Hi, we have a problem with a embed form.In desktop the text size is perfectly readable, but in mobile the text is too small.Is it a problem caused because the form is embeded in the website? is there a way to put the mobile text bigger?is the problem solved if we saw the form directly in a typeform subdomain? Thanks.

I am unable to view advanced settings for my typeform fields. I want to generate a numeric field ID for my form fields instead of alphanumeric ones. How can I do that? Currently I am not able to view the advanced or developer settings for my form. Why is that?

Hello everyone, I hope that someone can help me with my Problem. Typeform doesn’t send the information about specified parameters in URL like for example the contact ID to our Hubspot. So we can’t longer assign users to the data. This always happens when users complete an aptitude test on Typeform via a link we send with e-mail. The Typeform code is embed in our CMS Webflow and should send the selected parameters within hidden fields. Hello - Can someone help me understand how to carry over Google Tag information from one typeform to another. Use Case: I have two linked typeforms, the second is prompted based on answers to the first. I can currently associate and track all Google Ad information with the first, but do not have the visibility into the second (Relevant campaign details variables are not passing from first typefrom into the second). Is there a quick fix for this? Thanks!

Hello, I just embedded a Typeform code in my future email campaign. In the preview mode it’s perfect but then when i send the test mail the colors change (and question is no more visible). Could you help me with that ?  Best,  Diane

I try to connect Typeform to Pipedrive properly. I have some trouble with custom fields though. What is the right “field type” in Pipedrive to receive data from multiple choice answers? I tried text, large text and of course “multiple options”. But I always get the following error message. Can you update the Excel integration on a Typeform survey? I recently had to change my passwords for Microsoft 365, which seems to have killed the data connection. The Typeform is still working, but new surveys are not being copied over to Excel. Help!

I’ve got a very simple form asking for someone’s job title.  The CTA button is “Start recruiting”. The data they submit then gets passed to a hidden field in Typeform called “jobtitle”. Webflow is causing me some issues because I can’t see an obvious way to take that data and pass it into the embed code for the popover Typeform. Can anyone help?

I need to ability to calculate the driving distance (or linear distance if that’s all that’s available) between two addresses in order to run calculations to make a quote. Has anyone attempted this and made it work? I am okay with using an integration if that’s what it requires, but I haven’t found anything that does this yet.

Having an issue with the MailerLite Groups.I can select the group during the setup but when someone submits the form, the subscriber gets created along with the hidden field data but doesn’t get placed into the group.Any insight here would be greatly appreciated. 

Hey ! So, I created a synch between a form type lead gen and salesforce. The typeform is send from a crm tool and a hidden field base on the lead_id report answers of the form to update fields of the right lead.Everytime a lead submit the form, the status of the lead change to “interested”But if after that, we work on the lead and change the status to “unqualified” for example. The next time the synch will run, il will change again the status to interested. Is there a way to ask the synch to run only for new answers ? thanks for your help

Has any one on these forums encountered an integration issue with Affinity CRM? Sometimes when submissions through our Typeform are processed, they do not show up on Affinity. Unable to tell if this is a Typeform issue or an Affinity issue.

It it appears there is no field on Airtable that will accept my Typeform’s Net Promoter Score data...is this true? Hi all,I did a crazy serious work of integration of 50 forms to 1 google sheet. A lottt of work, really. Maybe weeks. It doesn't work, no visible reason. I'm kind of lost.It's a very simple structure: 50 forms, all go to 1 google sheet. It created automaticly 50 tabs. Looking fantastic. Really. Worked for 1 day or so. Than I started recieving e-mails from Typeform about each form that the integration is disabled. Why? I have no clue. Will be very happy and thankfull for your ideas because I'm having an existential crisis with it. Will a video help? Thank you, L.

Hey community,I've integrated Typeform with Monday.com, in order to manage my signup form leads.Now, in my form there are 3 text questions and 1 ‘multiple choice’ question.For some reason, on Monday, I see only the first 3 text questions, but the multiple choice answer doesn’t show.Anyone faced with this situation? or have an idea on how to solve it?Thank you!

Hi all;I just made my first form and connected the account to Microsoft. Connected Microsoft One Drive to it as well.I gave a name to the file, toggled on the connection, filled up some test forms, … But, no file shows up in my OneDrive.Do I need to do anything else on Microsoft or Typeform for the file to be “created” and updated?Thanks,Òscar

I have embedded a Typeform.com form on my website using the provided embed code, but the form is not displaying correctly. The form seems to be cut off or cut in half, and some of the fields are missing. I have tried adjusting the size of the iframe, but that did not fix the issue. What could be causing the form to display incorrectly on my website, and how can I fix it?

Does anyone know why the integration to google sheets would toggle itself off once the form is submitted?I’m doing a typeform to typeform survey and the results from the from the first form are being recorded in typeform, but the google integration toggle turns off everytime I test the first form (and the results don’t get passed to google sheets).I can toggle the integration back on, but it just happens again.

In Drupal I can set the share link as external media. I saved the typeform without auto-focus and added '?data-tf-disable-auto-focus=true' to the typeform link in Drupal.But in the frontend (in an embed-element) it still steals the focus. What else can I do? How can the autofocus be turned off.

Hiya, I have the Typeform and Klaviyo integration setup so that when someone submits a form, they automatically go through to klaviyo and into a flow that sends a ‘thank you for your enquiry’ email. Ideally I would like to add a tickbox in here to accept or not accept marketing so that we could then add them to our welcome series if they are not already on our database but obviously from a GDPR perspective we need to ensure people are physically opting into this.
