How do I only let a certain list of emails RSVP for an event? I do not want the list sharing with others.
Hi everyone!I’m working on an interactive project using Typeform where I collect location data (postal code, city and country), and I’d like to convert these answers into geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) so I can display them as points on a map.The idea is not only to show the map online, but also to project it onto a physical surface as part of an interactive installation.I’ ve been advised by IA to use something like: Typeform → Google Sheets → Zapier or Make → Geocoding API → Map visualization. Does this sound like a good approach to you? Would you recommend a simpler or better setup for starting, while keeping it scalable for the future? If anyone has done something similar or has tips, I’d really appreciate it!Thanks a lot 😊Laura.
Hello everyone,I’m currently building a form in Typeform and I have a question regarding tables. In some questions, I would need respondents to answer using a table format, for example with multiple columns such as: Constraint Application At the moment, I’m adding this information as an image, but it’s not ideal.👉 My question is:Is it possible to create a table directly in Typeform, for example to: organize answers in rows and columns, allow users to fill in multiple cells, or have a spreadsheet-like format within a question?
I am experiencing a complicated technical issue on my Culver menu website where Typeform is used for collecting user input, feedback, and custom menu-related selections, and I am hoping someone in the Typeform community can provide guidance. The website itself is designed to display a complete Culver-style menu with multiple categories such as burgers, sides, drinks, and desserts, along with dynamic pricing, images, and availability indicators. Typeforms are embedded at several points on the site, including feedback popups, special order requests, and contact forms, but their behavior has become inconsistent and unreliable across different devices and traffic sources. One of the main problems I am encountering is that embedded Typeforms do not always load or render correctly. In some cases, the form container appears but remains blank or stuck on a loading spinner, while in other cases the form loads partially but buttons are unresponsive or questions fail to advance. This issue seems t
Hi everyone,I’m working on a business setup consultancy website and using Typeform to capture leads and enquiries.Currently, we’ve embedded Typeform on our website for consultation requests, but I want to improve conversion rates and user flow.My questions: Is it better to use multi-step forms or short forms for high-intent users? Any tips on placement (homepage vs landing pages)? Should we redirect users after submission or keep them on the same page? Would love to hear what’s worked best for you.
This newly-published article by Typeform’s @ryancahill is an excellent description of the way the traditional funnel is morphing. If you are thinking about Typeform-based funnel(s) for your business, i definitely think this is worth the read. des
Hi, I’m receiving dummy submissions of people who are clearly snooping to see what’s in the form, and they are just answering ‘-’ to every question. How do I set it so they have to enter actual proper text for it to be a valid response, and stop people doing this unless they are a genuine user of the form?
Is it possible to edit the colors of the numbers in NPS? Now it is all numbers in same color, but usually these kind of surveys have an option to use different colors on the numbers, ie. red from 0 to 6, yellow with 7 and 8 and green with 9 and 10.
We’re trying a little experiment here… If you have a burning question about logic rules in Typeform, submit your question below and we’ll provide an answer… to the best of our, and Typeform’s, abilities... give it a shot… des

Hi everyone,We are currently using Typeform for a simple questionnaire. Our main challenge is the following:👉 We would like to ask a question such as “Who is the client?”,and have the answer options automatically populated from a Google Sheet (our client database).Context: We have 300+ clients The client list changes regularly (new clients added) Google Sheets is our source of truth We want to avoid manual copy-paste or constantly updating a dropdown Does Typeform offer a native way to populate a question (dropdown / multiple choice) from a Google Sheet?Or is there a recommended best practice for this kind of use case? Thanks in advance for your help and feedback!

Hello- Can you please share how to turn on these options in the subject for payment options in the integrated Stripe Form? The last post on this was 3 years ago and I am really hoping this has been added by now for use. Thanks!
Hi there. I use Typeform every day to do the exact same thing (build a quiz and send it out). I’ve done everything I always do, and have been doing it for months and months (so I’ve not changed anything I do).The preview when building the form shows as it always does, however when I go to ‘Share’ the preview is showing the image at the bottom and not at the top on mobile (as it always does).I’m assuming it might have something to do with developers changing something, without knowing they did. Can someone please let me know if something changed that I should change, or is it on your end?Thank you as always. I am very grateful to this community. Here is the preview screen shot for mobileAnd here’s the screen shot for when I share, and how it’s coming out in my live environment on mobile
The imagery we have used for our typeform background is mainly focued around the top right hand corner. It looks great on desktop, however on mobile once typeform has cropped the image, nothing can be seen as the imagery in the corner has been cropped out. Is there any way to have a different mobile sized image for mobile viewers?
I am reusing a typeform from last year and I cannot see the X in the right hand corner so my Patrons can exit the screen. I have tried changing my background color but without success. The X was visible when I used this form originally. What has changed?
If there is only one ending and it contains only @variables, do I still need to set up or select outcomes ? I’ve tried it and it functions, but I’d like to get confirmation.”
Hey team, I'm wondering if it'll be possible to do like an Internet speed test like native within the form within a survey and then create variables after that or even just like a survey question after that, but I don't want them to leave the page. Is that possible?
Don't be shy and ask the community.
