Typeform conversations

Hello.After working without problems for some time, the google sheet integration of some forms (those that were collected in a single sheet) are skipped (perhaps because I think I deleted a tab in the sheet?).Now I have eliminated the sheet that collected all the forms and I tried to make a new one (doing a new integration) but it still doesn't work: the sheet fills up when I integrate them but then it doesn't update the results. 

Hi! I am unable to generate a report. I get an error that says “This report is private.” I’m the creator of the survey so why would I not be able to generate a report from my own survey? 

Hi evrybody !  I’ve created a typeform for a client who to receive email notifications for each respondant. I settled all this thanks to you tuto ✅👌But know, he would like that the sender of the email notification corresponds to the respondant email. So for instance, if John answers the typeform he gets a notification from john@mail.com  (so the sender changes for each respondant)… Is this possible ? And if so how ? Hope everything is clear :) ! Thank you 🙂 

I’ve managed to embed as per instructions but the button design is way off the button design of the main site.Is there a way to embed the form as a pop-up but do so with a button in keeping with the site design?

I want to understand if there is anyway to relate form and form_insights endpoint’s data. I’m not seeing form_id in form_insights response

Hi there,We are hiring a student that would like to conduct a survey for his thesis. He would like to conduct the survey for a month due to vacation period here in Germany. Then he would like to be subscribed for another month to evaluate the questionnaire. So my question is: can we buy a plan on a monthly basis (Business plan) and then terminate the plan after the two months.Or do we have to subscribe for one year minimum but pay on a monthly basis?I have not quiet understood the terms and conditions in order to cancel a plan.Many thanks and best regardsDespina

Hi Everyone! Hope you’re having a fantastic day/evening! I have a quick question, I am new to the platform and have a created a quiz that is outcome based. However, I’m unsure how to set rules and create a logic flow.. if that makes sense. I have added my outcomes and rules to the logic test but the outcomes aren’t returning what I want them to. How do I correct this?TIA! 

Hi - long story but we’d like to import responses into Typeform - ideally from excel.  This would be a repeated process for a set number of surveys with a set number of responses.  What would it take to get that organized?  Would love insight here!

I have a Typeform embedded on my Shopify site, but when I am scrolling down the site and the cursor reaches the point where it is hovering over the Typeform, it begins the scroll down action on the form, causing it to scroll to the next question. I know that one way to prevent this from happening is to set up a logic such that you cannot go to the next question without answering it first. However, I’ve set up my first slide on my form to be a statement as a sort of “Take this quiz!” opening slide and would prefer for it to be fixed on that slide and not scrollable until the user has clicked on the button to begin the form’s questions. Not sure why this isn’t a function that can be readily disabled since it’s a huge hassle and disruption in user experience when Typeforms are being embedded on a web page. I saw a similar concern on this forum, but have no idea how to implement it: https://github.com/Typeform/embed/issues/481Hoping someone can provide some help or a solution! 😊

Hello, I want to change the wording which is associated to the 0-10 scale. Is it possible to do it ?   

Hi there, I want to build a quiz and at the end I want various product recommendations. Usually it counts only the product that has been clicked the most and then it spits it out as a recommendation.Like for instance I have a quiz that has the answers “vitamin c” , vitamin b” and “selenium”.Now based on the questions, if “selenium” was the most clicked, it will give it as reccomendation. But what if “selenium” and “vitamin c” are equally clicked… why can’t it give 2 or more product recommendations? Why only 1? How could I change the whole quiz so that I have several answers/product recommendations in the end? I wanna do a quiz where people say how old they are, how their health is, what health related topics they’re interested in and then give various product recommendations aka supplements that we sell. Any ideas?

Hello, I want to ask “How many children are you taking to the wedding and how old they are”. I would be ok with short text answer. But I need separate fields. Furthermore, I don’t know how many fields I need. Ideally there would be one, with new one popping under the existing after it gets some content.Is something like that possible?Or do I need to create like 5 questions (hopefully no one needs to take more than 5 kids) and use logic jumps after question (do you have more kids?)? This just seems really cumbersome.Thanks

I am wondering if an answer to a multiple choice question can go to more than just one ending.  For example, I am making a novel compatibility quiz for my students so they can narrow their focus on what kind of book to choose.  I pose a question about who you would most like to eat dinner with, the person picks James Bond, but that answer could be for spy novels, or mystery novels.

So i’m starting to set up my first few surveys in Typeform and, luckily, stakeholders have sent through a lot of questions to ask our users.I was wondering though, has anyone recorded the completion rate of their surveys over time and split it by question count or even survey duration?I was hoping to get a sense of the maximum recommended question count or ideally a completion rate curve by question count/survey duration. I’ll be collecting this data myself over time and i’m happy to share once I can.

I am trying to integrate quickbase and Typeform, this is based off of an orders status.I have created a pipeline to integrate with Typeform API. Hello!I’ve got a typeform that redirects to another typeform after one of the endings. The initial typeform is being loaded with the embed SDK and I’m setting the redirect property to _self. <div data-tf-redirect-target=_self data-tf-widget="{{formId}}" data-tf-on-submit="submit" id="form" data-tf-hidden="{{hidden}}"></div>That all works great. When you complete the question that triggers the redirect the next typeform shows just fine! However, I have noticed that the callbacks stop working at this point. Hi, the up and down navigation buttons (and the “Powered by Typeform” button) on my questionnaire, seen here, move out of view as you reduce the height of the browser window.  How do I affix the those buttons to the bottom of the page, as seen starting on the second question of Guardian Bike’s Typeform questionnaire (note how, when you change the heigh of the browser window, those buttons remain in view). In case it’s relevant, my questionnaire is embedded in Wix; I’m not sure what platform Guardian Bike uses. Thanks!Ian

I have 60 questions and on question 3 the progress bar shows half way done. I move forward in the questions and the progress bar skips back. Then forward. Then back again. I’m just going forward in the questions and it skips back and forward all the time. How can I fix this?
