Buenos días:quiero hacer un knowledge quizz para un evento próximo y parece que con nuestra suscripción pro no se puede compartir...¿Como contacto con una persona física para que me aclare por un lado que funcionalidades tengo y como contratar las que no tengo? No encuentro por ningún lado nada que no sea chatbot y preguntas frecuentes que no me sirven ni me resuelven la cuestión.¡Muchas gracias!

I”ve been trying to figure this out for days and have upgraded my account just to be able to do this. I am offering my typeform as a service and need to be able to hae survey results, the full report and final score (it’s an opinion scale) sent to respondents immediatly after they finish. Please someone help me. I’ve been scouring the internet and watching tutorials but can’t find out how to do it. Don’t think it shoudl be this hard so I think I”m overlooking something. THanks for any help!

Hey team,I'm Dario Schiraldi, trying to get accurate feedback on subscription pricing without biasing responses. Instead of listing multiple prices, I want to present a single price point to each survey taker and get their reaction. For example:Version A: "The price of 10 EUR for a yearly subscription to Premium is..." Version B: "The price of 15 EUR for a yearly subscription to Premium is..."My ideal scenario is that participants are randomly shown only one of these price versions within the same survey. This way, I can compare how different price points are perceived.Does anyone know if major survey tools (like SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms, etc.) support this kind of randomized question assignment? Hi everyone,I want to automate the process of "opening" (making active/accessible) a Typeform every day exactly at 11 AM. Ideally, I’m looking for: A way to automate this using Zapier, Make.com, or any other integration tools. I have the follow-up email set up for my quizzes but it hasn't been sending out the follow-up email after a submission. It's been a few days now and this is still not resolved. I have double-checked the email addresses, spam, promotions folder, still nothing. With the new workflow and updates - could that have cause the mishap? Not sure what else I can do and if anyone else is also encountering this issue!  Any help would be appreciated as this is urgent and we are not being notified of submissions.

Hi, is it possible to have or create a variable with a unique ID that the value is assigned in a certain point of the form, so I can use it as a variable? Response ID is not useful in this case because this ID is assigned when the user clicks submit button, I need to assign a unique ID before that because after answering my form I send the user to a payment link, and I would like to use that ID to match payments and form submissions. Right now I have multiple form submission from single users and it’s hard to find the form submission that belongs to the payment.

I have tried to log in to my account and i received a message saying that i had to reset my password becuase the old one has expored.I follwoed the instructions and i am not able to access to my previous account which i am the owenr and admin receiving a message with a 403 error.I cant access my account, and formsPlease can someone hlep?Is there an actual cusromer service team to address the issue?Kyriaki

I can track partial entries on the direct Typeform link, but not when the form is embedded on my website (even after following all setup steps).Can you confirm if it’s possible to track partial data from embedded Typeforms, or is this a known limitation?Thanks!

Hi! i’m just new here with no experience with typeform! I read tutorials/ watch videos but still I’m struggling when trying to integrate Typeform with Google sheets.Apparently Typeform captures my gmail account, however when clicking active integration….just fails. I logged out/in from Typeform, gmail, google drive several times but still is not conecting and “Oops!  Something went wrongWe couldn’t save your integration. Please try saving again.” message appears all the timeAny advice to try something different? thanks! :D 

I set up partial submit point. How do i set up a notification once someone gets to that point?

Why is choosing which ending screen I want to bring someone to not an option in branched logic?I have a question if someone wants to schedule a call. If they click yes it brings them to the calendly question.If they click no I want to bring them to an ending redirect thank you page. I can not find that option in the logic.  The only option is to bring to the ending screen and quiz results… I am doing this because I am getting people that make it all the way to the end and do not schedule a call on calendly and do not know how to bring unfinished forms into my CRM so I could start an automation to get the call scheduled.  

There is a field for the customer to enter the date.At that time, we would like to restrict the customer from entering a date that is older than the date of entry.Please let me know if there is a way to do this.

I’m working on customizing the end screen of my Typeform and was wondering if it’s possible (and best practice) to include links to useful external tools. For example, I’d like to add a link to a crossword helper tool, as part of a language or puzzle-based form experience.Is there a recommended way to style and track engagement on such links in the end screen? Also, has anyone integrated Typeform with external tools for gamified or educational content?Would love to hear your thoughts or see examples!

Is it possible for my students to see the results of the quiz even if there are more than 10 people? I don't need to see all the answers. But more than 10 people will probably take the quiz. Thanks!

When I try to get 100 responses, you again ask for a payment of USD 150 for full-time employees.Also, I do not see any country-specific audience in the options. Is there a math feature for typing equations? I’m trying to build typeform quizzes for my students to complete for distance learning but I’m having trouble so far particularly with fractions.Unfortunately, text will underline and I can situate the denominator below the underlined numerator, but when I return to the slide, the text is no longer underlined and the denominator moves so that it is aligned to the left of the text space.Any suggestions would be appreciated! To be clear, for example, I would like to show 12yd x 3ft / 1yd   , with the denominator below.

This seems quite basic but I can’t find how to do it. I have different set of questions and I would like to handle the scoring differently for each set. Is it possible?Additionally, first set is dealt with by score (each question from 0 to 4), si this is quite straightforward.However for the second set I need to calculate the number of As, Bs, and Cs. Again, sounds simple but I couldn’t find how?First steps on typeform so it may be possible I’m missing something basic?Any help appreciated 🙏 thanks
