Always getting "access_denied" error in access token api /oauth/token even if all credentials are correct

 I'm encountering an issue generating access and refresh tokens via the https://auth.videoask.com/oauth/token API. Despite double-checking all keys and credentials, I consistently receive the following error. {    "error": "access_denied",    "error_description": "Unauthorized"} Can anyone offer assistance? Thank you in advance.

Virtual keyboard

We would like to implement typeform in our app which is gonna be used also on kiosks without hardware keyboard, does typeform support some kind of virtual keyboard out of the box? Or is it possible to dynamically set value for a text field with javascript? So we can use virtual keyboard on our own and just set value based on what user types in?

Cookie consent of the paarent domain in typeform unknown

Hello, I have the following problem: The GTM was put in TypeForm, also the events are there and I can fire tags. But I can't provide the tags with a check of the consent status on the main domain. That means it is not possible to make it GDPR compliant? In my case Google Ads form tracking.My alternative approach was to include a listener and send the event of the submitting form to the parrent domain and use it as a trigger there. But unfortunately this does not work.Is there a way that I can transfer the consent status of my domain to typeform and be GDPR compliant there?Or alternatively transfer the event of form sending my domain GTM?

Webhook for production and development

The application I am working on has a production environment and a development environment.Using the typeform webhook, the url configured today is the production one, so I can't test in development if I don't change the url.Is there any way for a form's webhook to call 2 urls? A way to configure this for production and development?

Why am I getting duplicate Network IDs?

Hello everyone.I have a few forms that show duplicate Network IDs, which should not be possible. If I understand correctly, the Network ID is tied to the user’s IP address. In my case, I have a survey form that is shared via a QR form during a videomeeting. The users scan the QR code and answer the survey from their phones. The thing is, they are all at home on their own personal computers when they do this, and still I’m getting some duplicate Network IDs here and there. At first I thought maybe it was the same student sending the same form several times (maybe they thought it didn’t send correclty), but as you can see below, the scoring changes. Again, all our users are located in different parts of the country and studying from home. How is it possible that they have the same network ID?On a related note, are there any plans for tracking users cookies? It would make things much easier, especially since some of our students do complete similar forms while they’re in the same classroo

Form wont update with PUT nor POST

Hi there,I hope you're doing well!I've created a script that duplicates a form and replaces some images on the duplicated version. In preview mode, the new images inserted via POST or PUT requests are displayed correctly. However, when I share the form with someone to fill out, they still see the old images.Interestingly, if I make any minor change to the form (such as adding a letter, a dot, or a comma) and then hit "Publish", the images update to the correct ones.Anyone have any clue how to resolve it?Thank you for your help!

How to customise name field at contact info content

Even though I already connected with Slack before changing all status, after I changed last name field at 'contact info' to not required status, then got an error that the last name not shown in slack  because in korea, we normally type name to last name+first name in order.We call name= 이름  and first name = 이름, It’s same…..The divided fields make ppl confused to type name rather than combined for Korea user.    my question is that I have to connect with slack whenever I revise contents and there insn’t any method to combine Last name + first name field for Korean ?

Will changing block references of existing live forms affect results?

Hi!I have a question regarding block references. We have a series of forms currently embedded and live on our LMS collecting results from our students.However, these forms were created with automatically generated block references, which complicates things in the analytics side of things when using the API. We are now looking into updating these block references and use them as labels to easily identify fields during the analysis.Is this something that would cause broken links or alter results? Should we create a new template with our personalized block references and start anew? Thank you

Typeform sending infinite requests to my webhook

Hi I’ve created a Workflow on retool which works as my webhook. I then create a webhook on Typeform using the url from retool.On submission of a Typeform it sends multiple/infinite number of requests to my webhook, one after each other. I’ve just deleted the webhook on Typeform when this happens as this stops it from making requests. I’ve deleted and recreated the webhook on Typeform twice.Any idea why this is happening and if there is some work around?

Creating a Loop - Problem: Infinite Loop - Loop not breaking

I'm working on a carbon calculator using Typeform to ask people a set of questions about Housing, Transport, and more. I need to create a loop based on the answers to previous questions. For example, if a user indicates they have 3 cars, the question group with all the car-related questions should loop 3 times before moving to the next question. If the user has 0 cars, the loop will not execute, and it will jump to next question skipping the question group with all the car-related questions. (see the attached image for the logic).Problem DescriptionQuestion 11: Asks the user how many cars they have.Question 12: A question group with 4 sub-questions about cars (12.a, 12.b, 12.c, 12.d).What Works: If the user inputs 0, it correctly directs them to question 13.Where I Need Help: If the user inputs any number greater than 0, it enters an infinite loop and doesn’t break. Typeform not displaying full length on mobile (full-page) embed

Hi,Our Typeform is cut in length on Mobiles: https://www.metabolic4you.ch/abnehmrechner/, e.g. the start button is not visible, etc. Its a Wordpress website.<div data-tf-live="01HZRK8D3XJF2P08CPF9FSQPE0" style="width:100%;height:600px;"></div><script src="//embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js"></script>on Desktop it actually looks right.If I change the height to 400px it won’t properly show question 6 on Desktop and neither show the correct length on mobile too (though better than with 600px)Any idea how to fix it? Typeform Submission Appears in Results but Webhook Was Not Triggered?

I can see a typeform submission in my ‘Results’ but my webhook was not triggered. My webhook is set up properly and I have received hundreds of submissions before but it missed one the other day. What has occurred?For clarity, we are working with clients and this provides a bad user experience.

I'm working on creating an automated quiz using Typeform, and integrating it with Zapier to dynamically generate questions and calculate the final score.
