I have tried to email you about this but haven’t got any answers.. I have had your typeform for a year now with no problem, all of a sudden half of my clients were unable to upload their images in the files.. I need to know if this was some bug that has been fixed or what because otherwise I don’t trust this again. This was a huge problem since I’m using it for “before and after” pictures for my clients.

When using a template, I added questions. They are not showing up in the Live Preview or in the link when published. Any help appreciated. Thanks

When the final question is completed on my form, for some reason it is not forwarding respondents to the ending section. I've tried multiple ways to fix this, however got no luck. please help

I want to be able to copy individual questions or question groups (with logic) to other typeforms. I think the best way to do that is to create a question repository for often used questions, question groups (with logic) and/or complete typeform templates. An extra feature to be able to share those again between colleagues or friends.That way we can drag and drop to make custom typeforms quickly or combine the good stuff from different typeforms and also maintain uniformity in how questions are asked (and answered) which helps a great deal with integrations especially.

Deleted a typeform by mistake and now I have a typeform advert on my website where the form was embedded until my dev team come on line monday morning , what do I do?

Hi,Just want to report a bug (or a design issue?). When users select one or more options, and then type something in  “Other” in a multiple selection question, and click Submit without pressing enter key or clicking on the tick button, what s/he just typed won‘t be recorded in their response. 

It would be cool if Loom was an option for video embed.

I created a form in Thai language. Once published, let’s say 5% of users complained of experiencing strange questions. Upon inquiries, I found out that the whole form seems to be translated into Thai. Not just English to Thai but Thai to very strange Thai. It made no sense and caused disreputable!!  

Has anyone every used typeform to gather data for job board submissions? I am thinking about using Jotform, but I love how simple Typeform is for users to use.  What I am trying to achieve is to have employers post jobs to a job board that I am building with Webflow. Basically, they submissions coming in will be pushed to Airtable and then pushed to the Webflow CMS that will display the jobs listings submitted via the Typeform.  My only thing, is that when a employer wants to submit jobs after their initial one, they’ll have to fill out all of their company details again.  If anyone has collected job board submissions with Typeform, I’d love to hear how you went about it.

Hello!I logged into typeform today and all of my workspace data is gone. I had been blocked out of my account somehow, so I reset my password. Then I logged in and everything was gone. Is there a way to recover my information? 

We are a small community club with little income and I created a small survey for future planning. Once completed I closed our type form account only to be charged £25 again. I closed our account a second time and ensured it was complete and I have just been hustled for a further £25 we can’t afford. I would contact Typeform direct, however, there is no account contact whatsoever! Any advice on how get out of this contract with the devil! Contact me. Stuart

What would be the best way to build this feature?

Hi,I think the information currently in the Developers guide on Postman could be clearer. I also think there should be a way on there to give feedback, like there is on the community area.So, specifically, I had a lot of confusion setting up my typeform_personal_token. I’ve been using without problem in python scripts, but couldn’t understand why I wasn’t getting authorised in Postman.Based on the information here, I added my token into my global variables, I even followed the linked global variable guide to verify this was working. I keep getting this unresponsive page every time O load this question. Any ideas? Have tried rebooting, switching wifi and duplicating form. Seems to be a bug. Any ideas?
