Hi everyone! I’m currently designing a feedback and bug-report flow for a gaming utility site using Typeform. Since our users expect a highly responsive and lightning-fast experience, I want to ensure the embedded form doesn't impact our page speed.We are studying optimized platforms to see how they handle clean, fast UI layouts on mobile. What are your best tips for lazy-loading Typeforms or using the pop-over embed style to keep the site performance at 100%? Would love to hear how other developers optimize their setups!
Can anyone help me? I’m trying to create a questionnaire to share with clientele, but every time I try, the link opens to “Sorry, you can't access this typeform until its creator says so.” I have published it, it says it is open to responses, and it I am copying the link right from the typeform. What am I doing wrong and how do I fix it? Thank you!

Anyone else got this issue?My Published surveys work well on desktop but on mob, ALL dropdowns options on ALL published surveys appear as white font on white background - even though my background in Design is dark. This used to work as I tested it 2 m months ago but at some point it stopped working. Any ideas?

I’m quite new here , exploring Typeform, and I would like to know the following: How can you avoid that someone with access to the generic links, could access again and again with the aim to copy all questions and answer categories and walk away with your method?So far, I sent general links to our testers. So I understand they could access eternally to them?Is there a way to avoid this? To make sure a link is only valid once? (They could still copy while they fill it in, but at least not enter again once submitted). I tried to avoid this by generating a copy of the questionnaire. But in that case, the data are gone and you start all over… that’s a shame for comparisons, etc.Thanks for sharing your insights. Have a great day,Esther

Hey Typeform Community, We’ve been using Typeform for several years now, and love the sharing feature where we can design the shareable report with a cover photo and logo. I’m trying to find a Typeform customer representative to help me answer a few questions on what we can do next since we’ve received a warning message that says“This report is no longer supported and will be removed without notice. Ask the sender to switch to the new version described in the Typeform Help Center”The new option and feature doesn’t allows us to edit the colours of the shareable report to match out brand. Is there anyone who can help us?

I use Typeform to send out a quarterly newsletter, it tends to be a relatively large image, Video, and link heavy newsletter. We frequently encounter issues where the videos in the newsletter are work in production, work in preview, work on the initial send but when we go back to share a past newsletter via the link the Videos do not work we get the “Sorry We’re having a little trouble.” Message. Does anyone have an suggestions, or explanation for this.

I’m currently on the free plan and am an individual planning to relaunch a startup that is preparing for launch.I would like to use a Typeform quiz as part of my email marketing campaign with MailerLite, and for that I need a shareable public URL for the form. I understand that generating a URL may require upgrading to a paid plan.At this stage, I would prefer not to incur any extra monthly cost if possible. Before considering an upgrade, I wanted to clarify:Before upgrading, I wanted to confirm: If I upgrade to a monthly paid plan, will I be able to generate and use the public URL for my form in MailerLite? If I cancel the subscription after one month, will the form or its URL be affected? What happens to a form that uses paid features once the account is downgraded back to the free plan? Hello,I have created a survey in Typeform that is intended to be a customer satisfaction survey about our company.I now want to share this survey with our customers, but I am unable to do so in a functional way.My goal is to: Upload an Excel file with customer information (name, email, etc.) Send the survey automatically to all listed customers in bulk Be able to identify which customer submitted which response (i.e. see who said what) I have tried different options, including email-related settings and sharing methods, but nothing seems to work. Hello,I need to set up an auto trigger so that people who have started filling out the forms and have not submitted get a email reminder. The first question is to capture the email. I don't see any option, and also I can’t see the partially completed forms in the backend either (only the stats on how many completed).

I was interested in using Typeform to collect survey data from youth. Because we’ve done this same survey in the past, we know that respondents often have to split up the survey completion over a couple of days. Is there a way to create an individualized link for each respondent so that, when they click on it, they will be returned to where they left off? I should note that multiple respondents will be using the same devices to take the survey.

In general surveys, the send button is displayed as follows, but only if i open it on Laptop on Mobile its normal: label.button.submithow can I change that
A user just notified me they saw this message when they clicked on a link in one of my transactional emails: What the heck! This is confusing for people.Was this intentional? There should have been communication regarding a big user-facing change like this.FWIW, I don't mind a new address, but I need time to update all my email templates and site code!
I have my Typeform embedded in a Go High Level funnel. It was working great for over a month but recently it’s only loading with the questions cut off. I have ‘auto’ height and using it the way I usually plug it in. Not sure how to fix this. It’s wither an issue with Typeform or the GHL. Any way I can fix this?
