Share your typeform

I’m trying to embed my form with a transparent background. Changing the background transparency to 100% works great... except that on the mobile version of the form, the background still shows behind the navigation arrows. Bonus: I would also love it the navigation arrows centered on mobile to match the rest of the form instead of floating left.  

My thumbnail isn’t showing when i copy and paste the link. It only shows the typeform one. I’ve tried everything and wanted to send this out today as its already late. I’ve paid for a basic plan which i thought would cover my basic needs (this being one of them) It’s allowing me to change the thumbnail but, the issue comes when i come and paste. Please can you help as it looks really unprofessional with the typeform generic thumbnail. Thanks

Hi there,I would need to embed my form in a website as a popup at website loading, this is working as expected and I have already tested. How could I stop to pop up the form as soon as my end users submitted a response? So I get the pop up and I submit my answer I wouldn’t want another pop up if I have access to website after a while.Thanks!Nicola 

Hi,I am trying to embed my survey in a klaviyo email.I’ve used the provided code and it shows the first question, bypassing the welcome screen.I’d like to instead, default to showing the “Start Survey” button on the welcome screen.Is this possible?ThanksMeredith 

Hi All, We are having issues publishing one of our workspaces and we are unsure why. When we hit “publish”, it is coming up with the two below points:-This form uses features that aren’t in your plan (we have recently upgraded our plan and this wasn’t an issue previously-Upgrade your plan (we already have)-Remove paid features (there are no list of paid features displaying here, so we have no idea of being able to identify what paid features are in this workspace) Can anyone provide any insight?  Thanks!

I’m sharing my quiz-form link in Instagram DMs but even though I have a custom thumbnail and description for it in Typeform, when the message cmes through on Insta the thumbnail is blank and the description is just a standard Typeform one saying ‘Turn data collection into an experience with Typeform ...’ etc. How do I fix this so that my thumbnail and description show up? Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi,We are using type form, free plan, for now, as a survey form in order to get answers from companies and make choices once we get the number.But, it is loading so slowly… at each question (after 50 Q), the typing time is a nightmare, it is very slow and does not matter the browser or the computer.Typeform is a great tool, but I was wondering, if you would have any solution to solve this?Thanks in advance

I have an audience that could use the same typeform I have already created. Is there a way to share a link with them so they they can simple upload the premade typeform into their own Typeform account simpler to how Canava has share links to be able to share designed that upload right into your account and let you edit them? I would like to know how to do this if it is possible! Thank you! 

I have a typeform survey that has stopped working. Everytime I go to the survey it is asking to be published. no matter how many time i publish it it wont stay published. It was working fine until this morning.Any ideas

I’m using Intercom and embedding my typeform in an emailIt’s a multi-screen typeform. The email asks users to click the link if they want to participate, and the link takes them to the 3 screen typeform. My users get the email, and when they click through to the typeform survey, they’re seeing that same first screen again. How do I prevent that? This is where a lot of drop-off happens

Hi all,our account was recently upgraded to plus, however whenever I tried to add two endings, the typeform can’t be published because features are missing (there are two errors - one is to upgrade, and the second one is a technical error in the bottom left corner).I created a blank typeform with one question and it published without any issues. When I added two endings, it no longer wants to be published but this feature should be included in our plus plan…

I'm getting the "Your typeform uses one or more features not available in your plan" but it doesn't tell me what feature that is, so I can't rectify it

I have already started to received survey results from the survey in my personal account and need to move the survey to the organization’s account. Hi! We have created an RSVP form for an event and noticed that confirmation emails are being sent to respondent’s spam instead of their inbox. Is there any way to fix this issue besides marking the emails as “Not Spam” when they open them? 

I’m trying to see if it’s possible to have a form going to a specific email address (for example sales team) while having another form going to another email address (for example customer service)is this possible? can we have forms go to different email addresses?

I want to link to a Typeform survey using a generated link that includes Fname, Company and Account Manager. I got the link working, but when I send out an email, Marketing cloud includes amp; in the link. How do I dynamically set a hidden field to “today” in a form link to share?

Is it possible to set Typeform to only collect responses on certain days each month?We use this for our contractors to file invoices but we only want the form to work between the 1st and 5th of each month, then if they miss the cut-off they have to file it the next month.Thanks for any help!

Hi,Multiple choice questions cannot be scrolled when the content overflows to the bottom of the screen. This is a major usability issue.There seems to be only a tiny space at the right that allows for scrolling, this is not user friendly at all.Could you please fix that? Link to a sample typeform to reproduce the problem:
