Typeform conversations

I have a video field in my form (multi-format) and I have been trying to download that video through API - most specifically, through Make.com But the file keeps being downloaded as a m3u8 file type Is there another way of downloading the video from this multi-format field? I’ve been jumping through hoops trying to get this file type converted through API

can someone help me build a typeform for a startup air conditioning company . I’m a fast learner. There’s just so much to learn. I need help and guidance getting through it. Plus I need ideas. And I need a form that works just for me. 

I’m experiencing an issue with my survey where calculation rules are not saving. I’ve set up a score-based quiz, where I need to assign point values to responses in order to calculate a total score. However, every time I try to add the calculation rule (using either the "Score" option or manually inputting a number), the rule doesn’t save.The “Jump to” rules seem to be working fine, but the calculation rules are consistently disappearing after I save and exit. I’ve tried:Clearing my browser cache and using an incognito window. Testing on different devices and browsers. Recreating the form with fewer questions to simplify the process.Despite these efforts, the rules I am putting in are not saving and thus the calculation functionality is not working.Can someone please help. Thanks

So boring when you have many forms to download, please make this quicker: potential solution described in video!  

I’m having an issue when trying to download image files uploaded respondents. When I go to download it tells me I have 100 responses to download, but then in the zip file there are only half, sometimes less than. Currently I have 2888 responses, all complete, all with jpgs uploaded, but the zip file only has 1174 jpsCan anyone tell me why the files available would not match what is exported?

My typeform plan got renewed and now my old share url is redirecting to the login page, even though i have renewed the plan. I had embedded this url in a website. how do i make it redirect to the same typeform without a website release ?

I’m serving up a question that offers a user 13 choices. Users can select any combination of the 13 choices. Most will choose only 2 or 3. The challenge I’m having is that after sending the user to a yes/no followup for each of their choices, the Typeform is sending them back to the start of the queue of followups. In other words, if a user selects choices 3 and 6 and 9, the Typeform is successfully sending them to the yes/no followup question for 3, 6, and 9, but then sending them to 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, and 13 before going to the end section. How do i prevent this?

Hello,I’m trying to delete every single integration from my form, so far it’s worked with only a few, but when trying to delete Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, they just show up as active once again, even though I’m not on the Business Plan anymore, therefore I’m unable to publish one of my forms.All help on this topic is appreciated :)

We are integrated with Salesforce, and our Typeform questionnaire ends on either a “Qualified” or “Disqualified” screen. Is there a way to keep Typeform from creating a record in Salesforce if it reaches the “Disqualifed” end screen? Or only create records if “Qualified”.

Hi,We have got a serious issue with wrong email addresses entered through the forms. We ask for the email address once and some users enter things like: gmai.com, hoymail.com, gmail.con, gmmail.com, etc etc. Then, when we manage the collected data, we send emails to dozens of wrong email addresses and lose potential leads. We wanted to add 2 fields asking for the email address, so users must enter this information in two separate fields and if they do not match the form does not allow them to continue the process (this is something we see on plenty of forms, mostly when asking to set up a password). That change would minimise the negative impact of this issue. Do you know whether there is a way to do this with Typeform and how (or the link to the documentation page)? Thanks in advance.

Hi there,I have a very weird problem.typeForm embed in WordPress website. Works perfectly until a member of our team from Dubai sent me this screenshot: The form is still working from our offices around the globe. I created the empty HTML page and embed there. The same results for the Dubai office.and the weird thing is if I send them a direct link to the typeForm form, it works.Of course, we tested from different browsers. ISPs, laptops, IPs, desktop/mobile, OSes .. etc, have the same results.A month ago, we didn’t have this issue. Everything started around 2-3 weeks ago when some of my colleagues started reporting this issue. In the beginning, we thought the issue was the office internet connection.Does anybody have this weird issue? 

Hi!I’m trying to build out a quiz that is in 3 sections. Each section would have about 5 questions in the opinion scale format. I want to see /calculate the scores of each section but have it all within one quiz so the user doesn't have to take 3 separate quizzes.  Can that be done?Thanks,Laura

I have a long list of multiple choice options. I have 1 question where there are 10 options and another where there are 20 options. I want all the options to appear without the user being required to scroll within the TypeForm widget. IE if they need to scroll down, I want them to scroll down on the web page. I have struggled with figuring out a way to do it.

Hi TF,As per Neilm27 post a year ago, I’m also having issues with some form submissions going through to ActiveCampaign and some not.But I’ve just discovered for me that it only happens with leads that already exist in our ActiveCampaign contact list. For some reason Typeform doesn’t send through the form field data and update the existing contact in ActiveCampaign with the same email?Is there anyway to resolve this on Typeform end? We have a Typeform that is integrated with ActiveCampaign using the native integration app on ActiveCampaign. 

I am doing a survey and I would like to add a section where, depending on the answers a client gave me at the beginning, I give him/her a choice between a set of randomised questions. Can this be done?
