Hello, I'm running an organizational culture survey in a company, where each employee must answer some questions. It's a pilot. This form needs to be anonymous and at the same time I can't have two responses from the same person. So, I was using Hidden Fields with Mailchimp and everything was fine. Today, when I went to send the second form of the survey, Mailchimp considered my submission inappropriate and suspended my account, saying they can no longer support me. Due to deadlines, I urgently need a solution to send a large number of emails, with hidden fields in the link, through Gmail. Or other alternative. I saw something like this around here some time ago but I couldn't find it. Can anyone help me?

Hi everyone! I am trying to embed a “picture choice” question in an email using Hubspot as my email distributer. My issue is that when it shows up on the mobile the options are vertically alligned which means that some optins show before others, which I am afraid might affect the answers. I would like to have them next to each other on the phone as it is on my computer.  Anyone who know how I can fix this? I would really appreciate your help! ☀️

Hi, Can you output files that are edible?We need to input the QR code into a designed template. The standard black and white jpg file offered is not sufficient. 

which format does Typeform use to send out the client survey via email / ussd?

Hello! I have 2 issues thats I can’t find help on: 1)My form saying it’s closed when I don’t have a single answer collected on the form.2)Needing the quiz results to have a page showing their quiz summed results. Here’s a loom video of what I’m experiencing:  

I recently bought an ad package from a company, and they sent me a link to fill out a typeform. But every time I click on the link, it does not open the form, but instead always takes me to the sign up page, even though I am already logged in and have an account.

Yesterday I tested Hidden Fields with Mailchimp and it worked perfectly fine. Today, when launching the search, I went to test sending the email and it no longer works. The link shows this: https://boomforms.typeform.com/to/aNZU9uGg?typeform-medium=embed-email#ixd=*%7CHTML:ID%7C* I've already tried changing the code, the form, the *|ID|* field to *|MERGE6|* (the alternative field).I reviewed all the parameters and I can't find the problem. But I need to fire it to the client today, by 2pm. Has anyone been through this and can help me? 

All of a sudden all of my workspaces have gone under a Private (for your eyes only) area. how to I release them? I need to be able to share the link with clients.

i have upgraded to basic plan and yet i am unable to publish the form 

Hi,I published my very first Typeform and was excited, to share it with friends. Unfortunately, when I try to open the TF-Link, I geht this message – also on different browsers or devices:  Does anybody know, what the problem is here? Do I need to get a plan first, to publish my TF?BTW, I found several “dead” TFs like this in german language on the web. Thanks so much for your help! Hi everyone, I noticed that my typeforms don’t work when I have my VPN turned on. Did anyone find a way around that? I figure that a lot of my leads/clients will not be aware of that.For now a warning above every form is my “temporary" solution. But I am looking for a more permanent one. Thanks.

Hello all - typeform newbie here asking for help! My company is sending out a self-assessment survey to our employees and we want folks to feel comfortable answering the questions honestly. I understand that questions are anonymized by default but we want people to be able to access their assessment scores easily to inform their development goals. Is there a way to send respondents a copy of their results without collecting their email? 

Hello, I have several questions concearning the creation and sharing the survey.We need to create a survey for a diverse public and make the survey personalised in some cases:1. Could it be possible to create different links leading to the same survey (to place on our different platforms) and therefore track where the audience is comming from to do the survey?2. If yes, is it possible to make the starting page different according to the link shared (and the rest of the survey stays the same)3. Is it possible to unite the results of several surveys in one statistic? (In case we would need to create different versions of survey for different audience)4. What is the advantage of purchasing a subscribtion allowing different languages, as we can create 3 different logic “lines” with different languages;  is the translation of the questions automatic in case of subscribtion?

I created two forms on the free plan not realising 10 response limit, so upgraded to the Basic 250 responses. But my two forms I had created are not allowing any more responses. How can i increase the response limit of my existing forms?

Hi there,We're wanting to create a form for other organisations to fill in. However, this form is not submitted by only 1 person. The form should go through multiple colleagues in the organisation to fill in parts of the form.Does TypeForm have an option to save the answers from my colleague? This is on a different browser, on a different device.Would love to hear.

Is it possible to have a number of people complete a single form together? In other words, Responders A, B and C all fill in the same form and I see the results as having come from a single form.
