Hi Team, It would be incredible if Typeform could allow users to generate an image dynamically based on form answers, using an AI image generation tool (ChatGPT or similar). This would take interactive forms to the next level.Let me explain our use case:We offer tailored corporate gift boxes. Right now, customers go through a form to select the contents of their box — but they can’t see what their custom gift box looks like until we actually produce it and take a photo. This lack of visual feedback creates friction in the buying journey and likely costs us conversions. If we could offer a real-time AI-generated visual simulation of their custom gift box — based on the product images selected in the form — it would build trust and boost engagement significantly.Any chance this kind of feature or integration might be on your radar? Thanks a lot for your amazing work — and looking forward to your thoughts!
Hi,Do you know if there is a module that allows to locate an establishment from a map that lists a large number of rentals. The purpose is to allow my customers to enter their address and search for the best location based on their address. Thanks for your help !
My organisation has a an “organisation” at Typeform of which my colleague is the owner and I am a member. I have registered an application there. I have used OAuth 2.0 to generate an access token for that application, as per these instructions:https://www.typeform.com/developers/get-started/applications/However, workspaces created using this access token appear in my personal account and not in my organisation’s account. In the documentation of the API I read “The workspace gets created in the account where the user has the organisation role - owner.”This confuses me, because I would think a user might be owner of several organisations. Moreover, it would preclude control over where the workspace is created. It seems I can create workspaces in my organisation's account through the the web interface. It also seems I can choose the workspace (and hence, the account) where a form is created through the API. So why not for workspaces? Is there any way I can choose where a workspace gets crea
Hi! I’m trying to add design to Follow Ups emails to responders without adding a third party integration service. I have an HTML code that when I paste, I am just getting the code emailed to me. Any thoughts? The “How To” video says you can past in custom code so curious why it’s not working.Â
Even though I already connected with Slack before changing all status, after I changed last name field at 'contact info' to not required status, then got an error that the last name not shown in slack  because in korea, we normally type name to last name+first name in order. We call name= 이름 and first name = 이름, It’s same…..The divided fields make ppl confused to type name rather than combined for Korea user.    my question is that I have to connect with slack whenever I revise contents and there insn’t any method to combine Last name + first name field for Korean ?
Hello, I would like to inquire if there are any server restrictions when attempting to load embed.js using the script tag  <script async src="https://embed.typeform.com/embed.js"></script>In automated tests, sometimes the request response has a status of 0 (unknown). Could this be due to something like a rate limiter or similar restrictions, or might the issue be on my side?
If a form is already created using the Typeform portal and then I want to update the hidden fields for that form. How can we do that?
Hello Typeform Community,I’m trying to automate adding Partial Submit Points using the Typeform API, but I can’t find any reference to the necessary fields or endpoints in the published docs.According to the “Collect partial responses” article, it should be possible to configure a Partial Submit Point in a form via the API and access partial responses via the API. However, when I inspect the Create Form and Update Form endpoints in the Developer Portal, there’s no mention of a partial_submit_point property or any equivalent parameter Typeform. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Create a new form via POST https://api.typeform.com/forms with a body similar to the one for adding a Partial Submit Point in the web builder, but nothing happens. Update an existing form via PATCH https://api.typeform.com/forms/{form_id}, attempting to include a Partial Submit Point object, but the request is  returns a validation error. Inspect the API schema for “fields,” “logic,” and other sections—nowhere is
I am managing registration for several events but each event has its own stripe account. How can I use different stripe accounts for multiple typeforms? Unfortunately, it is only allowing me to use one for all of my forms.
I have a large number of Typeforms that have Pexels videos embedded in them. They normally load quickly and play beautifully. Today, they seem to play on the Typeform platform but not via deployment (email, web page embed etc). Some are just not showing up at all while others do and play just fine. What gives? Is this connected with Spain’s massive power outage of something else? And when will it be fixed? FYI I’ve tried different machines and different browsers
Hi, I hope you're doing well. I'd like to customize the video frame on mobile devices by reducing its size and giving it a unique, stylish look that fits my personal style. Could you please guide me on how to achieve this for mobile view?As a reference, I'm sharing a website and some attachment files for your review.Reference site: https://laurentaylorlaw.com/Â
Is it possible to make all the questions in one page instead of different pages?
Hi Typeform team,We're experiencing an issue with the /responses API. We used to query for hidden field values (e.g., ?query=abc123) and receive matching responses where "hidden": { "field_name": "abc123" } — this worked fine until a few days ago. Now, the same query returns no results, even though we can see the hidden field present in the response payloads.Could you confirm whether hidden field search support was changed, deprecated, or broken? Thanks!
Hello,I want to collect data with a typeform. Some datas are open texts response, select photos in list, … This response types that is standard in a Typeform. But I also need to collect data coming from several QRCode, not just one.  I would like my respondent fulfill the form by scanning à QRCode. The data collected could be the QRCode url, or on parameter from the QRCode url. In fact, I want to use the typeform webpage to scan à QRCode and extract data from it.  is it possible ?
Im struggling to understand how to do this. Zapier doesnt recognize it as a new entry and webhooks is jumbled mess that you cant easily find the answers and map them into anything. Does anyone have a solution?
I have a feature where, immediately after a user submits a response through the Typeform embed on my website, I retrieve the response_id returned by the Typeform component. I then send this response_id to my backend, which queries the Typeform API using the endpoint https://api.typeform.com/forms/{form_id}/responses with the included_response_ids parameter set to the response_id. However, sometimes the API returns an empty response, as if the response couldn't be found. Could this be due to a delay in the response being created? What would you suggest to handle this issue effectively?
Hi! I am a newbie to Typeform and so far have been able to build out a couple of assessments successfully BUT I hit a wall and feel like it’s time to bring in some help. I think the work to be done on this form is relatively easy -- it’s a multiple-question assessment with four outcomes … I can’t figure out how to score or deliver outcomes.  I’m looking for someone to resolve that issue and shine a light on missed opportunities with typeform.
I am looking to hire someone who can help me create forms and then help me add those forms onto a diary. Maybe an integration? Im not very technical sorry. The idea is that the staff can see that a task is due on a particular day, for example health and safety check list, then can click on the form from the diary, and work their way through the form answering questions.  Then next part of the test will be for me to integrate those results on a website so they can be viewed on my own layout.  Can anyone suggest who might be able to help with this? all or part of the task?
To clarify, once the user makes a selection in an email version of a survey, can:the selection click open a browser to a specific question view within a survey then populate the user’s selection made in the EMAIL version of the survey into the aforementioned browser version of the survey.. using URL parameters or some other method? Thanks ..
We should join hands in creating a gameÂ
Hello, for how long are we going to wait to fix this problem? We pay for Bussiness plan and we need to send e-mails to clients. Email editing temporarily disabledThe ability to edit email content is temporarily disabled to prevent misuse. In the meantime, you can set up Zapier and/or Slack integrations. If you have further questions please contact support.  Â
Hi everyone,I’m currently working on integrating Typeform into our system and I’m facing a challenge with real-time data retrieval. As far as I understand, Typeform only sends webhook events when a form is fully submitted, and the API only provides access to completed responses. However, for our use case, we need to track user progress step by step and retrieve form data in real time as users move through the questions. Here are the specific issues we’re encountering:We can't capture partial responses before the final submission. The webhook fires only at the end of the form, not at each step. Even when embedding Typeform via an iframe, we can track step changes, but we don’t get field values—only form and question IDs. Field IDs are alphanumeric and dynamic, making it difficult to map them consistently to our database.Ideally, we’d like to receive user input progressively at each step to track drop-offs and improve our form experience. Is there any workaround, API feature, or best prac
One way to make forms more interactive would be to have hidden date and time fields, which by default contain the current day and time. This way, it is not necessary to pass them as parameters in the URLAnd if we could have the day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, etc.) that would be better, because we could personalize the conversation:> Hi, Pedro, it's already Friday, what a great day> Welcome Luis, it's great to start the week by requesting a moving service> Hi Maria, although it's already late (it's 11 at night) we are going to complete your orderIt wouldn't increase the cost of storage in the database if they can be selected or deselected, and it would give a lot of play to the forms.

We are trying to embed a Typeform in WhatsApp using the Intercom workflow "Add App" feature. However, instead of opening the form directly, WhatsApp only displays the link, requiring users to click and open it externally. Is there a way to make the form open directly within WhatsApp instead of redirecting users outside the app? Any solutions or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
