Hi,I have 10 questions in my quiz but when I go to preview it or test it only one question comes up and then the results. How do I connect all my questions under one quiz? I’ve used the + button to add questions, everything seems in order…. I am using logic for my results and connected those as well but for some reason the test only goes thru the 1st question and then straight to results.Help!
Hi Everyone! My question is that how multiple choice quiz integrate in captcha typing with kadence theme in WordPress.
I have a dropdown menu of 170 choices plus OTHER.Any of the first 170 lead to 4 or 5 next steps.OTHER leads elsewhere. How can I define 170 of them together to lead to the next several choices, rather than entering each one separately, which would be 170 times 4-5 different options after that.
Hello,I searched the help page and community but didn’t find my answer. Sorry if already is herer but I did not see it.Here my situationI’m building a game form with questions like “who would you choose to…?” and a list of names.I used a dropdown list because it seems to be easier to select but it can be another type if necessary. The list of answer options contains the 31 names of the people who will play.I hope this is clear so far 🤞Here the questionI would like that a previous answer cannot be chosen next.If the first question is “who would you choose to set a surprise party?” and you chosse Karen. Then I would like to dynamicaly exclude Karen from the liste of the next answers options.Do you think it is possible ?I saw that you can refer to a previous answer with @ but I kind of want to do the opposite : refer to the previous list of options minus the answer Thank you a lot for all the time and help you will be able to give
I’m creating a series of questions based on childcare and I need to ask about multiple children (if people have them). My first question is how many children they have - I need data on each - and then there are various questions about the family circumstances and childcare provision in their area.if someone says they have 3 children or 6 children or whatever I need the information for each child. But if someone says they have 1 child I want them to move on to the questions about their circumstances etcHow can I achieve this with logic?
I am curious how to change the way the Link Looks when it’s received? Can you design or put a LOGO where it says Typeform in WHITE?
Hello, I have our CRM hosted on Monday.com, is it possible to populate hidden fields using data from Monday.com? I have watched all of the training videos- understand how to use hidden fields etc I just can’t see if the CRM populate can be Monday.com- does anyone know how to do this?
Can I add dynamic values to the question and/or answers?Example Question: Are you able to Volunteer? {slotNumber} slots available.- Where {slotNumber} is an int that changes as people fill up the form. This slotNumber can either be provided by the JS fetch call to some service (api call), or connected to a googlesheet that feeds these information
Within my custom design theme I use a background image. It flows through my entire typeform and appears as expected on the Welcome screen when I’m building out my typeform. However, once published and previewed/embedded, the Welcome screen, and only the Welcome screen, drops the custom background image from my typeform. Once a user begins my typeform every other page in the typeform then actually does have my custom background image from the theme. I just can’t figure out why it drops and is replaced by flat black on the Welcome screen once published. Can anyone help?
I’m having trouble scoring a quiz in which respondents are scored in multiple categories.Conceptually, the user completes the quiz and then sees their score in each category on the end screen. Since Matrix options don’t have a score feature yet, I’m using individual Likert-style questions comprised of statements and an agreement/disagreement scale of 6 options for each. Each of the options in the scale have an assigned score value (0 for strongly disagree, 5 for strongly agree) and I have variables set up for each category they’re graded on. The logic looks like:[Statement] Always add [score] to [category 1]But I find that the final score tally is totally off on the final screen.Over six questions linked to 3 categories (2 questions for each), selecting the option that should score 1 for every question, I’m expecting:Category 1: 2Category 2: 2Category 3: 2I’m getting:Category 1: 3Category 2: 7Category 3: 11Obviously it’s not separating the scores. Is there a way to make this idea work?
Hello. I have two fields BEGINNING DATE (start date of event to select) and END DATE (end date of event to select). How can I force users to choose a PRESENT or FUTURE date, and not PAST. THANK YOU.
We have so many complaints of our users not being able to Upload an Image. They will be using a multitude of different devices, browsers and handsets. So I don’t think it’s one specific photo or device (so please don’t ask me to try another photos / browser first 😬). It either just doesn’t work, Or jumps them back to the start of the (long) form. Very frustrating, and bad for our company! Can anyone help. I can’t figure out how to contact Typeform?! 😡Thank you! 🙏 Jo x
Only one question showing on survey when Shared link. And it is published....help!
Is there a way to adjust the automatically calculated time to complete number?
WHat kind of things you guys talk about?
Hi everyone. So I am doing a website for a client who is running a telehealth operation for weight loss. They are asking me to have a form created, as a quiz kinda setup to see if they would qualify for a weight loss prescription program, and this is where they collect credentials of potential patients height, weight, age, gender, medical conditions, etc. I am grateful that Typeform has the capability to do some pretty decent Conditional Logic options, and I saw another thread from before where someone did a BMI Calculator formula. But here is where I’m stuck.I need to find a way where, when I collect a person’s height and weight, a BMI number will be calculated in the background, and then that BMI number will determine eligiblity based on further questions they are asked, where certain BMI numbers will not qualify for their program.I see that someone was able to make a BMI fomula work successfully, but it creates the end point of saying “Your BMI number is ____” and I need it to go furt
Is there a way to add a unique name/identifier to a quiz in the Typeform dashboard that isn’t visible to the outside world? For example, I want to duplicate one of our quizzes and make some small changes to the results page to tailor it to a different audience. i.e. “Quiz (version A)” and “Quiz (version B)”. But I don’t want someone who sees or takes the quiz to see the “(version A)” or “(version B)” after “Quiz”, which they do if I actually name them like that in Typeform.
WHY IS IT that when you move the logic map around it doesn’t save? My stuff is allllllll over the place. For exampleI have a question with five optionsEach option has logic that takes them to a new question based on their answerThat question has two optionseach option is independent and sends them to one of two places. And i have to do this for each of the original five options. If I go in and clean up the logic map, move it around so it’s clear and easy to read, when i go back in, it’s a mess again?Thoughts?
I have created a ten question, multiple choice quiz. Each Q has two statements associated, using logic to create a “correct” statement answer and an “incorrect” statement answer if the correct answer is not selected. Using “Scoring,” I attributed one point to the correct answer for each question. However, the End screen is showing an incorrect total for the score (example: if I miss one Q, it’s showing that I receive a score of 7 out of 10, indicating I missed three questions). What am I doing incorrectly? Thanks in advance ~ Stvy
Hello, I am looking to see if there’s a way that I can create a form that once complete (and depending on conditional logic), emails a unique RMA to the customer. This RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be used by the customer to affix to their package, so that when we get it back at our office, we can cross reference the code with the customer filled content form.I feel like there MIGHT be a way here but I have not spent enough time looking. Currently, I can get JotForm to do this but, it’s ugly and doesn’t really function well on my site. Thanks a bunch.
Hi Team,My industry requires potential customers to answer questions that are slightly complicated - This may require a piece of extra information about each option. I am wondering if there is an option to add an (i) icon next to an option/question - this when clicked or hovered over will open a small pop-up/text box that gives additional details. Please help me find the right way to insert this! :)
Hello, I have two questions: 1) Question 1: I would like to create a question with the following structure:“Identify the requirements of XX in relation to:A: … data/text input B: … data/text input C: … data/text input “Is it possible to set up this question and make it appear on one page? I’d prefer to have it just on one page as one question rather than splitting it into 3 questions on 3 separate pages. 2) Question 2: I would like to create a multiple choice question where the user can then input further data/text information to the options selected, eg:“Tick the options that apply and describe the strategy used:A - if relevant, select and add description B - if relevant, select and add description C - if relevant, select and add description “Is it possible? Again, I would like to have this as one question on one page, rather than splitting it into different questions on different pages. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!Alessandra
Hello,I’ve been looking for a platform that will allow me to create a needs assessment form for our business operators to input their current recruiting needs. We’d ask basic questions around how any employees to be hired, what is the timeline, what is the desired experience, etc. From there, based on their specific answers to each question (say no more than 5 questions), I’d like to have an email sent with personalized recommendations of internal recruitment resources to be used (which are housed in Sharepoint). I understand this would require identifying which resources match with each possible answer. Is there a way for Typeform to understand the equation of which resources to send based on the answers provided?
It's not very clear how to set up the logic. You need to do this so that a specific question opens only if the answer to question 1 or 2 was no.Well, that is, in one of these questions the answer can be yes, in the second no, this should open question three. If no and no or yes yes, then everything is clear. Help
