Literally cannot get rid of the picture they put on my form! This is the dumbest thing ever. Why can’t I get rid of it!

Seems like we cannot select JPY in stripe payment - is there any way we can settle in JPY?

Hello everyone, I want to upgrade to business because of facebook pixel integration. But I couldn’t find anywhere if I can use more than one pixel on typeform as I have more than one business? Of course one pixel per typeform… Will appreciate your answer on this

Hello,I am looking to connect custom payment gateway, as Stripe is not enough and it has limitations.Could you recommend a best approach to do it. I want to implement other payment method? Would we need to redirect on the payment stop to the payment gateway? And only submit form if payment is successful? What if payment fails, can we return back to form to show that they need to repeat  If payment is successful, can we return back to type form success page? Or we cant and must create elsewhere a success page? Also, can type form store response from that payment gateway to it form field? (So later we can use it to trigger refund, from a system) 

Dear all, somehow in the latest typeform I published I didn’t get any of the notifications although they're “on” and my colleague, who's supposed to receive them too, does get them.I really got none of the 45 answers; my colleagues got them all. Any idea? I need to migrate my forms from Form Assembly to our new form builder. I don’t need to migrate the responses (that would be easy to export as .csv files). I specifically only need the forms themselves. Does Typeform allow form migration from another form builder platform? If so, is there any documentation about this? 

Hello I want to know, should i pay for every new form or after payment i can create as many surveys as i need? 

Hi team,I have embedded my Typeform as part of a landing page on my websiteI have searched online but still cannot find a robust solution to my problem - Typeform sessions are counted separately from the Google Analytics sessions. Cross-domain tracking did not work. If I were to run a google ads campaign and redirect users to my landing page, once they interact with the Typeform it becomes a separate sessions. This leads to a loss in attributionPlease help! 

Hi, Today I find the texts on our forms became not responsive with the devices. Hey! I need help with the logic for a form. I need to make the logic in such a way that in the question, if the user selects several categories at once (from 1 to 5 in total), he is led to the desired question according to this category. That is, if he chooses all 5 options, then he needs to go through the next 5 questions to these categories. And so it can be with 4 questions, and with 3, etc. There is only one ending for this form. How can this be implemented? Or will it be necessary to describe each option in a separate logic?

In all screens the ‘Accept’ button is allways already flagged, and automatically skip to the following.I want that the 'Accept' button must be manually flagged¿How can I do it? Thanks

In the multiple selection screen of the survey, when selecting an option, the 'Accept' button appears already marked and the screen automatically jumps to the next one. How can I make the screen stay until I manually click the 'Accept' button?

Hi Team, I have connected Mailchimp to my Typeform. I have made extensive use of the tags etc. What I want to do though is to export a calculated field into Mailchimp. I have built a logic which calculates a score for each user based on the answers they choose.I want to use this information in the email journeys triggered through Mailchimp. Currently I am sending out the in-built typeform notification to my users which displays the calculated field. I want to be able to send this variable in my Mailchimp journeys as well. Please help

Hi.  We created a Typeform to generate leads on our website. The very last question is for a lead to schedule a date to connect with our business using Calendly. When they click on the date and are confirmed, we still need them to submit their Typeform responses.Unfortunately on mobile, they can’t seem to scroll down to click on the Submit button at the bottom. If you look at the screenshot, you will see half of the Submit button. I have to drag the screen down to see a part of it and can’t click it. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?   

I have created a custom field of single text line and trying to map it with a TypeForm question. But it is not showing in the drop down list. I can see other single line text field and I have mapped it with one of them and test it. it is working with them. I just don’t see the new field I created. 

We have created a questionnaire and it says that we have trial features, so not included in our subscription. But when we look for them, we can't identify them and they are not indicated (which should be according to their FAQ). We would like to know how to make the questionnaire work and be able to distribute it.

Hi All,Since new features on the results table, xlsx downloads are missing a lot of data for me… All the opinion scale answers are missing in the Excel file. (same thing for CSV by the way!)Did anyone experience that? did you have a solution for that issue? Any help for that please.Issam

Hi, Why has personalizing become such a hassle with hidden fields and logic jumps?It worked just fine to simply insert a name field. Can’t that simple option be restored?Best regards,

Good Day, This is my first time to post and ask in the community as Typeform support and the other older answers in the forums have been helpful to where I am at and successfully creating my typeform.However, I am now at the extending the things I desire to do with it and have successfully integrated it with the quick way that Typeform is connecting to Google Sheets.I have also successfully created a bar graph of my first result, however here is where my question lies.I wanted to be able to create automatically a bar graph every time a new submission is sent by the respondent in to Google Sheets and be able to be seen by respondents which I know I can further explore via Document Studio.It’s in the How to Create new bar graphs for individual respondent Submission which is my question.

We need to get at least 3 responses to our form before we send our app download link. Is there a way to have logic that counts the meta number of responses, and sends folks to a different final page (with the app download link vs “thanks, we’ll send you the link soon!”) based on the total responses?

Hi, i have already upgraded my account but i can’t publish anymore a typeform designed maybe 2 years ago. I have already published it several times without any problems, but now i can’t.  I have this message when clicking on the publish button : And when i click on Update my typeform, nothing happens. Another click on the publish button come back each time to this message. What can i do ?I am the only member of my account, so it’s not possible that someone else made changes to my typeform.Thank you for your help.
