Generating user document list

Hello!I don’t seem to be finding the right pathway to achieve what I’m looking for. It sounds like I can achieve what I want, but I may need to be integrating with other platforms. I’m a loan officer and I’m wanting to send a form to new referrals to gather information about their employment and income so I know what types of documentation I will need to request from them. As an example:What is your employment type? (Select all that apply) A. W2 Employee B. Self-Employed C. Business Owner In this example, let’s say the user selected “A” and “B”. Upon completion of the questions, the user would receive a documentation list/report based on the answers they provided that they could save/print or elect to have it emailed. It could look something like this:Documentation ListIncomePlease provide all W2’s for the years 2020 and 2021 Please provide your Federal tax returns for years 2020 and 2021 Essentially, every answer they provide is going to ask for certain types of documents and will e

Decimal point numbers in a number question

Hello,I'm thinking about creating a typeform for an e-commerce site, where users will be able to create a complaint about their orders, however, not all products are sold as integer values, some of them are sold by weight, and so, I need a number question to allow people to enter things like 1.7 or 2.3.I this possible on Typeform? I wasn't able to find a way to do so.

Is there a way of combining several opinion scales within a matrix?

We have a series of similar questions that we’re trying to build into a single page, rather than over 6-7 pages. See below. Of course the multiple selection option means that every single box can be ticked, which defeats the purpose, and will skew results. Any suggestions?

Display text when hovering over image option

I would like to create a quiz and in the quiz I would like to ask the audience what they need help with?  There will be a selection of different icons for them to choice from, but I would when you hoover over the images I would like text to appear to give the customer example of that task. Is that possible in Typeform? At the moment i can only see the option to add text underneath the icons.

Remove pre-added logic connection between 2 questions

hi guys,I’m having an issue with the logic connection.I have a multiple select question with 3 options, for each selected option, it should route the visitors to another question, I’ve added the branching connect to cover all of the cases, however there is still a default connection that I can’t remove.Please let me know if there is a solution to do it.

Hi there,I ask for clients date of birth in a factfind questionnaire. I’ve had instances where the client would input 2024 as the birth year. Is there a logic / rule that would only allow dates over 18 years to be input?Thanks

About date field : how to delete "Tab"

Hello Every one, I have a question about the Date field. Is it possible to configure the form you don’t have to press on Tab each time enter a complete date. I mean, is it possible for the user to enter “05121991” and the date field is automatically complete as “05/12/1991” (and not enter “05Tab12Tab1991”). Thanks for your help ! Franck

Current Date

I noticed on questions requiring date entries the current date is displayed when logic is applied but that date does not update after the form was created. Is there a way to ensure the date time updates after the form is created. I would like the entered date to validate against the current date on my form.

Redirecting Many Links to 1 Typeform and Being Able to Track at The Same Time

Hi,  Would like you help on how we can direct a customer who’s scanned a packaging label from one of our 10 products to be redirected to 1 typeform but still able to track the source of the lead.  We are in the supplement business and wondering if customers who scan:  domain.com/capsulesdomain.com/drink, etc  are redirected to domain.com/typeform with a unique UTM code so that: we are able to track the source of the lead? are we able to customise that same TF depending on which URL they came from - for example the ones that came from the capsule link, would see a uniue youtube video and the ones that came from the drink - see another youtube video?Many thanks.  Aftab

How can we change the placeholder for the address field ?

The new Adress field has an address in Palo Alto, California as placeholder. We are a company based in Europe serving B2C customers with a very strong local implantation. We cannot have an address in California as placeholder, this gives off a very wrong image. How can I change the placeholder?  As is we cannot use this field and what typeform offers for the address field is not satisfying.

Hi everyone, I’m trying to build out a quiz that asks for a number (annual cost) and service (multiple choice). Each option on the multiple choice is tied to a percentage and the results page should display the final calculation of Annual Cost * Service Percentage. Question related to Branching Logic for Multiple Selection

Hello! Hoping this is feasible. I am working on a survey for students to provide feedback on our 2 program advisors. Students can meet with either advisor, and many students have met with both advisors. Basically, I would love to ask which advisor(s) they met with, and then show the corresponding questions.So for example: Q1. Which Advisor did you meet with? If you met with both, choose bothAdvisor 1 Advisor 2 If A1, show question set for A1; If A2, show question set for A2; If A1 and A2, show question set for A1 and A2. Basically, for analysis ease, I want to avoid having to create a separate “Both question set”, instead just showing both sets of questions. I am struggling to set that up with the logic. Any advice?

how di I create an equation with a current year?

Hi,The question is: “what year did this viecle went on the road for the first time?”I need to set an equation that say: if it is this year then go to X question if not then to Y. but i see i can only set a number (2024 in my case). which means that in 2025 i will need to reedite this equation and change 2024 to 2025. is there a better way to do that? is there a way to add current year?

SOS: showing unique ending based on lowest variable score

Hello,I’m using typeform for a wellness assessment with 18 questions covering 6 different areas. I’m using a 1-5 opinion scale and some questions are reverse-scored. The max score for each of the 6 areas is 15.I created 6 variables corresponding to each area, and used branching and calculations to update each variable according to the answers. I have a temporary page that displays the 6 scores and I got this part right. I need help with the final step: showing a unique ending based on the lowest score from the 6 variables. This ending has recommendations that the user can then take into my product. If there’s a tie, I can show one screen with universal recommendations.I came across this post that explains how to do it but I’m quite lost on the logic setup. I can’t compare variables as I’m forced to enter a number rather than another variable - see below attempt to do so:Please help!

Ending screen idea : form after form

Hello everyone, I wanted to share an idea that I believe could greatly enhance the functionality of the forms. Currently, when creating lead forms, I find myself hesitant to ask for too much information upfront, fearing that it might deter people from completing the form. Instead, I prefer to keep the initial form concise and then provide an opportunity for respondents to provide additional, more detailed information afterward. However, the current setup only allows for adding a URL in the ending screen. It would be incredibly valuable to have the option to seamlessly integrate another form, perhaps labeled as "provide more info" immediately after the initial form submission. This would not only streamline the process for respondents but also enable us to track additional conversions more effectively, without the need to manually correlate submissions from multiple forms. I believe implementing this feature would greatly benefit our workflow and enhance the user experience for both us
