Hi, how can we adjust the layout of the body of the follow-up emails conform to the corporate identity?And is it possible to also include an image in the email?

Hello,I recently discovered that $572 was automatically deducted from my credit card for the annual basic plan renewal. I did not intend to subscribe to the annual plan, and I did not receive any warning email or notification prior to the charge.This amount is significantly more than my monthly salary, and I cannot afford it. Our website are 940px wide and it seems like the typeform breakpoint for desktop is 1024px. Is there a way to change the breakpoints in typeform theme. We are using @typeform/embed-react.

I want to compare two responses from the same survey, but I need a way to differentiate them. Ideally, each response should have some form of identification, such as a unique color or a number displayed next to the answers. Additionally, I would like to view the two responses side by side, formatted as two columns for easier comparison.

Hello I am creating a typeform and a part is “Link your portfolio and social media account” but I don’t find how to create several categories for the user to fulfill like “Portfolio URL”, “Youtube URL”, “Instagram URL” on the same page. Is this possible ?Thanks

Can we get the update to delete “Country” in the address form question? We are currently a local company and have gotten the feedback that the “Country” line adds an unnecessary step for our current customer base. 

I would like to export my full questionnaire of multiple-choice questions, with each question followed by the set of possible answers offered as selection options.I can do an export of results, with the questions as the first row, but the possible multiple choice answers are then not included.Apart from copy and paste, are there any quick ways to export the questions along with their possible answers?  

Hi all I have a very large survey that I’ve created using the text function, winning!However, as our workplace is using this to gather client feedback, I want each question to be marked with a UID for easy reference.It seems that the system is however cutting off this UID, and this is happening whether I put it before my question or after.  Below I’ve shown what my text file looks like and what Typeform has done.  I found a workaround by placing a word before the code like ‘Can [LM3-1CB] What is the specialisation?’ but this then requires me to go and delete content out of every question.  This also worked once or twice, but when I put it throughout my whole doc it was then removed - perhaps AI thinking I’ve made an error? Is there a better way to force the import to accept this code at the start or end of my question string, please? Thank you

how do i remove a branch i have a multiple choice ? all ?s have there own paths i want them to tack and skip the rest and end up at the same place once done but they still want to go in order and im not very experienced with this so help

Hi, I am trying to connect my Typeform quiz into my Kajabi account to trigger an email sequence dependant on their quiz results. My ideal setup would be:Complete Kajabi Form - complete quiz - results added to a Google Form - zap to trigger the email sequence back in Kajabi for their specific results.However, whilst I could get the contact info from the Kajabi form into the same Google Sheet the Typeform was then adding the quiz info into a new line and then I couldn’t pull through the contact info to get the contact back into Kajabi to trigger the email.I have now set it up so the lead is immediately given access to the quiz, they are then asked for the name and email and the rest of the quiz, info is added to the Google Sheet and 3 zaps have been set up dependant on the end ID which triggers the form.Whilst this works I would rather ask for their contact details at the beginning. Is that at all possible? 

Currently, there are several date formats offered in the “create” tab but the only date format offered in the logic tab is “YYYY-MM-DD” is it possible to implement logic with the date in the format “MM/DD/YYY” if so, how?

I’m experiencing issues with tracking responses from Typeform surveys embedded in Klaviyo email newsletters. Specifically:My Setup:Typeform surveys embedded in Klaviyo newsletters Hidden fields configured to capture respondent data: Full name using Klaviyo merge tags: {{ first_name }} {{ last_name }} Email using: {{ email }} Current Issue: When testing the survey with a group of targeted recipients, the results tracking is inconsistent:Some completed surveys successfully capture the respondent's email Other completed surveys fail to record any respondent information None of the surveys are capturing respondent names, despite the merge tag configurationHas anyone encountered similar tracking issues with Typeform-Klaviyo integration? How did you resolve the inconsistent hidden field population?Any guidance on ensuring reliable tracking of survey respondents would be greatly appreciated.

I upgraded to paid Typeform plan, send survey out, initially saw responses coming in.  Now when I log on my account shows as the Free Plan and I can’t see my survey or results.  I’ve messaged contact help centre. Has anyone else had this problem? Please say they will find my results for my research…….

Hey Community - creating a basic typeform in which new members of my team will get to answer simple questions like their name, pronouns and locations. I’d like to give them an option to upload their photo if they’d like. Does that option exist?

It would seem all one needs is to navigate within the form editor to Follow-Ups > Actions > Receive Email Notifications > then edit To: Who will receive this email notification? however this is not editable.It shows my account email address in a grey box but does not allow me to edit it, remove it, add another, it is just a static text. How come?  How do I change this to add my gmail address for example?

Hi @all,I am new to typeform and I am looking for a automated solution to the following Idea concerning a lifestyle assessments:Ask user questions (Tool: Typeform) like how good is your sleep  How often do you exercise etc. Deliver a visual report via email or to download, like a business report, as PDF (?) where the user sees how well he has covered certain areas (Tool: Zapier → Google Forms → Google Document Studio) - BUT document studio seems not to be able to create visuals based on survey-data, because for graphics a different google form sheet gets created this report should also include recommendations for blogs, websites, coaches, etc. (Tool: Google Document Studio via templates) So far so good...Problem: But as far as I understand this leaves me with one static template solution (and without the opportunity for personalized charts). It would be better if this template could also be personalized, so be dependent on the answers the user has given. Best case would be that the

Hi all, sorry i am new to this.  I have a question i would like to ask in the form, but the way its set up it may take me multiple questions to get the answers i need.  i am hoping to find an easier and cleaner option for my survey participants.  I want to ask how much produce do you use with the options of (example) apples, pears, blueberries, rhubarb… BUT i want them to identify how much of each they use and give th person an option to add more.  Any suggestions?Thanks in advance!

Scenario: starting up a side-gig to print tshirts from home (with a heat press) and starting with printing up a series of ‘coffee quotes’. (Have posted over 350 coffee quotes of the day on FB account over the past year and folks want me to sell them some tshirts with the quote on them - may pay for my investment habit). I have taken 40-ish of the quotes and put them into a typeform  (i have included the link to that here - please complete the form if you like, all votes are good, just sayin’!!!) The form asks the users to select two quotes per question (5 q’s) and dumps the info into a Google sheet. Based on the current version of the “survey”, if the user wants to see the list that was selected by the respondents they are asked to provide an email address. My plan was/is to take the results, parse it manually and send out a link to another (to be created typeform) with the final list and will ask the users to rank the final ten selections in order of their preference.  my ‘question(s)

I cannot find hidden fields or any link to add them to my form. Is it a paid feature?
