Hello Typeform community 👋Quick question: when using the image answer mode, is it possible to reduce the size of the answer images?I’ve only seen the option on the right to toggle “supersize” on/off, but nothing in between. It feels a bit limiting — especially when you want more compact layouts.Am I missing something, or is this not currently supported? Thanks in advance!
How do I add multiple checkboxes so that my survey-taker can CHECK ALL THAT APPLY??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!? This seems like it should be a really obvious and ‘easy’ thing, so I’m not sure why it’s not?? There is work to be done here Typeform, sorry. This is my first time using this platform and I’m already so confused I am thinking of bailing back to SurveyMonkey. Is it even an option, and if not….WHYYYYY?????
Hello Typeform community 👋I’m trying to customize the design of my form and I was wondering: is there a way to change the font size of the text (questions, answers, etc.)?I’ve looked through the settings but couldn’t find an option for that. Maybe I missed something, or perhaps it requires custom CSS or a workaround?Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated 🙏Thanks in advance!
👋 Question for the Typeform community: If you use AI translation and then make some manual edits, what happens if you run the AI translation again after adding a new page? 👉 Does it overwrite your previous edits or only translate the new content? How do you handle this on your side to avoid losing your changes? 👀
As a property management company that came into the real estate system, how would you set up your social media marketing platform and get clients that will buy or invest in your company?
Hello 👋I’m having an issue with Typeform and I’m not sure what’s going on.When I’m building my questionnaire (in the “Create” tab), I can’t see any recorded responses. However, when I test the form, I can see the responses displayed at the end.Is it normal not to see anything on the builder side? Can responses disappear or not be saved depending on how the form is tested? Thanks in advance for your help 🙏v
Hi everyone 👋I’m currently building a Typeform with fairly detailed descriptions for each question, and I was wondering if it’s possible to customize the layout of the answers.👉 Is it possible to display the answer choices to the right of the description (instead of below)?👉 Or is there an alternative layout/view that allows for a more horizontal or compact design? The goal is to improve readability when there’s a lot of text and visuals. Thanks in advance for your help!
I have a form integrated with Stripe charging users £x to signup to an event. I would like to offer some users an 100% promo code and others a 50% promo code. How do I do that? I don’t have the codes generated elsewhere.Thank you!
Hello Typeform community, I’m currently using image-based answer choices and was wondering if it’s possible to freely move the answer choices around on the page. I’m not referring to changing their order within the grid, but rather being able to position each image anywhere on the screen (for example, placing them in different areas for a more custom layout). Is this kind of flexible positioning possible in Typeform, or is it a limitation of the tool? Thanks in advance for your help 🙂
Hi guys, 2 years ago, I asked the Typeform team whether it’s possible to duplicate all the notification settings (e.g. notify myself) when duplicating a form within the same workspace. Does anyone know if this is still on the roadmap?
Hello! It seems that a scored questions can only lead to different Endings. For example, total score of 1-5 to Ending 1, total score 6-10 leading to Ending 2, total score 11-15 leading to Ending 3. I would like different total scores from a group of questions to lead to different additional questions. So, in this case, total scores of 1-5 lead to Additional Question 1, total scores 6-10 leading to Additional Question 2, total scores 11-15 leading to Additional Question 3. Is this possible?
Hello, since the new update I can't find the settings where I can make the button for OK or Next disappear until someone writes me an answer in the field. Does this setting still exist at all? Because now I have 3 surveys in the classic version and 3 in the new version. In the first three there is no way to get to the next question without writing something in. But in the other 3 surveys there is, where can I change this? In the introduction video this option is shown but it doesn't appear for me where I can make this button disappear.
HiI’m trying to use ‘clarify with AI’ to ensure answers to my open ended question are specific enough. However, results are under expectations. Here is my use case : I would like to ask parents which languages are spoken at home. I need them to give specific answers like “moroccan arabic” not just arabic.I tried several wordings for the question (given examples of ouputs) but follow-up questions generated by AI do not correspond to my needs. They focus on HOW the parent uses languages with their child at home, and not WHICH specific languages are spoken. I’m wondering if there is another way to add context to the prompt (like hidden context, invisible to respondants).Thank you for your help.Best,Marion
Hi there,I have a technical question regarding the native Google Sheets integration.I have added Partial Submit Points to my form. I would like to confirm if, when a lead passes one of these points but does not complete the entire form (i.e., they drop off before the final Submit button), their partial data is still automatically sent and recorded in the connected Google Sheet.Additionally, if the user later decides to finish the form, will the existing row in Google Sheets be automatically updated with the remaining answers?Thank you for your help.Marco
I would like our customer (who receives a barcode with a unique serial number) to be able to scan that barcode via their phone camera and that it open my Typeform form and the Serial # be auto-populated in a field without them having to type it manually. Is this possible?
I’ve created an online survey but would also like to print in in word or pdf to be able to provide to individuals without cell phones, internet, etc. How can I print the actual survey (not results) OR do I have to recreate myself? Thanks!
I'm having some difficulty properly tracking submissions on Google Ads using Typeform. I have ads that direct to a landing page, where i’ve embedded the Typeform button. Ad gets shown ---> Landing Page ---> Typeform I assumed that it wasn't registering the form submissions because of this 3 step process and it was registering a submission as coming directly to it (not through the ad). So I used tag manager conversion linker, but still to no avail. I already setup the UTM tracking and still no info. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
Hello,I’m having an issue with the Google Sheets integration.Previously, my Typeform responses in Google Sheets included the following columns: score winning_outcome_id ending_displayed_id Submitted At Token However, these columns have suddenly disappeared from my spreadsheet. Now I only receive: Submitted At Token I didn’t intentionally remove anything from the form, but it seems that the quiz/outcome metadata is no longer being sent to Google Sheets.I tried reconnecting the Google Sheets integration but the columns were not recreated.Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is there a way to force Typeform to send the ending_displayed_id and winning_outcome_id fields again? Thanks in advance for your help.
Hello everyone,I'm currently building a Typeform and I would like to add two text input fields on the same slide (for example: one field for "Company name" and another for "Website").I tried using the Contact info / Coordinates block, but I can't seem to modify the labels of the fields to customize them the way I want.Is there a way to: add two custom text fields on the same slide, or modify the field labels inside the Contact info block? Any tips or workarounds would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!
I have my typeform set to automatically send respondents their answers once they are finished.I want them to see a copy of all answers submitted, but not their score. When I input @ All Answers recall command in the body of the email, it adds their score to the bottom of the summarized responses. I do not want the score included. How can I work around this?
Hello everyone. I am looking to create a self-assessment for our clients to complete that will assess their levels of vitality (energy, motivation, sleep etc). They are busy execs so i want the results to be sent straight to their email so they can review them in their own time. The issue i have is this assessment is split up into three domains -OWN, SUSTAIN, RECOVER - with about 5 questions falling under each area. I’d like the end results that are emailed to them to show how they score under each of these domains so they know which one they should focus their energy on. How do i create a self-assessment hwere the results show an overarching score for each domain as well as high level insights. Thank you Danae
Hi, Hope someone can help answering the following questions about the possibilities in Typeform-I am looking for a tool that can be used to find which style (variable) the respondent has, in order to offer the correct online course based on the result from the survey. I have an online course for each style in my programme. I don`t want the style to show for the respondent, but each answer (one per style) will collect the style/variable chosen and then indicate which style based on the tag of variables. Can I add a tag with a variable per answer, for each question in the survey? Is it possible to show a graphical presentation of the result, showing which style/variable got most hits, based on the answers, but also show the result for the other 5 variables (percentage..?)?
im wondering how to create in easy way a quiz/test/exam with score, and each answer score with points, the right answer got 1 point, the bad answer got 0 points. Then, if someone score with (for example) under 10 points - FAILS (first ending), under 10 points - PASSES (second ending)
-- Google Translation -- Hello, We are creating a form and we would like to display several endings in a row according to the answers given to the form in order to avoid multiplying the number of endings to be created. For instance :If answer 1.a to question 1 + answer 2.b to question 2 + answer 3.a to question 3 then endings = endings answer 1.a + endi
We know it might be tricky to get to know all the possibilities you have when building your Typeform. That’s why we’re here! 😁 We're aiming to connect creators that have challenges and creators that have answers. To get started, here are some common questions related to this topic: How to identify my respondents? / Is my form anonymous? There may be situations in which you’d like to know who answered your form, however, we don’t collect any information you don’t directly ask for. Be sure to add questions such as email or name if you’d like to know who your respondents are! Can I test paid features for free? / Do you offer a trial period? There’s nothing quite like a good trial run of a product! :) In your typeform, you can try any of the paid features while the form is in Private mode, except for our integrations. You can also test these features in a mobile environment, which you can learn more about here. If you find that you absolutely love these features, you can upgrade to a paid
