Typeform conversations

Hello, I modified a typeform questionnaire and when I wanted to retrieve the old answers to the questionnaire the data did not exist anymore. Is it possible to go back in time so that I can recover my data?  

I have created a 5 question quiz in typeform, which is working properly- if people get all 5 questions correct, they go to the “You passed” End page, if they miss at least one, they go to the “Sorry” End page. However, I’d like to add an INITIAL question before the quiz starts (“Are you a US resident?”) to which if they answer NO, they never start the quiz- but go right to the “Sorry” end page. I am trying to set up logic for this question, but the end screens are not available options. It seems there is a conflict of scoring logic and this initial question.  Help- what am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Hello, I’ve spent hours creating my perfect forms. I finally got them embedded into Wordpress (Divi theme), but they look absolutely terrible on mobile. When I try it with the full page setting, the spacing is all messed up and you can’t even see the form. When I try it without the full page setting, you can’t see the whole form on the page. I'm new to Typeform and was really hoping it would be straightforward. Responsiveness should be a given these days! 

We want to implement a feature where Customer would have an option to Dismiss the Survey Form by clicking on the "Dismiss" Button. And if he/she does "Dismiss" the Survey Form, then we want that Neither the Survey Form Nor the Survey Trigger Link be displayed to the Customer for XX amount of Days (Example 30 days).Does Typeform supports this kind of feature? Or do we need to add custom solution within our Storefront to hide/display the button based on cookie.

Hi! Tell me, please, if I can see statistics to the answers in Typeform based on answers in 1 specific question? For example, question - “Where do you live?” (Madrid, London, New York, Kyiv etc)+100 other questions. Could I get statistics (like in a generated report) - separately for Madrid, London etc.? I want to know, what people, who live in Madrid, answered to all other 100 questions. And same statistics for London.Or I can do it only manually?

I am unable to view advanced settings for my typeform fields. I want to generate a numeric field ID for my form fields instead of alphanumeric ones. How can I do that? Currently I am not able to view the advanced or developer settings for my form. Why is that?

We want to create a survey for an event. It should stop the registration to a certain date if the available seats are already booked by somebody else. Therefore, we would like to use some hidden fields that are passed from one survey answer to the next survey. Is this possible, and how?

Hi,I’ve created some research on Typeform with multiple questions, which one can make max. 2 choices.When I see the results, the order of choices does not match and differs from one result to another even though the choices are the same.For example, if the choices are A, B, and C, one result is shown as [A] [B] and the other as [B][A].Where does this difference come from? Could I interpret this as a preference if it’s based on the time the answer is chosen?

Hello everyone, I hope that someone can help me with my Problem. Typeform doesn’t send the information about specified parameters in URL like for example the contact ID to our Hubspot. So we can’t longer assign users to the data. This always happens when users complete an aptitude test on Typeform via a link we send with e-mail. The Typeform code is embed in our CMS Webflow and should send the selected parameters within hidden fields. Hi,for work, I did a test which allows people to find a product made for them.The result appears as 4 different endings, depending of the last questions. I search on the results then in the questions by the community but even if it’s written that’s possible (Here), I couldn’t find it.Should I have a special plan for that ?  thank you in advance

Hello - Can someone help me understand how to carry over Google Tag information from one typeform to another. Use Case: I have two linked typeforms, the second is prompted based on answers to the first. I can currently associate and track all Google Ad information with the first, but do not have the visibility into the second (Relevant campaign details variables are not passing from first typefrom into the second). Is there a quick fix for this? Thanks!

Hi !I’ve made a survey with 464 questions ! Those are price estimations on a specific topic.It’s long so I’d like to let people stop the survey whenever they like and restart later at the point they stopped.So, I wan to know if I can edit a personalized link to the questionnaire starting at questions 233/464 for instance ?Thanks !

Hello, I just embedded a Typeform code in my future email campaign. In the preview mode it’s perfect but then when i send the test mail the colors change (and question is no more visible). Could you help me with that ?  Best,  Diane

Hi! I am working with a team on a social psychology tool. The tool lists about 40 values. We ask users to initially select 15 with which they most strongly identify (happiness, quality, self-discipline etc). From the 15 they previously selected, we ask them to narrow it down to 10. Then, 5.If this was the slide that prompted users to select 10 from the 15, is it possible to have “choice 1,” “choice 2,” “choice 3” reflect the 15 choices you made previously and you would just have to deselect 5?I hope this made some sense.

I am making a quiz and I was wondering if it is possible for the participant to see how they are doing?I know I can show them whether or not their answer is correct, but can I also show them at the end (something like): ‘You scored 8/10’.

I am able to publish it, and it allows me to enter through the link for a while. But after another attempt, the “Sorry, you can't access this type form until its creator says so.” message appears. I tried re-publishing it but the same thing happens once again. 

How to create a form that has 8 questions on it, do not want it going from page to page.  Thanks
