Typeform conversations

I have the basic plan and I want to change it to the plus plan. I just paid for the basic plan today.How should I make this change, what happens with the basic subscription money, can I get a refund?

I’m creating a series of questions based on childcare and I need to ask about multiple children (if people have them).My first question is how many children they have - I need data on each - and then there are various questions about the family circumstances and childcare provision in their area.if someone says they have 3 children or 6 children or whatever I need the information for each child. But if someone says they have 1 child I want them to move on to the questions about their circumstances etcHow can I achieve this with logic?

I am curious how to change the way the Link Looks when it’s received? Can you design or put a LOGO where it says Typeform in WHITE? 

Hello, I currently own a typeform business plan in which I added 3 members. They are creating their own typefoms, so they would like to create their own custom subdomains in order to optimise the Meta pixel for IOS. Can each member create his own custum subdoman?Thank you in advance, Martina

I have recently created a typeform to log expenses. At the moment, when someone completes the form, I get an email notification to Outlook with the responses, which I then save as a PDF and upload to our accounting software Xero. Would it be possible to have the email notification automatically include the typeform responses as a pdf? I’ve looked into Zapier integrations for Xero but it comes at an additional cost which I don’t have the budget for. Basically, I’m looking for a way to do this in a relatively simple way without paying for anything additional!

Hello, I have our CRM hosted on Monday.com, is it possible to populate hidden fields using data from Monday.com? I have watched all of the training videos- understand how to use hidden fields etc I just can’t see if the CRM populate can be Monday.com- does anyone know how to do this? 

How can i get rid of the redirect to URL feature so I can publish? 

The goal of my Type Form quiz will be to encode a string of letters based on the answers selected. The means of calculating the string is nontrivial and requires code. Is there a way to process a user’s answers with a python script for example, then produce a resulting string in the end page? Ideally, the user is able to get their string seamlessly as they finish the quiz without having to wait for an email or externally. 

I tried to change my subdomain but not happened, showing some error.  no one else has used that domain from our sidemy website URL is - zucisystems.comErrorSubdomain already in use. Ask the account owner to invite you if you're part of this organization.

Can I add dynamic values to the question and/or answers?Example Question: Are you able to Volunteer? {slotNumber} slots available.- Where {slotNumber} is an int that changes as people fill up the form.This slotNumber can either be provided by the JS fetch call to some service (api call), or connected to a googlesheet that feeds these information

Within my custom design theme I use a background image.  It flows through my entire typeform and appears as expected on the Welcome screen when I’m building out my typeform.   However, once published and previewed/embedded, the Welcome screen, and only the Welcome screen, drops the custom background image from my typeform.  Once a user begins my typeform every other page in the typeform then actually does have my custom background image from the theme.  I just can’t figure out why it drops and is replaced by flat black on the Welcome screen once published.  Can anyone help?

I’m having trouble scoring a quiz in which respondents are scored in multiple categories.Conceptually, the user completes the quiz and then sees their score in each category on the end screen. Since Matrix options don’t have a score feature yet, I’m using individual Likert-style questions comprised of statements and an agreement/disagreement scale of 6 options for each.Each of the options in the scale have an assigned score value (0 for strongly disagree, 5 for strongly agree) and I have variables set up for each category they’re graded on. The logic looks like:[Statement] Always add [score] to [category 1]But I find that the final score tally is totally off on the final screen.Over six questions linked to 3 categories (2 questions for each), selecting the option that should score 1 for every question, I’m expecting:Category 1: 2Category 2: 2Category 3: 2I’m getting:Category 1: 3Category 2: 7Category 3: 11Obviously it’s not separating the scores. Is there a way to make this idea work? 

 Hello. I have two fields BEGINNING DATE (start date of event to select) and END DATE (end date of event to select). How can I force users to choose a PRESENT or FUTURE date, and not PAST. THANK YOU.

Hi, yesterday i got the plan account and i want to remove the typeform branding. I cant publish my typeform, if the typeform branding is removed - i can only publish my typeform, if i use the typeform branding.what ist wrong? In the plan account there is the “Remove typeform branding”.

Hi,We are using the hook web integration to send the user reg data back to our backend. After the typeform submission, we redirect to our landing page, which does a look up in our database on the user reg data to perform further action. My question - is it guaranteed that the web hook submission happen BEFORE the redirect? We are seeing a weird rare issue when we get to the redirect landing page, the data is not there yet - but later when we go back to the same landing page, the data then appears. We have so many complaints of our users not being able to Upload an Image. They will be using a multitude of different devices, browsers and handsets. So I don’t think it’s one specific photo or device (so please don’t ask me to try another photos / browser first 😬). It either just doesn’t work,  Or jumps them back to the start of the (long) form. Very frustrating, and bad for our company! Can anyone help. I can’t figure out how to contact Typeform?! 😡Thank you! 🙏 Jo x

Hi guysI guess there is a bug in the chat, for both “Contact info” and “Phone” or “E-mail” questions are not set in Spanish or other languages, that wouldn’t be a big problem but for the +1 instead of +34 or other country codes in the phone number input.Is there anything I’m missing in the config or is it a bug?
