What kind of Cybersecurity does Typeform maintain, is there any privacy statement available  

I need to cancel my subscription and I cannot find the link to do so. Can you please point me to it?

Hi, Have sent this request to Support a few days back and have not heard from them since.  When I went to upgrade my account, I didn’t realise that my new test account was actually being upgraded.  So what I would like to do is have my paid account merged with my old account with the new Typeforms that have been created.  The new account throws us off our VideoAsk account as well and does not allow us to login without the old account.  Appreciate the help.  Thanking you, Aftab. PS: Just for my information - is this the only avenue for support going forward?

Can anyone please help me. I’ve previously been using the classic design but now my typeforms have automatically updated to the new format.I now no longer have my the email button to turn on all the answers from my form to be sent to my email address.I’ve been searching for ages and still can’t find anywhere in which I can turn these on. Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks, Ryan 

HI, I’m an agency and I’m trying Typeform, wich pricing is better for an agency with differents clients using typeforms?  

I have been a Typeform client for several years. We were on what I think was the pro plan.Typeform sent to me an email telling me I should switch to their basic plan (under the new plans), which I did, but it messed up ALL OF MY LINKS!!I have emailed them several times over the past week now asking them to fix it, but no one has responded.I have loved Typeform, but with this clear deception, and terrible customer support, I don’t think I would ever recommend someone to use Typeform. I am curious to know if anyone in support is aware of this deceptive behavior and if anyone is even interested in changing it?I am pasting below some of the conversation.  This was the initial email I received Hello, Firstly, you don't have to do anything and can continue on your Pro plan at the same price.  Why new plans?The new plans are s

I’m a happy user of Tyepform since a couple of years, and was super excited to see that the Free Plan was now offering unlimited Typeforms. In my account though, I don’t see this change, and I still have the 3 Typeforms limit. Anybody knows why or has had the same issue? Thank you so much everyone! 

Team, I changed my subdomain several months ago and now I want to change it back.  When I try to change it back, it says that the subdomain is taken.   The subdomain name is so unique to me that I cannot imagine that someone other than me is using it.   It seems most likely that the custom subdomain is taken by me.  How can I check?  I didn’t see any way to actually get support.

Hi,I created a Typeform for my client to add to her mobile app project and used a “dummy” gmail account. Now that I am handing over her project to her, I need to change the email that I created for her over to her business email. I tried to change it under her account settings but, I am not finding where to change it. Thank you for your help!

 I pressed  "Unsubscribe from all Typeform respondent notifications" in Gmail.That’s my mistake so i want subscribe again to receive notification of respondents. Can i do this?

Is it possible to get a refund on a yearly paid plan? Those changes really don't make me feel comfortable on using this tool for my small business. 

I’ve been looking over the new price plan comparisons and see different response addon limits. Not quite sure what is meant by “response addons”.

HelloCan I create custom (personal) links for managers to collect feedbacks? We plan to use questionnaires for the call center via CRM (not in the list of available ones). After the call, a questionnaire is sent to the client. We need to see whose client completed the survey, is it possible with Typeform?

If I have 2 typeforms in the Free Plan - Do I get 100 Responses per typeform per month ORJust a total of 100 responses per month (combination of typeform responses) ? 

How can ik find a form back in the workspaces by using its url?In the search function i can only search on title of the form. But i want to be able to relocate the form that uses a specific url. 

Hi all, I’ve just seen the email about the changes to different Typeform plans. Although I’m a happy paid user with one job, I also coordinate a side-project which only has the free Typeform (and sadly doesn’t have budget to upgrade). We’re about to send out a form to 50 people. When the changes to the paid plans come in, does that affect the free plan that I’m currently on? Will I be able to collect 100 or 10 responses per month? Thanks!!

Hi there,firstly apologies if there is a better place to ask this question.I currently have a basic plan and I’m looking to upgrade to a plus plan to allow additional users to view the results from a project.Problem is I require four users (me + 3) and this doesn’t seem to be an option unless I go for the full package.The main user (me) would be the only person actually using type form whilst the others would just be viewing.any help would be much appreciated.Thanks,Matt
