Typeform conversations

We recently launched a health-tech startup and we are using Typeform for our medical intake forms. We need to access an enterprise account for HIPAA compliance urgently. Despite multiple attempts over the past few weeks to reach the sales team (filled out the online form numerous times and messaged via Instagram numerous times), no one is responding to me. I have been unable to locate an email address or contact number anywhere online, so as a last resort I am hoping someone here can help me. I am based in Melbourne, Australia. Thanks, Will

Hello,  We currently have TypeForm responses flowing into Salesforce. Is there a way for when a lead is automatically created in SFDC from TypeForm to follow the lead assignment rules I’ve already created in SFDC?Currently, anytime a lead is pushed from typeform and created in SFDC, the lead owner defaults to me (the TF admin). What I’d like it to do, is based on a response field from typeform have it follow the lead assignment rule. ie: question in typeform states “how many licenses do you need?” then in SFDC if the field is > or= to 25 assign to specific rep in salesforce, if <25 assign to a specific rep.  I have the native integration set up but it looks as though this may actually be possible by utilizing Zapier (see screenshot)? It would be awesome if someone knows of a way to either create a trigger/flow in SFDC already and how to go about setting it up OR if this is actually possible utilizing only the Zapier integration?  TF Zapier SFDC link → https://zapier.com/apps/sale

 Hi everyone,I'm using Typeform in NPS email campaigns where users can respond by clicking trackable buttons in the email integrated in the URL (directing them to the second page of Typeform for detailed feedback on their score) or a standard link (leading to the first page with scoring buttons) for those who can’t click on the button. This dual method is causing score data to be logged in separate columns in Google Sheets. I’m looking a solution to merge these data streams into a single column for uniform analysis. The email contains both clickable score buttons (tracked links) and a regular link for users to copy/paste or click directly, so 2 columns in my sheetIf you have one idea, currently i’m doing the merge on the google sheet  by creating a new column but it’s not optimal :) Best

Are there instructions I am missing?

Hi there. I need some help in creating a form with the following requirement. I have a question that ask’s a user how many tenants they have in their property. The answer could be anywhere from 1-6 people. Based on the dropdown answer, I then need the user to be prompted to enter the required information e.g. if they select 3, then they will be prompted to enter in 3 tenants details. Equally, if they select 1 tenant, then they will only be asked for 1 tenants details. Is this possible?

Hello. I created a dropdown with 50 answers and when I test the form on mobile, it won't show me the options. If I scroll down, I occasionally can see the options, but only for like half a second. Can anyone help?

Is there a way to embed a formatted preview of submissions/responses into an external page? Say an HTML page?Just like Google Forms.

Hi there,I’m fairly new to Typeform. I have a webhook running that handles some sensitive user data. Is it possible to hide this user info in the webhook logs or hide the logs all together? Reason for doing this is, the typeform account is shared and we don’t want to expose the user data.Thanks all!Jamie

Hi Community, im trying to setup auto-follow up emails to users that started to complete a form.Example:User Completed:Q & A 1)NameQ & A 2)EmailQ & A 3) Mobile NrDid not Complete:Q & A 4 - 10) Mobile Device type? Within X minutes or hours after completing Q & A 3) BUT not completing Q & A 4) I would like to send a follow up email when the user drops off.The email will embed the link to the Q & A 4) to revert and complete. Thank You

Hey all,Just as the title shows I am wondering how many typeforms (quizzes) I am able to hold under my one account?I needed a way to generate new QR codes for each user of my form. Since I cannot generate unique QR’s for each user I am just duplicating the typeform and make unique tests even though they are identical in everyway.Is there a limit to how many active quizzes I am able to have? This may work its way up to having hundreds of ‘unique’ quizzes. Is there any imposed limits?

Hello,I have created a Quiz with different end pages depending on the results, on Typeform. I have then created different Tags on Mailchimp related to those end pages. I understand how to connect typeform end pages to those tags on mailchimp, however I’m not sure how to set up an automated email send out to each person depending on their results. I tried to create different campaigns on mailchimp connected to the Tags, but you can’t create a campaign with the audience as that tag, if there’s no recipients in there yet? So I’m confused. As the Tag’s on mailchimp will only fill up with emails once the quiz taker get’s to an end page. I hope I make sense,Can you help ? Pearl

Is there a simple tutorial on how to embed Typeform on a mobile web page displayed in a webview on a mobile app? I get my form - the CSS is formatted for website - and all I find are tutorials on how to embed in websites.

Hi everyone!My Typeform is currently being picked up by many other professionals and companies.They want to offer my quiz on their sites for their customers to use.My question is, at the end of a given month, is there a way for me to know how many responses came from each source? Is this available through Typeform or will I need some other integration etc..?Thanks in advance for the help.

Hello, the buton link at the end of the typeform does not work with certain browsers. Firefox and Safari work fine. Edge and Google Chrome do not work. We work with a CMS from Wix. Where is the problem coming from?
