Hello,Can someone please guide how can i connect my Typeform account to our official outlook email. So, Whenever we get any leads that should be dropped to our official outlook account or if some made a payment and hired services then it should also be dropped to outlook inbox. Thank You!

For some users no matter from a  phone, ipad or laptop, after filling in question 12 the form loops back to question 5 instead of going to question 13. what causes this loop and how can i remove it?

In my multiple-choice quiz with 4 different endings, it only shows the ending with the highest score at the end. I would like to see the results of all 4 endings. How can I do that?

Hi everyone!  I’m facing a problem for my typeform and I hope this community can help me out :)  I’ve made a typeform to collect data on 3 different web pages designs. I would like my typeform to start with some general questions after which the respondent is directed towards the first external url (design A). After interacting with the external webpage the respondent is redirected back to the typeform (using a button on the external webpage) to answers some specific questions for design A. After this the respondent should be send to design B, and back to the typeform and so on until all 3 designs have been visited and the correspondent questions have been answered. Finally the typeform ends with some general questions again. It would be nice if the respondent can be send to the external URL’s in random order.  the problem I’m facing is that I can’t redirect the respondent back to the typeform from the external page to the corresponding question, when using the typical share link it st

Hello,  I’ve been trying to get answers to my ending results on the logic for my main quiz. I had to downgrade for a short time to trouble shoot - to find an audience for my quiz. I would like to know if there is a limit on the ending options for the free plan as I had 3 options for the paid. I cannot find the answer in the library or threads. I would greatly appreciate directing me to an answer. Thank you  

I have integrated Stripe into my typeform account, and have a payment option in my form.When I try process a Stripe transaction - I get the following message/error:“Sorry, something’s wrong. Refresh the page and try again. We’ll save any info you already entered.”Any direction on how I can fix this? 

Hi I want to know if I can creatre the possibility of showing to the users that answered a question/ form a tab in my website or in typeform with “past questions” that theyve answered and even better if they can see the future questions they have to answer. Is there anything like that? or any integration i can use?

Hi everyone,I set up a survey and in the preview I recognized that some words were different. E.g. I wrote ‘why did you...’ and in the preview it says ‘when did you...’. Also random letters were added here and there. I wrote ‘telegram’ and the preview says ‘telegramm’. I deleted the words that were changed and typed them in again but that did not solve the problem. Why does this happen and how can I solve it??

Didn’t find this question asked. We paid for a Business account 2 hours ago, still no email confirmation and the account still shows as “Free”. How long does this normally take?

Hello everyone,I am currently trying to create a form via the Typeform API that contains multiple Question Groups. Unfortunately, I get an error message saying that the payload is invalid and no additional properties are allowed. Can someone help me understand why I cannot create Question Groups via the API? We make use of the TypeForm API to create our forms automatically. The unusual thing that occurs is that logic that works perfectly fine when previewing the form and testing the questions does not work on the live form. The only way we are solving this currently, is to manually remove the logic for the relevant questions and recreate them. The other unusual thing is that it’s not all logic based questions that behave like this but only a specific few questions at the start of each of our forms. We have confirmed the logic is set-up correctly, checked online for other users experiencing the same but have to date not found a solution.

I have two calendly pages at the end of my survey, 1 for is leads answer a specific way earlier in the form, and another based on another question. Question 4, determines which Calendly page to present, I can’t figure out how to do this?!   

I just want it straight to my Inbox. Is it possible without Zapier?

My typeform is locked, everything in my workspace such as the form and results are gone 

Hey there!I'm looking for the best days of the week to schedule activities for the enterprises I work with. I'm creating a survey with a ranking question to help determine their preferences. However, I noticed that when I assign a value to a specific day (like giving Monday a 5), Typeform automatically assigns values to the other days and changes the order. Is there a way to prevent Typeform from doing this?Thanks!

Hello! New to Typeform.I am creating a quiz with the purpose of getting more email subscribers for my website. Ideally, I would like quiz respondent to provide their email at the end of the quiz to get the results mailed to them, and not see them on my website.Anyone know how to do this? And does this work in the free version?xx

I’ve created a quiz and want the respondent to receive an email with the correct answer and their own answer. I’ve created the email action, but can’t figure out how or what to add so that the person can see what their answer actually was vs the correct answer.

 I'm encountering an issue generating access and refresh tokens via the https://auth.videoask.com/oauth/token API. Hi together,I am placing my Typeform quiz on:home: as a pop-up after 30 s FAQ’s: as a pop-up after 60s  on dedicated page as a full-page embedBasically I would like to evaluate the drop-off rate especially of the 1st page of these 3 placements individually. Any idea how to achieve that?The reason for doing that is that now I have an average for the drop off rate but maybe there is a placement that annoys people totally. Hi,is it possible to assign a unique PIN to a list of users (cascading)?I need to make sure that a user fills in a company FORM to request clothing or IPR. To avoid bogus or mistakenly created orders, I need to be sure that the form is filled in by the person placing the clothing order, I should then assign him a personal and unique PIN, e.g. of three digits. Since the staff changes often, I should have a simple procedure that does not involve external platforms. I have tried searching for solutions but cannot find any.
