one of three of our emails is not receiving notifications

We have 3 emails and only 2 actually get the notifications without an issue. 1 receives them for a while and then suddenly, nothing. The address is still included on the notification section of typeform but nothing comes in. One tech last year suggested it was being blocked. He fixed something on their end and it worked for a while. Now it’s acting up again. Any suggestions?

Characteristic Continuum - duel mark

I’m looking to build a list of scale questions related to brand characteristics. For example two opposite traits at either end of a scale. Say for example, ‘Classic’ on one side and ‘Modern’ at the opposite end of a horizontal line with a scale of 9 points in between.Here’s the kicker. I want the respondent to be able to plot two marks on the continuum scale. First where they believe the brand is now and second, where they see the brand in the future.Is this possible to do on Typeform?

Make decision based on API calls

Hey Folks, I was just wanting to create a TypeForm, which actually has some dynamic data, I used the Create API to do so, but i really wanna go one step further and make api calls in between two different form slides, based on used decision, For eg, If the User enters says his/her UserID, i want to go to API fetch the Details of that user and Show up in the next form slide, is it possible with TypeForm? If so, how can we achieve this ?

hello, Typeform community! i have a comfusion for many days but finally I have decided to get help from you.Problem is that whenever I upload any files from my pc to the website it shows the error ”uploads failed”. Even it has maximum upload files size up to 10MB.i request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.Thanks!

Scoring a quiz with multiple variables (greater than/ less than - ties ok!)

Calling @john.desborough and other math whizzes!I have a scored quiz in which I have two groups of results that need to be weighed against each other. It is fine if there are ties!I am basically taking categories like the below screenshot, and have multiple choice questions for each bolded category below, in which recipients can select as many adjectives as apply to them (there are 12 categories in total): For the first group, there 12 variables (ie @innocent_brand; @sage_brand, etc). Each question has scoring applied whereby for every adjective selected under The Innocent, 1 point is added to @innocent_brand. The second group of questions is the exact same set, just applied to their client. Variables are called @innocent_client, @sage_client, etc. In this group, for every adjective selected under The Innocent, 1 point is added to @innocent_client. The goal is to show an end screen that gives the user their top 3 categories for @top_brand and @top_client - the variable that has the mos

Hidden field use in Typeform Embed (in Notion) via Active Campaign/Squarespace purchase?

Struggling with this workflow!User purchases a Notion template, which contains (among other content) an embedded Typeform. The purchase is made from my Squarespace website, they are signed up to Active Campaign list, and send the Notion Template link from there. The results from the Typeform will both show on an ending screen as well as be emailed to the recipient. So, I’d prefer not to ask for the email address or name again.(I will also be using the Typeform as a solo survey occasionally so I do need to ask!).Is there a way to pass along hidden fields to the Typeform embed within the Notion template?I’m stumped! Typeform Pages Not Loading

Hi there, I am struggling to successfully log into Typeform 95% of the time. When I do log in, the system is very slow, clunky and pages regularly don’t load. When I successfully created a Typeform today, it then wouldn’t publish.I have tried this on different computers and browsers using different IP addresses with the same results. Can anyone help?

How to open, close and schedule a form through the RESTful API?

Hey,Seems like you can only change if a form is published or not through the /settings/is_public attribute on a form itself but I can’t find how to open/close a form from the PATCH /forms/{id} endpoint.Inspecting the web UI, I can see that it’s doing its things using the PUT /forms/{id}/access-scheduling endpoint but this seems hidden from the public RESTful API.Am I missing something? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Is there a way to hard code custom HTML into typeform pages?

I’m looking to edit our Google Analytics Typeform events to allow for cross-domain tracking, but I can’t find a way to do this in the Typeform platform. I have our Google Analytics account connected with my Typeform page, but I don’t believe you can edit any of the events that are synced there. I can’t find anything in the help center or community about this - can someone help? If this isn’t possible, I’ll have to remove the Google Analytics connection and recreate those events in Google Tag Manager.

URL file from Typeform

Hello, At the end of the typeform, people can submit a file to upload. How can I fix this?

Using 'before' parameter when retrieving responses

Hidden variable not updating in iframe url

Hello, We have integrate the form like this: <div data-tf-sidetab="xxxxxxxxxxxx" :data-tf-hidden="`user_id=${user_id}, environment=${env}, looker_id=${looker_id}, page=${page}`" data-tf-button-color="#235695" :data-tf-button-text="`Give us your opinion ${page}`" data-tf-auto-close /> And we call : //embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js The typeform js script loads correctly and builds the iframe with the first value of ${page} which is page_1. The menu containing the links of the pages is loaded first on the server side and then loads the pages on the client side. We manage to assign the value of the page ${page} = page_2 on click event vuejs but typeform does not take this value into iframe url.The hiddens values fields are initialized on the first loading of the form and are no longer updated. How to set a new value of hidden variable for typeform without a server-side page reload ? Best regards,

My typeforms are taking ages to load

I have two typeforms that are accessed via my website - www.moremortgages.com, one for mortgages and one for remortgages. When they are accessed via a mobile they are taking ages to launch. Sometimes they don’t launch at all. They are roughly 20 questions in total. Can someone please explain how I can fix this as it is causing us issues and I am considering looking for an alternative form builder.
