Hello,I need to build a form that has 7 group questions that are all Likert scores. Each group is given a score with the end screen providing a total for each group topic. There is no range, simply a score. How do I do this? Please provide step-by-step directions. Thank you. Sincerely,Marie

Hi everyone, I have just set up an integration from Typeform to Pipedrive.It matches some answers from Typeform form to fields in Pipedrive, that helps us managing our lead funnel much better.The main concern I have, is that I can’t find a way to modify or update the integration by adding a new typeform answer matching a new field. Once the connection is done and activated I can only deactivate  or cancel it.So if I want to do any modification I have to start everything from scratch, so almost impossible to keep up to date. Do you have any advise on something I should do to be able to modify and Typeform/Pipedrive connection ? Thank you in advance for your help and time.Best, Laurent

Hi, @igorleal I just changed my plan. Yesterday I paid 290 usd for the basic plan for one year, but today I changed to the monthly plan and paid an additional 44.93 usd. So please refund 290 usd. My account is ******@gmail.com (username: ****** king). 

I have our quiz embedded on a webflow page and it I am driving traffic to it from a opted in list  and despite driving 10K+ views. I only have a a submission I personally asked the user to complete. https://goboon.co/quizI already reduced the text on the welcome page after 7K drops - 3K more and it didn’t make a difference. My next plan is to drive to the Typeform hosted page instead but those emails won’t go out until tomorrow. I’d appreciate any input. 

Hi there, I have created a quiz which acts as a self assessment for anyone watching an online course. What I’d really like to do is display the results to the user but on the screen when they complete the form.  Ideally the last page would show which questions they got correct or incorrect with a link added to send them back to our site in the appropriate place to get the answers.Is this possible?Thanks in advance!

Hi All,I have created a Quiz in Lead Qualification Mode with 10 questions that provides one of 4 different endings specific to their answers. Each question has one of four selected answers (A, B, C or D). If the majority of responses are answer A, then they recieve Ending 1.I want to randomise the answers to each of the 10 questions (so that, for example, the respondent does always feel like they are choosing Answer A). Is this possible to do, without affecting the Logic that has already been built torecieve the correct Ending?

Calendly just added Apple Pay support and it’s pretty smooth. Any chance we’re getting this enabled in Typeform’s Calendly step soon? Seems like it’d be a quick add and would definitely help with payment form conversions.Any updates from the team?

Hej !We use a webhook with Typeform that send us the user’s responses.The data we get has a field named “form_response” then “definition” what is cool because it gives the “real definition” of the form that the user answered.I mean the “real definition” because let’s say that if a form defintion is modified in time, like questions are added, question’s ordre modified, questions are deleted, it modifies the form definition.Having the “real defintion” in the data response, guaranties us having the right user’s questions and answers.BUT the data response does not include the “logic” part of the form where from we can calculate de scoreMax a user can get.This data is only on the form defintion.But as said upper, the form defintion can be modified in time, so we can’t really guarante that the user’s responses score “match” with the current form defintion scoreMax.Idk if it’s all clear, I’m sorry for my poor english, but my final question is : As we have a field named “score” in the user’s d

Hi,  i Have a list of questions in a google sheets and based on the answers received, intend to create some useful insights using another library. Is there a way where I can associate each questions in TypeForm to a unique ID which is hidden from the users but is available in the downloaded responses in google sheet

I am receive this the Error: 400 Bad Request {"error":"Invalid JSON"} Origin HTTP when I try to import data from Google Sheet, in this case de field is text with length greater than 118 characters, when the length is shorter than 119 the process the process finish well.How to fix this problem?

Hello.Is there anyone who can let me know the suitable image size for each layout? I already referred to below article.image size : https://www.typeform.com/help/a/image-sizes-360029258012/ On the basis of full screen layout, the recommended width is 800 pixels.  Did I understand right? I want to know exact image size in details. ex) length and width of full screen layout(4), half screen lay out(3) ….   Please hlep me🙏

I see that in the Business plan, in the integrations is MailChimp, do you know if it would have an extra cost in this plan or it is already included? Do you also know to what extent you can customize the emails?

Hi! I’m trying to add design to Follow Ups emails to responders without adding a third party integration service. I have an HTML code that when I paste, I am just getting the code emailed to me. Any thoughts? The “How To” video says you can past in custom code so curious why it’s not working. 

I’ve made two forms so far, with one form being made 2 months ago with a payment question where i’ve changed the currency & price point. Suddenly, there are no options in the sidebar to update the payment question values, even when i create a whole new form i am not able to change any settings of the form.How do i fix this?

Even though I already connected with Slack before changing all status, after I changed last name field at 'contact info' to not required status, then got an error that the last name not shown in slack  because in korea, we normally type name to last name+first name in order.We call name= 이름  and first name = 이름, It’s same…..The divided fields make ppl confused to type name rather than combined for Korea user.    my question is that I have to connect with slack whenever I revise contents and there insn’t any method to combine Last name + first name field for Korean ?

I have 2 screens within my Typeform that show a video. For each one, I have added the video to a ‘statement’ screen. One of the screens has allowed me to add text on the screen that extends to 459 characters (including spaces). The other cuts me off at 105 characters. And in fact the second one originally allowed me to use 109 characters but I tried to edit it & now it won’t give me more than 105 & I really need those extra 4 characters! And, in reality, I need a total of 150 characters here. I can’t figure out the difference between the 2 screens. Can anybody help?Thank you so much, Janet

Hi everyone! I want to create a form where I can send back to my respondents every few months for them to update if any changes. Once they confirm of any/no changes, I want typeform to store the responses as a new response from the same respondent. Is it possible to do here? Thank you!
