I saw that there was talk about a slider question being made in 2023 Q4 but I have looked on the typeform question options and there is no such thing. Was this an option?Example
A user just notified me they saw this message when they clicked on a link in one of my transactional emails: What the heck! This is confusing for people. Was this intentional? There should have been communication regarding a big user-facing change like this.FWIW, I don't mind a new address, but I need time to update all my email templates and site code!
This has burned over $5,000 because the typeform is not loading all of the way. I have had over 20 people say this. sometimes it loads sometimes it doesnt??This is custom code embedd inside of my GoHighLevel funnel page
Hello everyone!I want to create a quiz consisting of 12 questions, belonging to a total of 3 categories (4 questions per category). Each question is an opinion scale, where you are asked to rate a statement from 1 to 5, with 5 being strongly agree, and 1 strongly disagree. After you have answered all questions, you will be shown the ending for the category that you have scored the lowest in (so disagreed the most with). Let’s say in category 2, you mostly disagree. You will then receive the ending which contains tips and tricks to improve in category 2. The endings all redirect to a custom URL, for which I have prepared custom landing pages according to the category. How can I achieve such a quiz? I am having trouble to create rules and logics that can achieve this, especially because I cannot compare variables, and set the lowest score to be the winning score. Anyone has experience with this kind of quiz?Thank you!!
Seems like a common use case, where someone creating a form would want to ask users a financial question. Is there no way to create a formatted number field with commas and currency symbols?
I have my Typeform embedded in a Go High Level funnel. It was working great for over a month but recently it’s only loading with the questions cut off. I have ‘auto’ height and using it the way I usually plug it in. Not sure how to fix this. It’s wither an issue with Typeform or the GHL. Any way I can fix this?
I have a questionnaire that I would like to send responces to (includeing the answers to their questions) how do I do that?
Hi, dear community, Dear community,I’m a German teacher creating a placement test for my followers. I’ve chosen the 'Knowledge Quiz' mode for the test. The test consists of 100 questions in total. However, it is an adaptive test, so it can be finished after 30 questions if the respondent is a beginner. Conversely, if the respondent is an advanced learner, I would like to enable them to skip 30 questions in the middle of the test, for example, after answering 90 per cent of the previous questions correctly, so as not to 'bother' them with easy questions. However, it is necessary to add 30 points to the test score when skipping 30 questions. Otherwise, the ending of the test wouldn't match. I have experimented a lot, but when I set a condition for question 31 as shown in the picture below, 10 points were added NOT JUST after question 31 if the condition was met, but ALSO later in the test whenever the respondent reached the set score.
Hi, I published my form, and when it is opened on Firefox mobile browser the photos are stretched. The problem doesn’t seem to appear on Chrome mobile browser. Why is this happening? Firefox browserChrome browser
Hello! Is there anyway of just having the logo in the question pages? (remove it from welcome and end pages?Thank you in advance
We have some survey participants to which the question doesn’t apply, and we want to give them an easy way to move through the survey. How do we add this?
Is there a way to hide the ‘check’ mark while selecting the option for any question, this is indicating as a correct option selected to the end users, which is not the case.
The form I’m trying to create is to give very broad advice based on the answers to 5 questions. (Just to clarify, this is not to give medical or legal advice) Something very basic such as having a “reply” string which I could concatenate with each answer would do. Something like, “Based on the answers you’ve given, you may need advice on A, B, and C, but D and E look like they don’t apply to you.” It doesn’t look like I can do this. I can only replace the full content of a text variable? Any ideas please?
Our form includes address fields, in which Typeform displays a Palo Alto, California address as the hints (see screenshot). Our service area is restricted to San Francisco, so we’d like to customize those hints to display a San Francisco address rather than a Palo Alto address. But I don’t see that option under Settings > Messages > Buttons, hints, and shortcuts. How can I do it? Thanks.
Does anyone know how to have an address input that is predictive? On other interfaces you can start typing in your address and it will autocomplete for you. Is there any way of at least having a set of grouped questions visible at the same time? Any help greatly appreciated!
Hi Typeform-Team,we’re from switzerland and as it is in our culture we have a lot of different languages here. So in general using german as a chosen typefrom language would work fine, but there are edge-cases where it is just not right like i.e. the e-mail-adress inputfield as well as the currency.Since swiss are very proud of their country and specific about things like this, it would be great if you could add switzerland / swiss to your choice of country/language selection. Thanks in advance, Dirk
Does Typeform have native integration with Segment?
I have my branching set to if yes on slide 43 go to slide 48 otherwise go to slide 44. When I go to preview it the slide doesn’t skip if answered yes. I am not understanding what I am doing wrong
Hi there, I need to ask clients date of birth as I plan to integrate the results with an application form via excel. However, I also need their age for the calculation below, is there a way to calculate their age from the DOB xo I don’t have to ask for DOB and age? I have 5 different age brackets for the calculationBased on your current gross income & age you can contribute €v_contribution per annum to your pension with full tax reliefhttps://diarmuid974625.typeform.com/to/dkkpbF2k#u30result=xxxxx&thirtyto39result=xxxxx&monthly=xxxxx Thanks,Diarmuid
Hey everyone, I am a research scholar, making a survey using Typeform, to give the respondents a better feel responding to survey.I wanted my participants (anonymous) to see their result if they wanted to. I tried using the typeform inbuilt score calculating method, it’s kind of difficult to do, having to score for each variable, while its easily doable on google sheets, so then as suggested from some AI, I tried redirecting the participant to a page where their result will be shown, but the issue is, when I put the link in redirect option after submission, it is supposed to take response ID generated from typeform and substitute in the link itself, but as I contacted the support, this doesn’t seem to be part of typeform feature, so is there any other way where i can give my respondents their result without taking any identifying factors like email ?
Hi All, I am based in Melbourne, Victoria. I looking for someone to help me finish a project that's half completed. It is a multiple choice basic “training program” that we want to roll out to our customers. It will involve watching a video and answering some multi choice questions. The video is on our YouTube Channel. I have been left high and dry by the person that did the work so far. The link is connected to a QR code so users can do the training. Thanks in advance,George
Can we use AI to recognize documents to create a payment tunnel?
Hello,As part of a complaints form for all products in an order of an e-commerce site, we have created form that contains more that 150+ questions complemented with quite few logic jumps. The form works as expected but we’ve notice very poor performance, especially on low end mobile devices where after selecting an option on a multiple-choice field, the form can take more than 8 seconds to move to the next question. Also, the text fields are terrible slow.Is this expected to happen with forms that have so many questions? You can look an example in the following link:
Hello,I have created a survey with many questions. My concern is that in the generated report, which provides a summary of the responses, one third of the questions and their answers are missing. Can you help me?Kind regards,Frédéric LAU
I’m creating an application form for a contest, and I’d really like to restrict the file upload type so that people can only upload video files. Is there a way to do this?
