Manage your Typeform account

There is no change on the site when I enter the card number and press save button on the payment meothod. This card is a master card and the number is also valid. And I'm accessing the site using Google Chrome. Please let me know if there's anything I'm missing or what I need to do to make the payment.

Hi, need some  help. Just upgraded from an old plan to the Plus plan and I can not publish my forms. My previous plan was cheaper, but no issues. Can someone please let me know what is happening.  

We were charged automatically today for another year without any prior notice about the charge. We aren’t using this service anymore so we require cancellation and a refund.There is no way to contact support other than creating a ticket. 

Can I use the same subscription of Typeform for VideoAsk?

I’ve been having issues with our main account with our payments, our bank switch our cards, and we didnt update our automatically billed on our account, i have been trying to contact the billing department in several ways, to reactivate the account we already updated the billing info, but no luck at all, super slow process, i dont know where else to go! We did receive the billing notices of the card but the email went directly to spam since it does not come from an legitimate email, but from a Boot or something like it, you guys need to fix so it wont go directly to junk.Where should we contact someone regarding this matter? We already try all the type of forms in the website, we even pay a new account to business because we read about a LiveCHat, that is no where to be found to see if we could solve that quicker.Thank you!

Is there a payment option for 200 - 300 responses per month? As my business does not need 10,000 responses. Thank you in advance!

With a number of clients who would benefit from Typeform, I submitted a Service Partner Application but continue to see the status as “under review”. How long does the review process take and is there any way to expedite this?I have some end-of-year projects in mind so approval timing is important.Thanks for your help!

Hello everyone ! I know that Typeform’s servers are based in the US, with a backup in Germany. For European companies, do you know if the data is also transferred to the US ? Or it all goes only to the German servers ? Thanks for your help :)

I need help logging in to my account and i can’t find a way to speak to human to get the issue rectified.When i try to login it directs me to a page that says ‘the URL entered doesn't exist' - i need to create a survey asap and can’t find an answer online nor can i find a way to speak to a human about the issue. #annoyedcustomer

Hi,First time trying Typeform and it looks great for our use case.Unfortuanely I didn’t read the trial terms properly and in my testing I used up 6 of the 10 trails (I’m doing a demo of 5 questionaire types)I did want to share this with my boss so he can see what we can do.Does anyone know if Typeform would reset or extend the trail (I really only need to let 2 other people test them a few times each)ThanksG

I have a subscription that allows for 250 responses per month, but ALL responses were instantly filled by fake BOT responses. I am trying to redo the campaign and create a landing page to validate respondents are real humans before I manually send them the link to our survey. If I delete all of the BOT responses in my account, will I be able to start over or will they still be counted toward my monthly response limit. Can I have customer service reset my response limit for this month so I can start over?

The data downloaded via Typeform is in .json format .. how do i access the same?

As I try to login it automatically sends me to a signup (new account) page: I even logged out from all my google accounts to log in to just the one I used to set my typeform (paid account) with and it still doesn’t work.

Hi, We started using Typeform and it did not suit our needs. We have not been online in months. The auto renewal just went off and it surprised all of us.  Can we please have a refund as we have not used or plan to use the platform ?Much appreciated. HDL

Hi, We are using type form for a client. Before we can use any 3rd party services we need to do a conflict check. In the conflict check we need to provide a contact person from Typeform. Any chance you can provide me with such a name and their email? Best,Matilda
