Build your typeform

Hi there, First time typeform user and I have to say I am quite disapointed by the limitiations, no custom css, no option to translate, no option to place more than one field on one page 🤔For relatively expensive service I think it will be my last time to use. Anyways, did anyone found a way to translate or hide the text on the labels and placeholders? It looks so so wierd and unprofessional to leave them in English and my language is of course not supported. Thank you in advance!

Hi guys!I’ve set up a form that works in its standard format, however when transformed into a “chat” the end screen doesn’t appear. Instead of the end screen appearing, the chat just closes as soon as the person enters their email address (rather than a “thanks for submitting your info!” end screen”). Any ideas why this might be?It works fine when it’s published as a normal form.

I would like to know if it is possible to make a TypeForm and that the questions are different depending on the roles established by excel or google drive. For my company, the roles are very changing, and applying it in "logic" would be very complex Thanks!

Hi all, Complete newbie here. I am building a job referral board as a side project.I am collecting job openings via an airtable. Referrals would come in via a Typeform. Therefore I would like to have the Airtable inputs of fields such as company or position as options of a single choice question on typeform. I have already connected Airtable to Typeform via API Key but that’s about it. Hi, when I upload an image, I'm unable to fit the whole photo to the frame. tried resizing it but still it won't fit. how can I make the image appears un-cropped. 

It doesnt save. No error showing up, but i can’t save these numbers. I’m trying to build an advanced calorie counter in typeform but it’s not working. When i save with “,”, it remove it and and it looks like this instead  

I need to create a survey where someone can come and register users (name, email address) and purchase a membership for each user.  The price will depend on how many users they register.  I need to give the user the option to loop back through and add more, and I need to keep track of how many times they have done it, so I can calculate the price.  So my loop would be:Enter Name Enter email address Would you like to add another? (If yes go back to 1. If no go to 4.) You have entered Y users, so the price is Y x £5 = £15I’ve created a basic flow where I can get the survey to loop back and allow them to enter multiple users, and I created a Variable to track how many times they do that - I have a rule on step 2. that says ‘Always ADD 1 to @counter’.  However when I get to step 4 it always just shows 1 in the @counter variable.  It seems to reset the variable every time you loop back through.Any suggestions on how I can do this?

Hey Typeformers, I’ve read what feels like 50 posts about this, and I’m still feeling stuck. What I want to do is pretty simple, and what I’m digging up appears to be quite complex. It looks like @john.desborough is the pro in this area, so maybe he can dumb it down for a Typeform newbie :) Here’s the deal:Q1: 6 options (select as many as you like)  3 answers have 1 follow up question  3 answers have none  I have the brand logic set if you select all 3 of of the options that require a follow up question, but I can’t crack the code if you select just 2, or 1 and 1 (or 3) of the options with no follow up questions.  I’ve read and experimented with the “question grouping” structure, but still getting stuck. If there are any videos out there that show this particular use case, that’d be awesome!  Thanks in advance for any help! 

Hi, I’m working on building a quiz which will lead to health recommendations.The data I will be collecting are very sensitive and I need to make sure that I can guarantee the required security to ma participants.According to the law the data will need to be accessible by a doctor only (even myself and typeform can’t have access to them) and they need to be hosted on a certified server (I know AWS benefits from the ‘HDS’ certification but not for all their services. which one is typeform using?) thank you

I am trying to get a feedback form build where the respondant can leave comments if they want to. I don't seem to be able to find the option to submit without the content in the text box? 

I want to collect hidden fields in one form, and use the responses in a second form - but I need there to be at least a week in between the two forms. So I don’t want my participants to be automatically redirected to the new form. Is there any way to do this? 

Hello!I don’t seem to be finding the right pathway to achieve what I’m looking for. It sounds like I can achieve what I want, but I may need to be integrating with other platforms. I’m a loan officer and I’m wanting to send a form to new referrals to gather information about their employment and income so I know what types of documentation I will need to request from them. As an example:What is your employment type? (Select all that apply) A. W2 Employee B. Self-Employed C. Business Owner In this example, let’s say the user selected “A” and “B”. Upon completion of the questions, the user would receive a documentation list/report based on the answers they provided that they could save/print or elect to have it emailed. Is there anyway to remove keyboard shortcuts to submit answers? It looks quite unattractive on my survey, and just want people to respond using the buttons by using their mouse or track pad Can anyone help? Thanks 

This is my first typeform so my language may be not 100% accurate.I have a questionaire which i want to use to score answers and give an hidden outcome of low, medium or high. This is how we judge the future profitability of a customer.Most questions will be multiple choice with different scores for each answer but only one answer can be selected.  For example:Answer A - score 1 Answer B - score 6 Answer C - score 10If all my questions were like this then it would be easy to calculate a final score. However i have one question which is multiple choice and you can select up to 7 answers. The total score depends on how many answers you select and each answer has a different weighting. Therefore i need to caclulate the total score and divide by the number of answers selected. Hi.Can you please tell me if it is possible to create something like a simulator on the platform?For example, there is a question to a person, and from his answer will develop further story. Like a psychology test: if you choose answer a, then further question D, if you choose answer b, then further question C.Or, as in our case, if the answer is right, there will be one scenario, if the answer is wrong, there will be another.

Now, no matter how I set it, I can slide to the next question on the computer or mobile phone.5. It seems that after setting up the previous question, it is impossible to slide to the next question without completing the previous question.

Hi there, if a user partially completes a survey and clicks “submit” but then comes back to the same survey, can their previous answers be displayed so they don’t have to start all over again?

Hi all, I’m building a quiz that will be accessible for all visitors on an event, through a secured tablet.I didn’t use a ending, but instead used a question where I show the results they scored and added a button to go back to the first slide.However, when doing this, the questions aren’t reset: the form remembers the answers from the last respondent. Is there a way to reset all answers? Thx,Dries.

Hello!I want to create a typeform that follows along a Rise course. So a student completes part of the form, continues working in the course, and then in another module, they come back to the same form to fill out a different section.  Is there a way to have the same form linked across multiple pages? Will it save progress? 

Helo,I have a multiple choice question with multiple answers. The last answer should be "Other". For this I would like to have a free line to give the answer even more space. Is this possible? I have not found the option. Thank in advance for your help!

Hi,My survey has multiple choice - with an "other" option.The reports show all the multiple choice responses, but the "other" options appear as a dash -I read in another support chat that the "check mark" must be clicked by the respondent.My question is: How do I disable the check mark in the "other" field option (so I can read responses)? Thank you!
