Typeform conversations

Is it possible to limit the number of responses per answer ? This is for appointment booking, so I would want the option to be removed if a preview respondent selected that choice. 

Hello! I’m trying to integrate Dropbox with my form and it shows it’s integrated, but I’m unable to locate the specific folder I want. And, within the actual form, it only shows Google Drive as an option to connect. I’m also not able to disconnect Google Drive at all.

I have a 3 day event that I’d like to gather survey responses to measure understanding of the content. Currently, we use MS Forms and the participants are required to scan the QR code on the screen to access the survey. Over the 3 day event, with 6 different survey times (each with 2-3 questions), this becomes cumbersome and annoying. Is there a way to create a Typeform that allows the user to return to the next questions on the same survey, in 3 successive days, without having to scan a QR code again?

I’m on the plus plan, which is advertised as collecting partial submissions. But I can’t add the partial submit point without upgrading. Support said“I'd be happy to help clarify. Yes, our Plus plan does allow for you to use partial submit points, but they aren't able to be enabled on forms where logic is in place. The ability to combine these features on the same form are accessible to users on our Enterprise plan or one of our Typeform for Growth plans. “ How do I remove any logic?  It seems they are built in as soon as you create a new form? This seems like false advertising. Can someone help me with this. TIA! 

We'd like to create a form that has a table of values for the recipient to fill out. In this case it's for property surveyors and:-columns would be something like width, length, nos of windows, nos of doors, wall type-rows would be room1, room2, room3, bathroom1, bathroom2So far we've only found Jotform that does it, but Typeform looks and feels so much better.Is this possible?

I want to set up each answer in my typeform to each question with an answer code that I can then use in Zapier for calculations and a Wordpress Results page. It seems that Hidden fields is the way to do that but not sure how to add them. I can see where it populates this in Share→ advanced, but not how I can go and assign each answer a hidden field. 

Hello! Initially I was able to add logic to accept payment through Stripe. But when logging on today, I am trying to edit my calculations and I no longer have the ability to click logic when it comes to payments. I cannot figure out where it went or how to edit it on my form. The logic is still set up to accept payment but I can not change the value etc. I’ve watched the help videos and the videos have a column with the items listed: Content, Design, Logic. I only have the tabs Content and Design listed and no way to click logic. Can anyone advise?! 

I’m working on a typeform where users will be asked multiple choice questions about countries that they have different types of business activities in (example: “Are you registered as a business in “UK” “USA” CAN” or “Do you have buyers located in “CAN” or “AUS” or “Do you have seller in “USA” “UK” EU”). They can choose multiple answers on any given question. There are 7 questions and only 5 countries that are possible answers, some will have all 5, some will have 2. At the end, I want to be able to use the answers they selected to generate a report of where they may be in scope of some new tax regulations.Essentially, I realize I could create hundreds of branches, but I’d like to simplify down that if they chose only USA and CAN on any of the questions, I could pump out a response that pertains to USA & Canada. Im an agency owner and I really like what video ask brings to the table for my agency. I’m wondering if there is a way to do this for my clients where they can log into a dashboard of videoask which is branded under my company name?  Does anyone have any experience doing this or is there anyone here who is an employee of Videoask who can answer this question?

Is there posible to do parent forms with child forms or subforms?Not repeaters, i tryied, but when I clone my group of question, the logic returns mi to the previous group.Doesn’t work. But like a master - detail form?

Hi!I am new to Typeform. I am trying to build a form for my company. I sell all kinds of different custom merchandise. I have got a form now that ask information about types of clothing my client wants, and what kind of logo, size, color and more they want. Everything is working fine. At the and of all the question about 1 piece of merchandise, I want to ask if the client wants to order something else, and then if yes, send them back to the beginning. I found that if you just do a logic jump to the beginning, the previous answers get overwritten. So that doesn’t work.Now I have tried to group all the questions and duplicate the Question Group so when the client wants another piece of merchandise, they can fill out a new piece of the form. My problem now is, that when I duplicate the Question Group, its logic jumps also get duplicated. So every question of the new Question Group will guide to the original question group. This is not what I want, and I can only change it by changing all

Hello,I’m using Typeform for a game addiction quiz. Currently our Typeform only gathers a total score and then sends people further based on the total score.However I would like to send people to more detailed results, ideally where they can compare their results for each of the 9 questions with the average (which we already have).How it works now is like this:Choice at start:Gamer Non-gamer (parent, partner,...)Quiz: 9 questions:Rate 1-5 for each question. If they rate 3 or more for a question, total score is increased +1Outcome: 4 different possibilities based onWhether they chose gamer / non gamer at start.  If score is 5 and higher or less than 5Up until now this was good enough, but I’d like to update this quiz so we can provide more accurate and detailed responses. Especially letting people compare their results for each question with the average. We have enough data to create the averages, so we don’t need to recalculate those here.I made this quiz about a year ago, I’m not sure

Hello guys,Usually I connect my forms to Notion but for this time, I would like to receive every responses to an email address. Do you have any ressource to do that ? I looked up in my settings but it doesnt seems to have a simple solution for that, just notification when I have a new entry. The issue is that, the person who will need to see the responses aren’t good with a computer so consulting Typeform is too much for him.Thank you guys!

Hi, we tried to upgrade to the Business plan a month ago but for some reason that didn’t go through. We discovered this yesterday, that our response limit was down to 10 a month, which affects our business big time. We have e-mailed Typeform about this. Since we desperately need this to work we upgraded AGAIN, with another card, to the Plus plan. The payment went through, and the FAQ says the plan should be activated immediately, but no. No Plus plan in sight, just the Free plan – still. Please respond to our e-mail about this, this affects our daily business and we have now paid you twice for nothing in return. 

I would like to add a quiz with multiple sections and each section would. e scored individually. after each section the test taker would see the results of the section. And in the end the results would show up in a dash board that shows the results with several different bench marks. 

Hi, can someone please help with my logic. I have a two page policy that needs to be in our survey.  I have converted it to a .jpg, but you can hardly see it.It is not embedded anywhere so a link won’t help.Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello!I am trying to create a type of personality quiz, lets say A, B and C. How do I create endings where a person could be both single A, B or C but also A and B, A and C, B and C, as well as A, B and C?Thank you :)  

I’m creating a menu for placing orders.The current logic works like this:“Which menu would you like to see?”ABCDAfter selecting an item from A, B, C, or D, each item goes to the question“When would you like the item delivered”Drown-down with available timesThen it goes to the question“Would you like to add to your order?”YesNo If the customer answers Yes, and I use Logic to return the customer to “Which menu would you like to see?” it takes them back to the slide where they already made a selection, and if they change the selection typeform doesn’t count it as adding to the order, rather a replacement. So, I duplicated the Menu slides and put them after the Yes/No question so if the customer answers “Yes”, it will take them to a “new menu” but the customer won’t know because it’s the same menu just duplicated. HOWEVER, after duplicating the menu slides and moving them to a different position in the slide order, the logic doesn’t duplicate, and I’m stuck with manually editing the logic

Hi Typeform community,How do I have to set up a typeform that the person who fills in the form receives a copy of his answers?I know that this is possible. Under “Settings” and “Notifications” I set up “Notify Respondents”, but they only receive this short email that is shown there and they do not receive their results of the typeform. How can I change that?Thanks a lot for you help.Best wishes, Elisabeth

I am integrating Jotform into my NextJS application where users can update their previously submitted responses. While I can fetch a user's submission data using the GET /submission/{id} API endpoint, I'm looking for a way to programmatically pre-fill form fields using this submission data i.e using submission id I want to prefill data of that submission without relying on URL parameters(as our form has large answers) also we don't want to use Jotform prefill , because that doesn't have what we want, as we want users to see their own filled data next time they see the formCurrently, I know only this approach of prefilling:Pre-filling via URL parameters (?q3_name=John&q4_email=john@example.com)Is there a direct API endpoint or method that would allow me to:Pre-populate specific fields using submission id All without modifying the URLIf not, which approach would you recommend for a production application which can handle our case

I have a form and I would like to use Square to accept payments on it.I can find “Square” in the “Connect” tab, but when I try to toggle it on, it immediately turns off again, with an error that says:“We couldn't activate your integration. Make sure your form is published and try again.”but it shows me the same message even after I publish the form. And I don’t understand why I should be required to publish a form before it is ready! Why would I want to publish before I add a Square integration?
