Hi,The Contact Info question type is not showing up as an option to select when setting up a trigger for an email notification so I can no longer setup a notification for a particular persons name/email etc.See screenshots showing that Contact Info is my question 1, but the selection for triggers starts at question 2. 

1 for $50 a month live chat should be included!!!!!I can no longer find the trigger email notification of form completion. The settings wheel does not have the follow up section people are referring too.Can someone please help?

I want to print or see all of my questions in a layout form so I can send them to my team and they can follow the flow without having to click through each question.  That way the branches could be seen and they could suggest re-ordering easily.  Any idea on how to do this?  Thanks

I can use the Legal Question for the functionality, but what URL should I use to link to Typeform’s own T&Cs and Privacy Policy? This is for respondents only not the full service terms including payment etc...

Hi,Is it possible to change the color of the “Description” font? In my case it is grey, which is a bit hard to see on my black background. I checked the Theme properties but the description font does not appear there. Thanks! 

Hi everyone, I’m trying to customize the **ending screen** of my Typeform with a sentence like: **"You are 80% Creative and 60% Resilient"**, based on the **two traits with the highest scores** out of five (Creative, Empathic, Strategic, Resilient, Visionary). Here’s the logic I had in mind: 1. Use **score variables** for each trait.2. Determine the **top two traits** using two **temporary variables** (`top1_trait` and `top2_trait`).3. Calculate their respective percentages based on the total number of questions answered. The issue is: **Typeform doesn’t allow comparing variables to each other** (e.g., `score_creative > score_resilient`), which makes dynamic ranking impossible within the platform. My question:Is there any **native workaround**, **integration**, or upcoming feature that would allow me to sort these scores and display the two top traits with their percentages on the ending screen — without redirecting the user outside of Typeform? Thanks a lot for your help!

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue.Previously, I could find the "Follow-up" email option after someone submitted a form by going to the settings (gear icon) and selecting "Follow-up." But now, I can’t seem to find it — has it been moved or removed?

Hello,I’m new to Typeform and am trying to configure variables. From tutorials, I understand there’s supposed to be a “Logic” tab at the top right of the screen, next to the “Content” and “Design” tabs, where I should be able to view and edit variables.My problem is I don’t see this tab, even when using templates that already have integrated variables. Could someone help me out?I’ve attached a screenshot highlighting the area where the “Logic” tab should be. Thanks a lot!

Hi there. I am creating a survey where I’m recruiting 10 participants to answer some additional questions on video and the rest of the participants to just answer the regular survey questions (ie to skip the video questions). I have created a question at the start of the survey where they can identify which type of participant they are and then show the first video question only to people who say they have been recruited to answer video questions. That’s a straightforward skip. But then i need to ask all of the participants a series of questions and only after those questions ask another video question. So I’m trying to figure out a way for that subsequent video question to be shown only to the people who answered the initial question about taking part on video at the start of the survey.Any ideas?

My WordPress site does not scroll after adding a variety of Typeform embeds. I have successfully added the sidebar popup, but when I try to embed a full screen or partial screen form, there are two issues… When you land on the page, the page jumps straight down to the form, auto-scrolling through anything above it. You can’t scroll up or down after being auto-scrolled to the form. You’re just stuck. 

Hi everyone, I am new to Typeform and having trouble to freeze the column view on a matrix question. I want the respondent to see the option he is choosing without having to scroll up and down. The rows are freezing normally but not the columns.Any light on that?Many thanksRodrigo

For example, is there a way to directly preview the final section of the form, without having to go through all the questions to get to that section?Thank you!!

Can i add geo-restriction in my typeform such as i don’t want my form to be accessed in Middle East Countries.

I have a Professional subscription and have created a form named "Feature to fly – Amalfi". There's a field for participants to submit their video, but currently no one is able to upload because the file size limit appears to be only 10 MB.As far as I understand, the Professional plan should support file uploads up to 2GB. Could you please confirm if that's correct, and if so, help ensure the form accepts larger files as intended?

Im using embedded typeform sdk, I want users to retake quiz from ending page. How to configure this? Because it doesn’t have any urls to it.

Last night as I finished 7 hours of major edits on a form, I navigated from the logic map back to the form questions and they had reverted back to the version from the day before. All work disappeared. I had been conscious to save each logic window as I completed work on it throughout the day. All new questions and associated logic are gone. And all edits on questions and header pages are also gone.When I click on “Version History”, it is blank.I submitted a help ticket on Typeform, but wondering if anyone can suggest a way to access my work?
