How do you decorate the typeform header… right now in normal font i see the name of my type form, but how can i add my flyer to the beginning of it so people will know they are on the right page ?Â
Hi, I’m new to Typeform, but not to survey scripting. I’m looking for features that I’m used to, but don’t seem to be there from what I’ve seen so far. My apologies if these are somewhere in the knowledge base, but perhaps I’ve been using the wrong terminology to find them. They are:Exclusive responses. I have a multi-answer question, but if they hit None of These, it should remove all other responses. Reduced lists. For example, Q1 is Which of these have you ever bought? Q2 is then Which have you bought most often? and should only show those that were selected at Q1. There is also the converse option of showing only those that have NOT been selected at Q1. Logic off multi-response questions. Only show a subsequent question if the answer to the previous question contains a defined response or set of responses, eg if Q1 includes Car as one of the responses, show Q3a Which model of car? If Q1 includes TV, show Q3b Which model of TV. They can be shown both, one, or neither of the question
Hello fellow gurus!I have an issue with how my typeform appears on my desktop vs mobile device. The page in question is - https://townly.com/project/apartments/balwyn-park-7-cherry-road-balwyn-victoria-3103Looking at the image below, I want my picture options to appear on two rows of three. This image is taken on desktop with the Supersize option. Width 100% height 750px. However, when Supersize is checked, the mobile version looks too big for what I want. See image below.  However, when Supersize is turned off, the mobile looks great. See below.  But with Supersize turned off, the desktop looks like this. Aesthetically, I’d prefer two rows of three options.Any solutions available? Are we able to lock the Supersize option according to screensize? Are we able to specify how many rows or columns we want on each screensize? My ideal scenario is for desktop to have two rows of three options and for mobile to have three rows of two options. Thanks in advance!
I have followed the instructions set out on a couple of youtube sites with much success. I have used the gear icon on my quiz page and shut off the icons and branding but they still appear on on the last page of my quiz.I have also purged my Chrome browser history and cookies. Need assistance.
If I have "select as many as you want" multiple choice question but want people who only select only one response (no matter which one they choose) to go to question 2 and those who select more than one response to go to question 3?Example:1. Which pets do you have?DogCatFishBirdOther[IF ONE SELECTION GO TO Q2; IF MORE THAN ONE SELECTION THEN SKIP Q2 AND GO TO Q3]Do I have to go through the list of options and create rules that would apply to every imaginable combination? For the actual survey, I’m working a list of 9 responses, so that seems daunting. Â
Every time I add a new multiple choice question on Typeform, for every single letter that I add to one of the answers, it pulls up a “Edit Answer Choices”… so if I’m typing a whole sentence, each letter this pops up, I need to click on “Yes, change it” and then I add another letter, it does the same, for each and every letter, no matter how long I do this for…Why does this happen? How can I stop it… it’s really annoying… and it significantly increases the amount of time it takes me to build a form. Like, wtf? Why would it ask on every single letter? Every single letter I type in, this pops up.Â
Hi,I have created a Typeform with hidden fields so Name and e-mail address is already known. Can I create a question regarding email address and the hidden field is default populated as an answer or how do you suggest I do it? My plan was that for example they can make modification to their name if it was not right populated from the CRM./TJ
Can Hidden Form Fields be renamed?Any work arounds?
When I the request your data process described below I’m missing most of the fields in my surveys. It almost seems like the fields that a colleague has added are not included?https://developer.typeform.com/get-started/data-portability/#typeform-admin-panel-method The same seems to happen when I use the API.I’ve double checked that the `form_id` I’m retrieving through the API is the same as what’s in the url when I look at the form.
I’ve seen the list of agency partners, but most of them seem like full-service marketing firms. I don’t need that. I just want someone to build a quiz for me that has somewhat complicated (at least for me) scoring and logic. Can anyone recommend a partner that will do this?Â
If you look at the attached image(button.PNG), you can't see the button add function.I want to create more than one button with link on ending page.button A → link A button B → link B …thank u for answer! Â
Hi everyone,I’ve integrated a Calendly calendar to my typeform, my Typeform questions are in French and my Calendly is in English.Any chance one of you knows how to display Calendly in other languages?Thank you!Clémentine
Hi there,I’m interested in sending a simple poll to my list. However, I want the voting USERS to be able to see the results as soon as they vote (and the number of respondents). Is that possible in TypeForm? Or is the creator of the poll the only one who can see the results on the backend?I just created an account and there are A LOT of settings. Would appreciate some help/guidance from the community.Thank you!!
Hi there Typeform wizards! I am new to Typeform / creating logic and hoping someone can help me out… I am stumped! I have a form that starts where a user can select anywhere from 0-3 options. Based on those answers, they would receive specific follow up questions related to the up-to-three selections they chose. All respondents would have the same final question and Thank you exit screen.  My issue is: if I say my favorite foods are Apples and Eggs, I want the form to show me the follow up question on Apples and Eggs only. In my current setup, I can only figure out a way to start with the Apple question, and then it goes through all the remaining questions in order. How can I *only* show the relevant subsequent options based on a user selecting multiple options (anywhere from 0-3) in the first question? Some illustrative questions below…. Question 1: Select your favorite three foods from the options below (you can select anywhere from 0-3).Apples, Bananas, Cantaloupe, Dragonfruit, Eggs
Hi I am new to type form.  Can I make the type form larger in my website when I embed the code into Wordpress? How do I get the user to either call the team, leave their number or book an appointment with one of the consultants? Thanks, David.
Hi all,I’m creating a risk assessment and have a summary at the end with a breakdown of the risk.If a user has no risk and bypasses a question, I’d like the summary to show LOW as the risk.Right now, it shows ______. Is this something I can do with variables? Here is a quick video with what I’m trying to achieve and here’s the link to my risk assessment. If you could steer me in the right direction that would be amazing. Thanks so much, Cath
I’m brand new to Typeform and feeling a little lost. I am trying to build a enneagram typing quiz. It’s a personality test with 9 different possible types. It is useful for someone to know what types they scored high in, and what types they scored low in. For that reason, they need to see 9 results. I watched the video “build a quiz with multiple scores” This video only shows multiple scores within separate categories. The quiz I want to make will have the 9 types categories all mixed up. What is the best way to do this? Thanks in advance!Â
I’m trying to create a survey form where we ask the user to select the different kinds of software they use, and then the next question takes those answers and lets the user rank them in order of which they use most. Is that workflow possible in type form? So the workflow is:Q1: What kinds of software do you use? (5 choices)→ user selects 3Q2: Which of these softwares do you use the most?→ user ranks 3 selected items from most to least used
Hi Community,We are using TF as Landing pages for our CRM tool.Is there any way we can hide/encrypt data that is being passed into the URL’s. Like I have a Form(https://8kw8tv0a2kv.typeform.com/to/dgI1bsRw#email=xxxxx&phone=xxxxx)I replace these XXXX with the fields I want to use.But when this form link is clicked , we can see data in the URL(email and phone). Is there any way we can get rid of this or encrypt this data. thanks.
I am looking to make multiple quizzes for multiple courses on my learning platform. These quizzes would be for certifications, so comprehension and mastery are important. Ideally, I would want to require the quiz questions to all be answered correctly and if there are any missed questions the “quiz taker” would have to retake the quiz, or would automatically be sent back to the first question.I can’t be the only person who wants to build this type of quiz, so if anyone has this same setup for their quizzes, any insight would be greatly appreciated.
I want an “apply” button in green, and a “decline” button in red. Â
I would like to replace a full name selected from a drop down list with a nickname to be used in Recall for later questions. Q2 Who are you reviewing today? Drop down options: Michael Q. Adams; Elizabeth May; Jane DoeSomewhere I’d like to associate those answers with more personal alternatives for Recall. Recall would replace Michael Q. Adams with Mike; Elizabeth May with Beth; or Jane Doe with Jane. For example:Q3 How many times have you worked with Beth over the last year?Anyone have luck making something like this work?  Â
We require our clients to pay a deposit on certain services (usually 50%) up front in order to ensure clients are committed to their projects. Obviously, this number varies from project to project.I’m creating an onboarding form and wondering if it’s possible to set the value of @price in a Payment question via a Hidden Field. So far, it seems like Hidden Fields are strings by default. Is there a way to change that? Based on this thread, it seems there once was on option to evaluate Hidden Fields as numbers, but I don’t have that option (see screenshot). I was hoping I could pass along something via url likehttps://example.typeform.com/to/nzthWI#deposit=1000Then use logic to add the value of @deposit to @price to dynamically update the client’s total. Is this possible with Typeform? Or maybe another approach I’m overlooking, like directly manipulating @price from the URL?Thanks so much for your help!
***on mobile***when I get to the question / page where my calendly is embedded, the calendly booking system shows for a brief second then disappears from view before I have chance to book a call. How do I stop this from happening?
We run multiple identical surveys with repeat questions (email, gender, age, etc.) going to the same people for things like product feedback (which often has multiple rounds). Can TypeForm remember those answers and auto fill those questions for people who have already given us that information? I guess a better question would be- can we make questions that are able to be used across multiple surveys/forms?
