Typeform conversations

My thumbnail isn’t showing when i copy and paste the link. It only shows the typeform one. I’ve tried everything and wanted to send this out today as its already late. I’ve paid for a basic plan which i thought would cover my basic needs (this being one of them) It’s allowing me to change the thumbnail but, the issue comes when i come and paste. Please can you help as it looks really unprofessional with the typeform generic thumbnail. Thanks

When someone completes a typeform, how do I get their responses sent to my email address right away?Can someone help me ? I’m struggling!!!!!!

Hi! We have an assessment on our website that gives organizations a maturity level in percentage along three axis. The result for each axis is calculated by Typeform. I would like results from all respondents for each of the axis to update in real time in a presentation where people will do this assessment live, either on Canva or Google Slides. Is this at all possible? I’m confused what I have to do on Zapier to do this. 

API responses have questioId for each response, but for some reason someone delete a question from the form after many answers has been saved. The API Response returns only the question ID not the description but consulting the web site we can see the original question description. So, the question is: Is there posible que get question description of deleted question using API call?

Hello there. I need you help in retrieving lost responses to a form.Last Friday I created a new form with the Free Plan and sent the form to over 70 persons to complete. I didn’t realise it was limited to 10 responses until after the 70 persons completed the form. So I am only able to view the first 10 results. I just upgraded to the Basic Plan hoping I would be able to view the rest of the results, but I cannot. Is there any way you can retrieve the results that were submitted before I upgraded??Many thanks

Hi all,Does anyone now how to calculate and present to the respondents their scores for different categories of the quiz? I have a quiz with 25 questions and I have 7 categories and would like to show the respondent their score for each of the seven sections.Also, is there a way to show the score in a graphical form like a progress bar or only numerically?Any ideas?Thanks :)@Gabi Amaral 

Hi. Is it possible to have two people completing the same form instance? I mean, a form is completed byt more than one person (maybe even allowing one to see what the other already completed). 

I am finding an issue where enter is not working on some responses, is this normal, or can it be fixed?

I have an embedded Typeform that request users data, the script will call an external lambda function to execute the logic and reroute them to a specific url based on slug in the response. The issue is some of the TypeForm submissions were not triggering the onSubmit callback. I added this clause to see if Typeform has any response data but it’s NOT being called: else {console.error('No typeform response ID or form ID');// call the cloud function to log the errorawait callCloudFunction({typeform_response_id: typeformResponseId, typeform_form_id: formId});}I know my set up is mostly correct because 90% of the submissions are behaving correctly. Hello, i got 3 submissions but 1 response. Normally there should be also 3 responses. I cant finde the submissions, what the clients wrote.  Can anyone help me? Thank you

I have a 9-question outcome quiz that is working really well. (One of the questions is fluff and doesn’t matter - isn’t linked to any outcome).However, there is one question that I would like to be able to weigh more heavily than the others. Is there any way to use scoring in conjunction with the outcome quiz?Thanks!

Hi! Need some help connecting typeform to googlesheets, I’ve tried to click retry and start over multiple times. Same error occurs every time 

Example : File upload and long text response for a question. 

We have a form that allows our customers to upload a file under 10MB. We have never had an issue with this feature until now. No matter the file size or type it keeps giving an error message. Is anyone else having this issue or have advice on how to solve the problem?

I have a survey with 2488 responses, and I am trying to fetch them all using paginated requests to the Responses API. Description of the problem: The first request works as expected.I use the last “response_id” from the first response as the “after” parameter for the second request.The second request works as expected.I use the last “response_id” from the second response as the “after” parameter for the third request.The third request unexpectedly returns blank results.  This issue is present regardless of the page_size, and occurs on the third request even if I only fetch 10 responses at a time. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there,I would need to embed my form in a website as a popup at website loading, this is working as expected and I have already tested. How could I stop to pop up the form as soon as my end users submitted a response? So I get the pop up and I submit my answer I wouldn’t want another pop up if I have access to website after a while.Thanks!Nicola 

I have built a survey for a client with 12 different custom variables, each with its own points/values assigned through logic (vs. scoring). Each answer was given points toward specific variables. Agree = 5Slightly Agree = 4Neutral = 3Slightly Disagree = 2Disagree = 1(Some questions add scores to multiple variables.)I’d like to total the variable results for a report without showing them to the survey user/taker. Is that possible? BONUS QUESTION!Some questions are framed in the negative, so they subtract from the total, and not every variable has the same number of questions. In order to score on an equal scale, is there any way to start each variable with a different base score? Because each variable has a different amount of questions, and some add to while others subtract … but I need each variable to base on the same total number (50) … can I have one variable’s starting value = 0, while another variable’s startin

Good morning, by mistake I have deleted an answer from the form and I need to recover it. How can I do that?

I intend to use Typeform to capture anonymous data. Then, I want to invite the respondent to meet for an interview. I want to insure that the respondent can reply freely without any direct connection made to themselves or be obligated to participate in an interview. Is there a structure for this to build my Typeform?
