Why has my questionnaire timed out

When link is clicked it now loads page saying the questionnaire is closed but I have not closed it.

How do I send multiple personalised surveys in bulk?

Hi there,I need to personalise and send a survey 200+ customers.Each of the surveys is personalised with “fname” and “sname”.At the moment I am sending individual emails to each customer and having to copy and change a personalised link to each one. It takes forever!Is there an easier way to do this? Maybe using an integration with an email client or database?Thanks for your help,Keir

Typeform embed on webflow shows entire webpage in the embed

We just shifted to the new embed code for Typeform and if you scroll to the bottom of this page you can see that the embed is showing the entire website page, not just the typeform: https://get.popmenu.com/restaurant-crmDoes anyone know why this would happen or how to correct? Pop up doesn't respond on mobile

Hello,I have installed the pop up here https://c-moins-cher.com/c-moins-cher-com-cest-qui/ to test it. Pasting Code in MailChimp doesn't work

I just get an error like this every time:I’m just testing a one question multiple choice survey.I can’t seem to raise a support request. Perhaps because I’m not on a paid account. But if this function doesn’t work, there’s no value in getting a paid account. Is there something simple I’ve overlooked or does this function just not work (I see it is Beta).Thanks.

Test link

When you click on publish and copy the test link to share with people for testing - if you then make changes to your survey, do you need to copy a new test link that will include the changes that were made?

Unable to publish form even with the right plan

Link suddenly not working

Hi! I’ve shared a survey with our freelancer community, which seemed to work initially but then it didn’t. So I sent out a second email with a new link, worked for 24 hours and now we got the same problem again. When clicking on the survey link now, you land at a page with the message “Sorry, you can't access this typeform until its creator says so”. Impossible to publish, after downgrading plan, because of features of superior plan

Hi there ! I was in the Business plan. Downgraded to Basic plan. Now my form cannot be published anymore because of features that can be used only on the Business plan. How can I find the features from the superior plan that make my form impossible to publish ? Thank you very much !Amina

My Typeform is unable to be embedded

Hi all, My Typeform is unable to be embedded on a web page. This is a lemlist (email automation software) campaign. If someone in the email clicks a link they end up here. Using Chrome autocomplete crashes the browser

I am using the direct URL (not embedding script) to load my form in mobile Chrome browser successfully but any time the autocomplete is used on any fields, the browser crashes. It’s not my form - I get the same crash result using the original template below with auto-complete. Link tracking

Our team used to create multiple trackable links to forms so that we could easily A/B test our form sharing and see which platforms generated most engagement with our audiences. It was great to have a way to do this that doesn’t require complex UTM setup. It seems this feature no longer exists, but I hope I’m wrong! Is it hidden somewhere?

How to move popup side tab to lower part of page?

I would like to lower the sidetab to the lower portion of the page as the middle part of the page has text, mega menu items, etc. covered by it. This is especially true on mobile devices. See image below.Is there a way to specify where the tab shows up? Thanks,John

Is there an easy login option or way to recognize users if I send out daily quizzes?

I send a daily quiz to my users through a WhatsApp group (as a link to a Typeform). I want be able to track inputs from each user them so I can give them feedback on their progress. How can I recognize users without asking them to enter their email address every time? Is there anything like a “login with Facebook” or way to capture their number that I can do to identify individual responders?

Can I change the answer field view?

I noticed that on Desktop, when entering the answer into a field, I cannot see what I wrote. I’m typing and as I’m typing the text disappears on the left as my character count grows since the view only allows for one line to be seen at a time. Is there a way to change the answer field size/view, so that you can see what you wrote and easily edit it if needed? If not, I’d like to make that a #featurerequest.
