We have a quiz where we educate people about our program.Every time they answer a question I will show them additional information tailored to their answer. At the end I want to email the respondents this additional information.I am able to send them a follow-up (notification) with their answers but don’t know how to add the additional information I showed them according to their answers. How can I do that? Actually best would be to send the respondents something like this: Question 1Their answer Further Information for Question 1 Question 2Their answer Further Information for Question 2Thanks for your help.Cheers,​​​​​​​Cesare

I need some help as to why the logic branch I have created is not working. I’ve created the rule that if A & B get selected it takes the user to Question 18, but for some reason, it keeps taking them to Question 2. Please Help! Thanks

Hi guys, I am looking to potentially create a calculator that will help a client work out the cost of their energy bills based on their latest meter reads. Is there a way I can do the following: 1 - client enters their current rate in p/kWh2 - client enters their standing charge in p/Day3 - client provides their previous read from their bill4 - the date of this bill5 - client provides current read from their meter6 - the date of this read I would then want to calculate 5 - 3 * 1PLUS - 6 - 4 (to work out number of days) multipled by cost of standing charge in 2

Hi, I am unable to unpublish a live form and need to do so as it is taking space in my allotted forms count and I no longer need this form. I should also add I have already received submissions on this form and would like to close it down instead of deleting it. Anyone know how to do this?

Hi all, new to Typeform, I have a pool of 20 or so items that I’d like participants to select 2-3 from. I also wanted to attach a brief 1-sentence description/definition for each option. Can’t quite figure out best way to do this, visually or functionally. Would really appreciate any ideas/tips!

Hello everyone! I lead a tech nonprofit and we allow our donors to pick and choose the causes they want to support.We are switching over to TypeForm and I wanted to know if there is a built-in “Select All” button that I’m missing or a way to create one button that will instantly click all options.Our workaround at the moment is Button Selection A below (“All Animal Causes”), but for our backend and data sorting, we then have to go and individually add each cause to each user because it shows up as “All Animal Causes” instead of a list of the 14 options.   Any tips/suggestions? My only thought is to connect with Zapier and have them format the data.Thank you all! 

Hello everyone!I'm currently working on an evaluation quiz and want to keep internal track of the “chapters” that the student might need to review in case they fail so I show in the result screen “You need to revise chapters <Variable> (Which could have something like <A, B, C, G> for example)” My quiz is already setup with all the logic to keep track on when or how they “pass” each chapter but when I went and created the text variable and I was preparing to do the most basic operation of APPEND text to said variable I realized this is not possible… and I can only replace the text What am I missing here? is this possible in some other way? Do we need to file a request to add the most basic feature? Thanks in advance

I want to use the “Other” option in some questions but as a closed option, meaning I do not want that users can fill in the text once they select “Other”. I know I can add a choice and type "Other" but, when randomizing this alternative won't remain as last alternative. Is there a way in which I can use the ‘Other” alternative as a closed reply?

Hello, I’ve a form in which there’s a Yes/No question.In case the YES is selected the user continues the form with other questions In case the NO, the user is sent to a final telling him he is not elegible.The problem I have is that when the user goes go through the "NO" route, the form is also submitted. How can I avoid this? Basically it's because I have some triggers that fire once the form is submitted. Thanks

Hello all! I have typeforms in a language that is not available on typeform, so I change the message manually through settings. Unfortunately, not all messages are available for changing there. For example, in the ranking question - „Drag and drop to rank options“, so when my whole form is in Lithuanian, this random message stays in English. Any ideas on how can this be changed?

Hello!(First time caller!)I am creating a self assessment quiz with 12 different topics. Each topic has a:1.) “what do you rate ____ at CURRENTLY” 0-102.) “what would be your ‘good enough’ rating for _____” 0-10 i want to create a calculation that would give me the difference between “good enough” - “current” and anyone with a difference score of 4 or more would be the topic we would focus on first. All 12 key aspects differences would be reported in the end screen in line with the category.Is what I’m asking for possible? And if so, how? Please advise! Thanks!Anju 

Hi there, Looking to solve this issue (bug?) in Typeform follow-up emails.  I’ve set up a follow-up email for one form and I want to link to another form with some hidden fields from the first form (similar to this example). One of these hidden fields is a URL, which I need to pass through as it will be a search term in a Zapier zap for another system.  When I try to link this in Typeform, the URL hidden field breaks the link. This seems to be a Typeform bug in how Typeform writes the HTML for the email delivery.  See, the <a href> tag breaks.  I’ve tested this in another email client and there is no issues.  Any help would be appreciated!  Link in Typeform:Result: Result if it worked: Response in second form: 

Hello, I would actually like to delete this message “Drag and drop to rank options” from a Ranking question as I would like respondents to select numbers from the drop down on the left, how do I do this?

I want to compare @score variable with another variable for equality instead of 0. Can it be done?

I’d like to add logic to my form, to send users to an end screen determined by the hidden field. The survey respondents should still go through the rest of the form first. At the moment, I’m only seeing the option to either send them to the next question, or send them straight to the end. The hidden field is looking at the starting logic rather than the end. It’s worth mentioning I do have other conditional logic already in the form, which sends users off to different questions. But the end screen should then be determined by that hidden field. Is there a way to do this? 

  I mean how Typeform users to share innovative and impactful ways they've utilized the platform to collect feedback or insights that have contributed to notable improvements or innovations within their respective contexts. It encourages respondents to provide specific examples or case studies, showcasing the diverse applications and effectiveness of Typeform in driving positive outcomes.

This was an amazing feature. Now it seems not to work anymore. What is the problem?
