Hi all!I have the following need:I am trying to design a form to collect info on 4000+ schools. I am contacting 300+ cities, that should be able to inform me on those schools. I have the list of cities, divided by district and the list of schools on each city.Ideally the person would select the district from a dropdown, then select the city from another dropdown (would only see the cities in that district), and then would select the school from another dropdown (would only see the schools in that city). How can I do this without creating 300+ dropdown lists? Is there anyway to read values from a list, considering the district+city? Many thanks!
Hello there!I have a couple of questions regarding Typeform - Notion Integrations to see weather they are possible: Is it possible to integrate a “Rating” page from Typeform in to a Notion database that’s not a “Text” propperty? If Yes, what other types are available for the option? Is it possible to add something like a Responses result path in to a Notion database? If yes, would I have to make a multi-select property for every multiple-choice question made or is there a better way to go about it?Something like this, but in NotionThank you!
Hello everyone, I’m trying to create a form with questions that ask for information from the past 3 months, regardless of today’s date. Is it possible to insert a token that automatically inserts last month in one question, the previous one in another question and the previous in another? e.g. Question 1: Did you go to the movies in <Last Month Token>? Question 2: Did you go to the movies in <Previous Month Token>? Question 3: Did you go to the movies in <Previous Month Token>? Thanks in advance. :)Elias
Hello,Is it possible to show a brief description under choice when the user selects it? For example, if I have the following choices:A B CWhen the user chooses C, is it possible to show preconfigured text under choice C / on the side of the page? This is very helpful if we were to show some additional information / feedback for that choice.
Using the ‘email’ type in a form isn’t recognizing email addresses with a period before the @. For example, email@example.com. The form pops up “Hmm… that email doesn’t look right”.I tried searching for a solution but no luck. Any way to change the default or do I need to just change entry to a text field?
Hi all, I am pretty new to Typeform and I have a need to build a form with some fairly specific functionality. I am not sure if it is even possible!I am creating a form to capture work history for candidates who are applying for a job. This involves asking the same set of questions for each role that the candidate has worked in.The challenge is that every candidate has had a different number of jobs. I could create a form that allows for a large number of jobs to cover every feasible eventuality. However, I am hoping to be able to introduce some sort of loop functionality that will allow a candidate to submit a job, and then pull up a new blank form and submit another job. They keep going until there are no more jobs to enter. This would require Typeform to save the data, and then clear the form ready for another entry. Is this technically possible?I would really appreciate some advice :-)
Hey everyone,I'm creating a personality quiz with a set of questions that include four different personalities. The Questionnaire should give you a result that looks something like this:Green: 100% Yellow: 27% Pink: 50% Orange: 90%Anyone know how I can achieve this? Is there a particular test, or name or template I can use for this? Many thanks!
Hi,We are wanting to create the following survey logic, but can’t figure out how to do it. Could anyone help?Q1. What are the top 5 digital/online platforms that you like to use the most? This question is multiple choice, exact number. We then want this to go on to questions relating to the five answers they’ve chosen eg. if they choose Facebook, then they go to a multiple choice question that asks ‘what do you most like to use Facebook for?’We have set up the logic as the image attached shows but it does not seem to recognise the fact that only five answers have been selected in the first question. Instead, no matter what five have been selected, it still goes to all the follow-up questions. Can you help us sort out the logic so it works? Thanks in advance.
Greetings I’m evaluating Typeform to assist with an assessment and reporting scenario I want to create. Here's what I'm trying to accomplish:12-15 questions asked, rated 1-5 each Possible to mark as N/A and calculate based on below? Results displayed at the end Total score (% of total possible points) Identify questions scoring 3 or less (low scores) Based on the low score question responses, generate or display an existing report or group the 12 questions into 4 categories and have 4 separate reports based upon low scores in each of the categories. Ability to print results. Present form to gather contact information Present link to calendly to schedule a meeting to discuss resultsDoable with Typeform? If so, high level how?Thank you very much in advance!
folks - a quick question that I am trying to find answers to across the Typeform ‘estate’ of documentation but not having success in finding:it is always an issue with asking for email addresses from respondents - easy enough to validate the format of an email but not so easy to know on submission if the email address is valid. ie firstname.lastname@example.org - the format looks fine but is this a real email address?is there an integration with an email verification tool that is available (i could not see one in the list)? I know there are several different workflows that can be used to verify and validate that yes someone did indeed complete the form (ie an email notification to the user that says thanks for message and either asks them to confirm their email address and sends a hidden field back to another typeform, etc, as per the tutorials and the help doco) but rather than have to address exceptions coming back from ‘bad email addresses’ etc., is there an integration to something like xver
Hi, Today, while working on a survey, I noticed that in the preview and live version the multiple choice, Y/N, buttons are not showing the proper color. It looks correct in the build but does not show in the live view. Attached is a quick video. I've cleared cache, rebooted, and still no luck. shows color on buttons no color on preview or live view settings
I have a form that lists all countries worldwide (≅200) in a dropdown field. The option label seen by the user needs to be the name of the country, but the submitted value needs to be an integer.I’m wondering if there is an option to do this with Typeform. I’m really curious that I don't find any information about this, since this is a standard specification in HTML. <label for="cars">Choose a car:</label> <select id="cars" name="cars"> <option value="volvo">Volvo XC90</option> <option value="saab">Saab 95</option> <option value="mercedes">Mercedes SLK</option> <option value="audi">Audi TT</option> </select>
Is it possible to create an “exclusive” answer on a multi select question? Simple example .. “Which of these brands have you hear of?” Answers (multiple selection possible)DazOmoLuxTideNone of these/Don’t Know It makes sense for folks to tick Daz, Omo, Lux, Tide in any combination, but if they select “None of these/Don’t Know” then none of the others should be selected. Thanks
Hi, I’m new to Typeform, but not to survey scripting. I’m looking for features that I’m used to, but don’t seem to be there from what I’ve seen so far. My apologies if these are somewhere in the knowledge base, but perhaps I’ve been using the wrong terminology to find them. They are:Exclusive responses. I have a multi-answer question, but if they hit None of These, it should remove all other responses. Reduced lists. For example, Q1 is Which of these have you ever bought? Q2 is then Which have you bought most often? and should only show those that were selected at Q1. There is also the converse option of showing only those that have NOT been selected at Q1. Logic off multi-response questions. Only show a subsequent question if the answer to the previous question contains a defined response or set of responses, eg if Q1 includes Car as one of the responses, show Q3a Which model of car? If Q1 includes TV, show Q3b Which model of TV. They can be shown both, one, or neither of the question
