Typeform conversations

Hi,I’m using Typeform in webview inside a mobile app.Question, how do I take care of the identity of the person filling the from?This is how I see the workflow:I pass some secret id of the user as parameter when redirecting to Typeform Typeform keeps the secret id until the end of the form Typeform passes the secret id as a parameter when redirecting to my website at the end screenAm I right? Or is there another way?Thanks

Hello,I’m pretty new with typeform and I would need your help :)I’ve done a quiz, with logic and scores and different endings according to the score and so far all was perfect! What I would need now, would be the possibility to ask, possibly in each different ending, if the quiz was useful (it is an educational quiz about online security)...is there any way to add a button asking if the quiz was helpful? or a way to send the user to another content type asking for that? Thanks in advance,Annalisa 

HiI’m trying to connect Typeform to Canva to embed a form into a template there. I’ve followed the Typeform support instructions (https://www.typeform.com/help/a/add-a-typeform-to-your-canva-presentation-360043530711/) and have tried a number of times with the same error each time when I get to Step 6 in the instructions.Instead of it displaying the list of type forms in the Canva bar on the left, I get an error:“The app returned an invalid response. Please try again later. If the problem remains, please contact the developer of the app.” which is Typeform.Any idea how I can fix this?thanks in advance.John

How can generate report for the Response summary with dates ? In responses I can filter the answers EX: from 1st of Feb till 28th of Feb. However in response summary its showing all answers from Jan till Feb 

Hi guys, This problem has been mentioned several times before but I was wondering if anyone had a solution. I want to use a full-page typeform. The Typeform looks great on web browsers using PC/mac. Unfortunately, when accessing the Typeform on mobile there is no ability to scroll down to press ‘next’. I tried changing the typeform from ‘full page’ to ‘standard’ and this enabled scrolling, but the spacing was terrible on mobile (had to scroll way too far) and there was a significant sacrifice on the web browser Ux/design. Is there a fix to enabling scrolling on full page typeforms for mobile? I feel like this is quite a fundamental flaw.  Thanks, Luke

Hello, I am Ray, the Growth Manager for an educational app service.We are planning to conduct a survey within the app for our users, and I have two questions related to this matter. Can we embed Typeform as a modal within the app? I tried searching for it, and it seems to be possible, but I wanted to confirm with you. I am curious if we can integrate the data from this survey with PA tools such as Mixpanel.  Thank you! 

Hi!  My challenge is creating more detailed reports.When I go to print or PDF, I’m not seeing percentages for each answer.There’s about 400 responses.How can I see, for example, which format the responders prefer?Or which time of year got the most votes? Thanks,Newbie

Hi, we have a problem with a embed form.In desktop the text size is perfectly readable, but in mobile the text is too small.Is it a problem caused because the form is embeded in the website? is there a way to put the mobile text bigger?is the problem solved if we saw the form directly in a typeform subdomain? Thanks.

Hi all, I’ve been looking around in this community & on the web but haven’t found an answer to my question.I want to create a questionnaire where the Question 1 is Multiple Choice (multiple selections) with 6 options. In the Question 2, I only want to show the options that were choses in Question 1 as answers. So If you select 4 options in Question 1, only these 4 options are shown in Question 2. Anyone knows if this is possible in Typeform? Thanks in advance  

I was just charged a yearly subscription but I do not use this service at all. I haven´t used it and do not want this going forward. I had no warning of a subscription. I´ve cancelled everything before. I am so unclear why this is happening. right after I got the bill in my email. I have been trying so hard to get my money back. Please help. HiI want to create a simple multiple choice form that once completed will let you know what ‘type’ of animal you are. How does it work?8 questions each with 4 optional answers. Each answer has a score of 1, but depending on which answer you pick, that 1 point will be allocated to either Lion / Labrador / Otter / Beaver. At the end of the quiz, each of those collective points needs to be added up to see which of the four animals is dominant. So based on your 8 answers Lion received 7 points and Otter 1 so you are very much a Lion!I would like to ideally then present that result with some text explaining what that animal trait is like.I would really appreciate the support, I have allocated 1 point to each answer so far, I tried to go into the calculations and variables but could not seem to edit anything and honestly was just playing around! Would love a run down on how to do this.Thanks

Hello, I modified a typeform questionnaire and when I wanted to retrieve the old answers to the questionnaire the data did not exist anymore. Is it possible to go back in time so that I can recover my data?  

I have created a 5 question quiz in typeform, which is working properly- if people get all 5 questions correct, they go to the “You passed” End page, if they miss at least one, they go to the “Sorry” End page. However, I’d like to add an INITIAL question before the quiz starts (“Are you a US resident?”) to which if they answer NO, they never start the quiz- but go right to the “Sorry” end page. I am trying to set up logic for this question, but the end screens are not available options. It seems there is a conflict of scoring logic and this initial question.  Help- what am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Hello, I’ve spent hours creating my perfect forms. I finally got them embedded into Wordpress (Divi theme), but they look absolutely terrible on mobile. When I try it with the full page setting, the spacing is all messed up and you can’t even see the form. When I try it without the full page setting, you can’t see the whole form on the page. I'm new to Typeform and was really hoping it would be straightforward. Responsiveness should be a given these days! 

We want to implement a feature where Customer would have an option to Dismiss the Survey Form by clicking on the "Dismiss" Button. And if he/she does "Dismiss" the Survey Form, then we want that Neither the Survey Form Nor the Survey Trigger Link be displayed to the Customer for XX amount of Days (Example 30 days).Does Typeform supports this kind of feature? Or do we need to add custom solution within our Storefront to hide/display the button based on cookie.

Hi! Tell me, please, if I can see statistics to the answers in Typeform based on answers in 1 specific question? For example, question - “Where do you live?” (Madrid, London, New York, Kyiv etc)+100 other questions. Could I get statistics (like in a generated report) - separately for Madrid, London etc.? I want to know, what people, who live in Madrid, answered to all other 100 questions. And same statistics for London.Or I can do it only manually?

I am unable to view advanced settings for my typeform fields. I want to generate a numeric field ID for my form fields instead of alphanumeric ones. How can I do that? Currently I am not able to view the advanced or developer settings for my form. Why is that?
