Bonjour,J’ai créé un formulaire avec du scoring (donc assez complexe). Mais depuis, un compte est repassé en gratuit (Compte 1). Puis quelques années après, j’ai crée un nouveau compte en payant (compte 2) formule Basic. J’aimerais déplacer ce formulaire avec scoring (Compte 1) dans la version payante (Compte2). Est-ce possible ? car j’ai essayé de déplacer ou de copie dans nouveau workplace, mais ce n’est pas ce que je recherche. Je veux dans un autre compte.Dois-je prendre un abonnement pour le compte 1 pour le passer dans le compte 2 ?Merci pour votre aide.Sarah -- Google Translation --  Hello,I created a form with scoring (so quite complex). I would like to move this form with scoring (Account 1) to the paid version (Account 2). Is this possible? because I tried to move or copy in new workplace, but this is not what I am looking for.

Hi, a question: In the design of my Typeform, there's a picture. However, I want to change the picture. Is there a way to do this all at once for the entire form instead of adjusting it per slide?

Hi, I just upgraded to the very expensive business plan for $99 per month and I thought now I can translate my questions. However, it seems there is no feature like that to manually translate questions, it’s only be done by AI. Is this true?Also, having the user to manually click a “translate” button is also not very intuitive. Am I missing something or is this actually like that?

First up, and a mono-linguist, the language translation function (beta) is fantastic. However, I did get them QA’d by a colleague, and they have suggested some changes. How do I edit those versions? 

Hello,I'm building a customer survey for my restaurant using Typeform, and I have four different locations. I want to use the same survey for all four locations but have a unique link for each restaurant. When someone clicks on a specific link, I want the first question (which asks for the restaurant location) to be automatically filled in based on the link they used.Is there a way to create multiple links for the same Typeform that automatically pre-fill the answer to the first question? This way, I can gather all responses in a single datasheet while still distinguishing which location the responses are from.Thank you for your help!

I want the form to allow customers to:Choose a service (e.g., a basic car wash for $100). Select the date they want the service. Enter their phone number, name, and address (since we offer mobile services and go to them). Alternatively, provide a location if the service is at a car wash bay. Complete the payment, all in one seamless form.Is it possible to integrate payments directly into a Typeform like this? If so, what would be the best way to set this up? Hello all. I am not a user of Typeform and doing some experimentation to see whether it will work for my organization’s use case. I was wondering if we can populate the value of a custom variable with the answer to a question. I was wondering if we can then subsequently use the value of a custom variable to determine display logic. That is if the first question is which facility a client is from, can we store that value and use it to determine which subsequent questions are displayed to the end-user? Branching seems like it would get too complicated for our use case as there is a lot of disjunction between which subsets of questions need to be shown to different facilities. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Hi community!I am rather new to Typeform but I’ve been struggling with creating a personality test for the past weeks! I would like to create a test with 10 different personalities, knowing that each person can have multiple personalities.However, it seems like on Typeform you can just use the score logic or the outcome logic. Let’s dive in an example:Question 1 has 10 answers (multiple choice) Question 2 has 16 answers (multiple choice) ….Each answer represents a personality, and each person can have multiple personalities, how can I associate each answer with one personality?  I tried both given logics. The score logic doesn’t work in that case because as said, you can have multiple personalities, and the outcome logic doesn’t work because it’s a multiple choice question. For me it sounds very easy to just associate the first personality with a score like “A”, the second one with “B” etc. but it doesn’t seem you can do it on Typeform. Ideally, I want a results that says: “Thank you f

Is it possible to add another payment method than creditcard while using the Stripe integration, like iDEAL? Or can I also use something other than Stripe to make the use of iDEAL possible?

I need to ask those who provided me email addresses in a previous survey some new questions about why they selected the answers they selected. Is there a way to send them an email that automatically contains their previous responses to the questions to remind them (it’s been almost a year since they took the survey), so they can properly answer the new questions? I don’t want to have to do it manually one by one.

I’m looking to create a TDEE Calculator where the clients give me their age, height (in inches), weight (lbs), and activity level (the 5 different options then would = a number assigned for calculation). This would save me a ton of time for my clients vs having to do it manually. Am getting the following message in the multiple choice qs: block.multipleChoice.selectionLimit.hint.selectUnlimited And the ‘other’ option also has a cryptic message. Any ideas how to fix??  

Hello, I have a survey with scores associated with different answers (not a quiz).I would like to add points when the “Other” option is chosen in the multiple choice question as long as the field is not left empty (ie, many different answers are possible but the field should not be left empty. I tried is “Other” and (which automatically comes up) “Does not contain” + [I left the field empty]It doesn’t work.Anyone found a way to get around this (since the “AND” comes up automatically and the options are “is equal to/not equat to/begins with/ends with/contains/does not contain”

Hi allI would like to use a Matrix template to give approx. 35 clients an opportunity to select dates of our phone calls. The offered dates would be obviously the choices - the columns, there will be four such columns. The clients will be in rows, there will be 35 rows. I also want my clients to be able to see which dates were selected by all of them.The problem is that each call date (column) should have maximum capacity of 10 clients (otherwise the call will be chaos).How can I restrict the number of selections for each column?Thank you in advance!Johanka

I have several Typeforms embedded in my Thinkific site. I have enabled autosave in the Typeforms so that users can step out and their responses will be saved for the next time they come back to the Typeform. However, the embedded Typeforms are not autosaving. Each time a user leaves and returns, they get a new Typeform, not the one they left partially filled. How to correct this?

i had to spend 10 minutes to figure out how to do a simple thing like direct a form response to another email in my company. now i try to add the email and i get this response that i can and have to use 3rd party to do it? Why is this so complicated, why not give users the ability to make multiple surveys and quickly assign where the notifcations go to what email?  

I have leads coming from two sources:1. Instagram link in bio2. Become a member button on my website I need the users coming from source 1 (Instagram) to start at the normal typeform welcome screen.I need the users coming from source 2 (Website button) to skip the welcome screen entirely and start directly at the first question. 1 is working perfectly. How do I do number 2?Basically I dont want the website people to see the intro video and text and i dont want to make a new form.Thank you
