Upgraded but it's still in trial mode

Old Typeforms in Trial mode, I have upgraded the plan to PLUS more than 48 hrs ago and they are still in trial mode - Help? We are loosing a lot of business opps

Form uses scrollbars WPBakery embed

When I embed my form into our website (either fullscreen or with header/footer), the viewing window is very small, such that I can’t actually see the questions.I presume it’s something to do with WPBakery not making a big enough iframe for it. Embeded forms - How to extract URL from main page

Promotion of Typeform in Australia

Hello.I posted a question a few weeks ago about a local government blocking Typeform as a survey platform and am now working with a few other local governments who have also blocked Typeform with their IT Teams stating the below:I am wondering if anyone else out there is having the same trouble with local government (specifically in Victoria, Australia) and if Typeform can maybe do some promotion to the sector to address this apparent blanket ban..?Thanks..

Problem in the midle of the form

I have embed the form to my wordpress site with the “Standard methode” and insert HTML Code. Its in every editor (WP Bakery, Elementor, Gutenberg etc. the same. Start page is ok, when i klick on “Wir werden sehen” to type in the name, the page zooms extreme. (Look pictures) I think something is wrong with the script. Its only on mobile devices. How can i fix this problem? WP is updated and all pugins too.https://hope-and-care.de/bewerbung2

Typeform embedded in Sendinblue not displaying correctly

I am aware of a similar issue marked as solved here in the community but have not been able to solve mine in the suggested way. When I embed my typeform code in the HTML editor (Sendinblue), only the multiple choice answers are displayed, this happens on mobile as well as on desktop:

Hello!I turned on notifications, but the client only gets a confirmation email that they filled out the typeform.Is there a way to automatically email the client a copy of their answsers?Thank you!John

how to display a preview link of the image containing the custom link with variables ?

When I share a personalized link on the Linkedin chat, the preview image link is not the same. it does not contain the name and id (personalizations). Do you know how to solve this problem?

Hello,Is it possible to customize the color of the QR code? The typeform’s QR code is just black and white. I don’t see any options on customization. How can i change the color and the shape of the QR code when creating a “typefrom”? Thanks in advance.

Redirect button or after ending doesnt work when embeded

HI, I have seen a few similar posts, but none quite the same or helped me solve the issues. I have a simple survey that leads to an ending and has embedded this into my wix site. The survey works fine, but the redirect URL link I have set doesn't do anything when I get to the end. When I test the survey through the Typeform site, it works perfectly and redirects. Just when embedded, it doesn't work anything happens when you click the button.  The same applies if I auto-redirect with no button. It doesn't go to the URL. It just stays on the survey. Link won't send in email

HiI have published my Typeform and now trying to copy and paste the link into an email to send.  The email appears in my sent items but noone ever receives the form.  I’ve tried a couple of different ways and none seem too work.  I’ve also tried in Outlook and GMail, neither work. Please help!Thanks

Hi there, none of the uploaded backgrounds are displaying on all my Typeforms. I tested it with one of the Typeform templates and having the same issue. Is this a Typeform technical issue or is it something to do with my account?

Unable to publish my form

I am on the basic plan and have a 10 question form. When I click “publish” I get the following error message:After “refreshing page” it goes back to the original form and when I try to “publish” it gives me the same results. I thought the error was a temporary one on Typeform’s end but I have tried it over the last week a dozen times and It is always the same error message. Am i missing something? Thanks!

Hi there, On this page, I can read:answers will be kept safely in their browser's local storage, for 15 days My question is: When does the 15 days span start?Does it start the time the respondent start the typeform?Or does it start the last time the respondent loads or edits the form? Thank you for your help!Patrice

Creating a pop that automatically begins with the start button?

looking for a workaround : wordpress siteflothemes theme pop up code embedded  on home page will show a START button but won’t auto launch.the START button is floating over the menu I don’t have many options under EMBED IN A WEBPAGE as I’m only at a Basic level. But it seems a little strange I need to spend another 696 to make a pop up actually pop up. my interact quizzes pop up just fine. I have tried deleting the first page as suggested in this thread: But it didn’t work.  If I make a full page for the typeform quiz it works _without the start button_ Any ideas?

questions appear overlapping the row on my wordpress page

When I share the typeform and place the code on my Wordpress page it don't appear properly.The question overlap the row on mobile, and this makes the user experience difficult.

What does response mean in Typeform? Number of individual users responding to a survey, or number of questions answered?

Apologies if I’m missing a really obvious FAQ that answers this question, but I’d love clarity on what respondent means in Typeform.  I’m used to using competitor software where response limits = number of individuals who answer the survey.  So on the basic plan you could send your survey to 10 people to fill in, no matter how many questions are in the survey.However, I seem to have hit my limit before then, so I’m wondering if each answer to each question is considered a response?!!   Meaning one survey of 10 questions answered by one person would use up all the free responses.Also, does Typeform log someone who starts a survey, but never finishes it, as a response (or log their saved, but not submitted answers, as responses)?Thanks to anyone who can help clarify this.

Sharing - Results, The Quiz, etc

Hi Everyone :) Been digging, searching for an answer on this, but not really finding anything…What I’m trying to do is:*Allow the user to share their results, socially, at the end of the quiz (I give a number result)*Allow the user to share the quiz (if their result sucked haha)Annnnnnnd it’d be amazing to share via more platforms than FB, Twit and Linked (i’d love to remove Linkedin)What I’ve found is:*Typeform only allow users to share the quiz to FB, Twitter & Linkedin*User can’t share their actual end of quiz result*User can’t share to any other platforms beyond the forced FB/T/LIs there a workaround here I’m not finding? Kinda seems weird there isn’t more flexibility around social sharing given the value of social currency, especially with quizzes, etc across social media. More so when the monthly cost is pretty decent.  Thanks :) L

Launch in Email Answer not Preselected

I am using the Launch in Email feature and embedding the code in a ConstantContact email. Everything seems to be working, including passing a parameter to a hidden field, but the user’s selected answer to the embedded first question (multiple choice) is not preselected in the form. This means that the user clicks an answer in the email, goes to the form, and then has to click the answer again in the form. There is branching logic based on this first answer if that is relevant.

Help needed: full screen embedding feature no longer works in Shopify

Hi!It appears that the full-screen embedding feature no longer works on Shopify (maybe due to a Shopify update). I tried following these directions: https://www.typeform.com/help/a/embed-your-typeform-into-your-shopify-site-4409196271252/ however, step 8 is no longer true, as the template code no longer automatically loads in the code editor:(8. The template code will automatically load in the code editor. Paste in your Typeform embed code - here, we’ve done it between the page title and the page content. Click Save once you’re done.)I tried to manually enter the code pictured in the example, but that did not work either. I am wondering if Typeform has updated directions available so that I can utilize the full-screen embedding feature.  Thanks in advance for any and all help!
