Hi! I am wondering why there are no longer “token”s listed in the emails? I am talking about the emailed responses after someone enters a response in your typeform. There used to be a “token” in white lettering at the bottom of the email, and it made it super easy to track your responses. For example, I have all of my responses connected to google sheets, and next to each one Typeform would list the token, then I could copy and paste the token into my email search bar and it would bring it right up. As of 10/17/23, there are no longer tokens. This was actually a huge selling point for me to use Typeform.

Hi there!I’m creating a form where our customers and prospects can choose a timeslot for a car test drive. Is it possible to hide an option that has already been chosen by another person? For example: Customer A chooses the 10:30 - 11:00 time slot. Customer B only sees the remaining options 10u:00 - 10:00 and 11:30 - 12:00, but customer B can’t see the 10:30 - 11:00 time slot anymore. Thank you for you help!

I have a typeform with 10 questions, but we want each user to receieve 5 randomly, is it possible? Example user 1 gets questions 1,3,5,7,9user 2 gets questions 2,4,6,7,8user 3 gets questions 3,4,5,6,9

I’ve created a self-assessment where there are questions that don’t really have answers that would guide someone to 1 of the 3 outcome results (but the majority of the questions do/will). If I just don’t select answers for those odd-ball questions (assuming this is even an option), will that throw the results or will it still allow me to establish clear paths to each of the proper outcomes?For example - the first three questions of the survey (self-assessment) will determine the outcome (each answer, 3 options, will pair to a specific result), the remaining questions are really just to gather additional information. If I only set up the outcome quiz logic for those first three questions, will that work?

I am learning how to build my typeform and I wish to send a user to a url on my site once the click an option on the multiple choice question.  Is this possible in the builder tool or is this an option with a paid plan? Thank you for any help or insights you can provide.  

It seems that hyperlinks open in a new tab on your desktop, but not when accessing via mobile. I’ve created a mental health awareness tool that has links signposting help resources. The problem is, if people follow the links, they fall out of the Typeform.Please help!

I’ve created a form which has multiple endings which show depending on how the user has answered the questions. I’d like to email the user their answers, including the custom ending that they were shown. I can’t see this option when trying to create the respondent email notification (I can only select their answers to particular questions, but not their custom ending). Does anyone know where I’m going wrong? Or if there’s a workaround?Thanks!

I’m having trouble tracking Hubspot UTK on embed forms. I found this article:https://www.typeform.com/help/a/using-hidden-fields-with-embedded-typeforms-360029264632/and it seems that hidden fileds show up on the embeding codeWhen I connect Hubspot to the form it shows the UTK But the embed code doesn’t show itWhat we want is to track different pages using the same form. I can figure it out.

Hi all,Sometime around November 18, a new wrapped embedding code was rolled out. Unfortunately the new code is not caring on hidden fields when embedded in WordPress, so the other apps like Zapier, are not able to pick hidden fields to process the information. Has anyone experienced a similar situation?I have been using Zapier to send my Typeform results to a Excel, because Typeform integration to Excel is very limited.

I’m attempting to integrate Pipedrive into my Typeform survey. In the step where I’m supposed to pick information from the survey, Typeform will only offer the default questions and not the questions that I’ve created. I haven’t published the survey yet, would it possibly be due to this or perhaps due to another issue? Any tips on how I can have the integration process recognize the survey that I’ve created?Thanks in advance!

I use a simple form to support our technical team to create tickets in our inhouse ticket system.The form collects to data and than send it to a webhook where is optimized and the ticket is created.The response to web webhook contains an individual url to the new created ticket and it would be very helpfull if typeform can redirect to that url after finishing the form/webhook

Hello,Is it possible to show a brief description under choice when the user selects it? For example, if I have the following choices:A B CWhen the user chooses C, is it possible to show preconfigured text under choice C / on the side of the page? This is very helpful if we were to show some additional information / feedback for that choice.  

Here at our company, we have some 100% anonymous climate surveys, but we needed to block them so that the same person would not respond more than once. We know that by downloading the responses to Excel, we can see the Network ID, but if everyone in the company responds on the same internet, it would no longer work for us to find out if there was a duplicate response.Is there any way to make the survey anonymous, but block the machine's IP for just 1 response? From the machine it is more efficient than from the internet. Since we stay on the same connection daily!Thank you very much for your attention :)Tairê - Suzano Holding 

Can you give an answer to the people who fill in the questionnaire.If they answer on 5 questions they get to see the result of selected products.Is that possible?

Hey folks, I was wondering if it was possible to send an response to the end user with an individual response e.g. a code, after the survey was checked by me? Furthermore, is it possible to provide a list of codes, by Escel for example, and the system would send the code automatically, but every code only once? Thanks in advance.
