Hello, quick question for the community! We’ve connected Typeform to ActiveCampaign (using the direct integration that ActiveCampaign offers). After several reviews, we’ve confirmed that our fields are mapped correctly and there are no obvious issues. However, we’re noticing that some of the information collected on the typeform (which sits on our blog) isn’t being collected in the correlating fields in ActiveCampaign. Example: The ‘company name’ is often filled out on the typeform but rarely collected in ActiveCampaign. Has anyone experienced this?

So I’m using react-embed to allow users to complete forms, but once they have completed a form, if they come back and try to complete it again, it shows them a page with “Ah-ha! You’ve unlocked their secret...” If someone comes on to complete a form a second time, I want them to be able to do that. How do I fix this?

Hey there, so I’m using react-embed for users to complete a form, I want to link a completed form to our internal users. So I’m getting the responseId in the onComplete callback, but I can’t find a way to find that completed form using typeform admin dashboard. So how do I find a completed form by using the response id?

Is it possible to set it in a Typeform number field to require a user to follow a specific pattern? For example, the user must require to follow this sample pattern like this 3 numbers followed by a dash then 3 numbers e.g. 123-456. If the user inputs like this 12-46, it will not accept the answer and will prompt an error. Is this possible?

I have created a Chatbot format survey.I see that there are 217 participants started the survey and I have 53 responses, so I assume there are 164 participants dropped off from the survey.  However, from the table below, the total number of users who drop out by questions is below 10. I wonder if there are glitches in capturing the drop-off by questions in ‘Chatbot’ format.  Besides, the number of ‘Views’ for each question is also so much lower than the number of participants started the survey. Please advice whether the numbers are reliable.  ThanksFlorence

Hi Does anyone know if it’s possible to use a Hidden field value as part of a logic function? Logic calculations only seem to use variables.So I want to pass a hidden field value to a variable.But that does not seem possible.And Hidden Fields do not come up as an option for Logic calculations (Add / Subtract / Multiply)Thanks!Gene

Hello, I’ve made an image choice quiz and the “correct answer” is already selected in all slides. any thoughts? 

I noticed today that when I am using a typeform on a mobile screen the labels for a 1-5 option scale or now above the option scale. Not so long ago even on mobile the labels were positioned underneath the option scale. Which in my opinion - and my clients - look way better.Is there a way to get the labels below the option scale instead of, for instance :1 → none 3 → mild5 → severeand the option scale 

Hello,Our respondents are getting a ‘reload’ message, which leads to people submitting twice.I looked at this thread here, however I did edit the ending page and it hasn’t worked.  Any ideas about how to solve this?

Dear Community,this issue seems to already have occurred here: For me, I also have a straightforward logic to just always go to the next question or statement. Here I am saying that after accepting privacy terms the form should end. However it always jumps back to my first question.Any solutions since the above discussion? Thank youDaniela

I need to show my form when i loads to have default values in it - so for the pizza example - you add that number to an overall price variable once someone puts a value in it..  How do I get a value into the fi\eld by default on page load?  Is that possible?

Hello,I’ve created a big typeform quizz with a LOT of Endings. I’ve linked my TypeForm to my Klaviyo but on each test of the quizz i only get my answers to my questions in my Klaviyo. But never the endings value to my quizz in my Klaviyo only in my TypeForm (evrything’s working in my TypeForm). How do i manage to get my endings value into my klaviyo so i can use it in my email template ?

Hi, I've added an “other” option to a multiple choice questions in a form in Dutch. The Dutch word that automatically appears for “other” (“overige”) is not really suitable. Is there a way to rename this while still keeping the option that people fill in their alternative answer?

Is there a way to prevent this behaviour of closing the typeform on pressing Esc key ?

Hi pros 👋🏻 I’m trying to build a form that asks users for their phone number, then automatically sends them a welcome text to them once they enter it. Zapier can’t seem to find the phone number value from Typeform. Is this doable? If it helps, I’m integrating with SimpleText to send the message, which works fine when I enter a phone number manually. Just can’t seem to replace that with the phone number values that come out of the Typeform. 

I am a big fan of Document Studio and how it works with Google Sheets to merge Typeform responses into Slides/Doc templates, convert to PDF and send an email with the attachment. Someone sent me a note yesterday that they had not received a report from one of my sample forms and it had been over an hour. I checked to see if there was an issue and, lo and behold, Document Studio was not running OR EVEN PRESENT as an add-on in that Sheet. I checked all the instances where I use Document Studio (over 200 active typeform-sheets-document studio processes) and they were all ‘missing’ the add-on. I have reached out to the developer(s) at Digital Inspiration and here is part of the message that I received: “My name is Amit Agarwal and I am the developer of Document Studio. I am really sorry for the inconvenience since Document Studio is temporarily not available in the Google Store. We are working with the Google team to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. I would like to create a survey where individual responses are recorded. I can see that this is possible through hidden fields, but it looks like hidden fields need to be manually populated. We will be sending this survey to thousands of people, so manually creating unique URLs is not feasible. Has anyone found a work around for this? We use Campaign Monitor to send the emails, so integrating with MailChimp or HubSpot doesn’t work. Are there are other platforms or integrations that we can use to automatically create unique links, or is there a way to do it within Campaign Monitor directly? Any help or insight is greatly appreciated!
