Typeform conversations

Hello Community,This is the integration I’m referring to: “Answer a typeform without leaving Slack”I can’t get the Typeform to show the “Answer in slack” button when I share a Typeform link on any channel. I’ve made sure to follow all the rules in creating the link. I’ve also created a personal workspace to try it out + my colleagues also did that and it won’t work for us. Slack has mentioned it’s a Typeform issue, but Typeform support says it might be the Slack workspace settings (which is not the case since we created additional workspaces to try this out). I have set up a quiz with 10 questions.I have set up a link to Trello and when the quiz is complete it created a card on Trello but does NOT include the ending or the score.Any idea how to get these to be included? very grateful newbie !!

Hi,I created an email that includes a link to my Typeform survey.Is there a way to get the user emails address that is connected to each survey and view it on the results tab? I need this information in order to monitor the users’ details without asking them to fill in their email address. Thanks!

I’m building a booking form for a photographer, and she’d like her clients to be able to give her a few dates that could work for them to do the shoot. I’m having trouble figuring out how to do this with one question - the “date” question takes a whole page, and it’s already a long enough form that I don’t want to make the users enter (for example) 3 dates over three separate pages. It would be ideal if I could ask “What are some dates that could work for you?” and the user could submit up to three potential dates as the answer to that one question. I suppose I could do a text response, but I like to avoid those as much as possible so that we get fewer unhelpful/junk responses. Any suggestions?

I want to pass a {{contactId}} from my website to identify my logged in customers who take the typeform survey embedded into my page.I embed videos through another company that provides this ability through the addition of a javascript snippet so am wondering if typeform allows for something similar? Does updating the my typeform change the URL?

We are attempting to use the typeform-intercom integration to gather user feedback. For some reason our CSP is blocking the form submissions to typeform and I cannot figure out why. I have updated the form-action entry in the CSP to include `*.intercom-integration.typeform.com/`, but yet it is still being blocked. Has anyone else run into tis issue? Has anyone been able to update their CSP to correctly allow this form submission? The error we are getting:Refused to send form data to 'https://intercom-integration.typeform.com/intercom/renderForm?form_url=https://eva368832.typeform.com/to/Ur2MA5&sheet_title=Request%20a%20new%20ingredient&form_id=Ur2MA5' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "form-action 'self' *.intercom-integration.typeform.com/ *.intercomcdn.com/".Refused to send form data to 'https://intercom-integration.typeform.com/intercom/renderForm?form_url=https://eva368832.typeform.com/to/Ur2MA5&sheet_title=Request%20a%20new%20ingredie

I am using the Follow-Ups feature to send an email to the user after completing the form and for several of my type forms I often get broken images appearing in the email.I am using very simple html code to insert a logo image (see below), yet it arrives broken. Looking at the raw source / headers I can see the code is a mess and often split up - is this something type form is doing?<img src="https://crediteureka.com/logo.gif" width="300" />   

In our product, we are able to generate Forms dynamically using the Typeform API. We would like to use some of these forms in our Email communication. I can see that, from the Dashboard UI, we can get the actual embed code that we would copy and pasted into our email template. I would like to know if there is an API for me to get that embed code for a given form. I don’t want to have to access the UI to get that code. Thanks.

I’m thinking of getting a paid version of Typeform for the file upload ability, but would like some clarification before making a decision. If I have a file upload question, and I’ve integrated Typeform with a specified Google sheet, will the file upload question result (a png or pdf) show up as a URL in a column on that Google sheet? If I click on the link, will I need to sign in to typeform to view it? Or is it an image link that my browser will download and open? This note is from a Typeform article: “Note! You do not need to be signed in to your Typeform account to download files from your results with these URLs, and they are permanent links to your files.” I would like more clarification on this because I saw a conflicting forum answer saying that I would need to sign in to view the file when I click on the file upload link that populates in the google sheet

Hi,can someone help me how to improve the mobile view ? I'll take a screenshot of what my tyoeform link looks like in the mobile version. It's so that you cannot see the questions. When I created my type form I made it to be like a quiz and depending on what you answer you get led a certain way. When I view my type form I can't answer all 7 questions I wanted to ask, it just makes a conclusion quickly. Is there any way to fix this?

Hello! If someone writes an answer to a question in a survey or selects an answer in a quiz, can their answer (whether they write in text or select a multiple choice answer) be stored in my CRM (assuming I connect it via Zapier)? Thanks! 

I am currently thinking of using typefrom as part of pour briefing process and I would like to assign a job number to each typeform response which will be sent to the person filling in the form and again on our trello board. How would I go about doing that?

Apologies if this was answered somewhere - I tried looking through community posts but many of the use cases seem very specific and/or more complex.I am trying to see if Typeform is capable of weight-based outcomes (as opposed to the score range).For the sake of simplicity, let’s say we are doing a quiz to find out what is your spirit animal: Cat, Dog, Mouse, Owl. Each of those spirit animals would be a variable that accumulates points based on answers (only by increments of 1). There would be a series of 10 multiple-choice questions and a specific selection adds weight (+1) to the specific spirit animal (i.e. favorite food “seafood” would add +1 to “cat”, while “steak” would add +1 to “dog”). After user goes through the 10 questions, they would be shown which spirit animal they are based on the variable that has the highest score accumulated. Ideally the “winning” spirit animal would also be assigned to a variable that then could be used for mapping properties through one of the many

Hi,I would like to know the email of people who started a form but did not end it ? We send the “email info” to typeform with hidden fields, but until now I can only know when a people finish the form (not when he only started it and abandonned)Do you know what i can do ?Thanks a lot for you help,Laurent

My last question of the my form is do you take “Are you currently taking any of the following medications?”. If the user selects two or more, I would like them to go to a specific ending. This the logic that I have created for the question.  I have choices from A to Z. So my thought was if the user Chooses A and B or C or D Or E, etc. it would just to my specific ending. I can get it to work A & B and B & A. When I try to get to Z, that’s when it fails and If I just select one option it sends me to the non desired ending page. Any help would be amazing  

Multiple choice questions does not allow user to select multiple options .. Then it can be only a single choice question. Any solutions for this to place multiple choice quesions?

I hid a column in my responses by mistake, how can I restore that column?

Is there a way to customize matrix fields to include free form text (i.e. - adding a date)?
