columns in Google Sheets. I’m looking a solution to merge these data streams into a single column for uniform analysis. The email contains both clickable score buttons (tracked links) and a regular link for users to copy/paste or click directly, so 2 columns in my sheetIf you have one idea, currently i’m doing the merge on the google sheet  by creating a new column but it’s not optimal :) Best

Can I only score a multiple choice question?

Hi there. I need some help in creating a form with the following requirement. I have a question that ask’s a user how many tenants they have in their property. The answer could be anywhere from 1-6 people. Based on the dropdown answer, I then need the user to be prompted to enter the required information e.g. if they select 3, then they will be prompted to enter in 3 tenants details. Equally, if they select 1 tenant, then they will only be asked for 1 tenants details. Is this possible?

Hello. I created a dropdown with 50 answers and when I test the form on mobile, it won't show me the options. If I scroll down, I occasionally can see the options, but only for like half a second. Can anyone help?

Hi Community, im trying to setup auto-follow up emails to users that started to complete a form.Example:User Completed:Q & A 1)NameQ & A 2)EmailQ & A 3) Mobile NrDid not Complete:Q & A 4 - 10) Mobile Device type? Within X minutes or hours after completing Q & A 3) BUT not completing Q & A 4) I would like to send a follow up email when the user drops off.The email will embed the link to the Q & A 4) to revert and complete. Thank You

Hey all,Just as the title shows I am wondering how many typeforms (quizzes) I am able to hold under my one account?I needed a way to generate new QR codes for each user of my form. Since I cannot generate unique QR’s for each user I am just duplicating the typeform and make unique tests even though they are identical in everyway.Is there a limit to how many active quizzes I am able to have? This may work its way up to having hundreds of ‘unique’ quizzes. Is there any imposed limits?

Ok so im doing a questionnaire for home improvement, so to be in perspective, the 2nd slide makes you choose wich room you want to reform. So when ever that part is done, the questionnaire will ask you ¿do you want to reform another room? So what i did with logic is if they say yes it will take them again to the slide 2 where they will choose another room. the thing is when i do that, and it takes them back to that one slide, and they do all the process with another room, the information of the first one will not save. So i will only have the information of the last room they choose and not the otherones. Can someone help me please.

 Hello,I would like to limit the number of answers to a multiple choice question according to the total number of “points” which is a default variable set in the quiz logic. Currently, the multiple selection settings only allow an exact number, a range or an unlimited number of answers. Ideally I would like to “limit number of answers by variable”.For example, in the screenshot below, selecting either “t-shirt” answer scores 40 points, and the “jacket” answer scores 60 points. Limiting to 100 points (as per subtitle) would be ideal. Any thoughts?  

  Hello -I have a spacing/layout question. Specifically, if you look at the 1st image that is attached, the button with the CTA of “Start” is not in view (below the fold) & it’s only until I scroll down that the “Start” CTA is in view.  Any recommendations or tips to get the “Start” button above the fold (so you don’t have to scroll down to view it would greatly be appreciated. For context, I have an iphone 12 viewport. (Not sure if that matters).  Thank you!!   

I’m looking to assist a client. They want to add a form that submits into mondaydotcom. They’ve asked that, throughout the form, they change certain dropdowns and add certain numbers.Towards the end of the form, this calculates a total. If the total is below a certain amount, they don’t want the user to be able to submit the form. Is this possible?

Hi there! I want to convert my pdf values assessment to something more manageable here. Basically you look at 100 personal values and mark which ones are most meaningful to you. Then you rank or bucket the ones that you marked, and keep doing this until you get to your top 2-3 values. I’d love to have just 10 values each page, they select all the ones that represent the core of who they are, and then for the ones they selected on each of those pages to be pulled into one page where they could rank them and so on.  Is this possible? I was looking at the personality quiz logic but it doesn’t seem to quite hit the mark.
