Hi, I’ve signed up with a gmail email acct and then upgraded to a Plus Plan. However, I need to change my email address to my work one. However, when I try to do that through settings it won’t let me. Can anybody help?

Changing billing country

I have changed the payment details on my PRO account, to a colleague based in a different country. However I can’t change the country listed on the card, as it says this must remain as UK, where the last payment was made from. Can someone confirm how I can change the payment country so that all the card details are correct? Thanks,Katy

Changing User Privileges

My client has a new account in his name but wants to allow a team member the ability to work with the account as an owner too i.e. deleting results or old surveys… how? Cant see how to do this

accoutn can't change email - says contact support

Any other way to transfer a typeform to another person without being on a paid plan? Only way i see is to change my email on my account. Went to do this but it says I must contact support. Please help!

I've upgraded to Premium but still can't add users to a workspace...?

Hello, I updated my plan to premium so I can add members to my workspace, but despite logging in and out, clearing cookies, etc…, I still see the request to upgrade when I try to add users. Any ideas? I’ve filed a ticket but have not heard back and this is a borderline urgent issue for a project.

Downgrade effective date

Hi, I am new to Typeform. I signed up for the Professional monthly subscription. Prior to the start of the new month, I downgraded back to the Free version. I may go back up in the future, but for now, I need to downgrade. Although I downgraded prior to the start of the new month, I was charged for the full month anyway. How does the monthly plan work? I have not used any of the features. Will I be able to get a refund for the month charged after I downgraded to Free?

Payment Issue

Hi there,I have purchased Professional Yearly Plan in Feb but it charged EUR 0.00 to my credit card, I thought maybe they will charge me at the end of the billing period.Now I am trying to unsubscribe the plan and it shows that I’ve been using Free Plan. Do you have any idea if I purchased the plan successfully at the first place?I just deleted my credit card info but cannot find ‘unsubscribe’ or ‘cancel’ button, and am afraid that I might need to pay for another period later.
