Typeform conversations

Hello, today we bought 600 more responses on Eureka Survey but a few minutes later, we got a warning message saying we reached our Typeform limit of 1k responses/mo. We upgraded our Typeform plan to 1.5k respones/mo, but so far we only got a couple more new responses coming in.Can you please let us know if more responses should’ve come in from Eureka Survey, and fix this issue? Thank you!

Hey everyone, I need some help getting hidden fields to work, particularly when used across Zapier and Airtable. I’m using the new Typeform builder. I’ve created a feedback survey with which includes hidden fields to recall information about the customer’s booking. As I want to send the survey link at scale, I’ll be automating the process and creating the email within Zapier. All the customer information is stored in Airtable, so I’ve applied a formula to populate a prefilled Typeform URL. Everything looks good in Airtable and Zapier, but when I click the link in the email, it doesn’t pull in the hidden fields. I’ve completed this task before, but it was linking to a Typeform created with the classic builder. Is there something I’m missing?

Hello, I have a question regarding typeform capabilitites. We would like to do the following: We are in the process of making a ‘style advisor’. Based on a few questions, we would like to advise a certain style which best matches the preference of that specific respondee.  - 6 questions will have a style score for each answer. By clicking the an answer, the user will add a certain amount of ‘points' to the one of the 4 styles.- At the end of the survey we want to show the score for each of the 4 styles. is this possible with typeform?

Hello everyone,I hope you're doing well. I'm currently facing an issue with my Typeform and HubSpot integration that I'm seeking help with.Usually, I use Typeform form submissions to trigger the creation of new deals and contacts in HubSpot. Recently, I've created a new form that includes an embedded Calendly booking page.However, I've run into a problem. When someone submits the Typeform form, which also includes a Calendly booking, the HubSpot-Typeform integration doesn't function as intended. While the contact is created through the Calendly-HubSpot integration, I'm unable to access the form information that I want to import into HubSpot. This means that even within the HubSpot form page, I can't see any submissions, even though I've filled out the forms.Important info: there is a calendly-hubspot integration set up which automatically create new contacts in HubSpot whenever someone books a meeting.I'm looking for guidance on how to configure the setup so that a form submission trig

App keeps saying a new mobile app is on its way and it doesn’t allow me to edit my documents!!

What do you do when you have more that one Calendly account? I determine which Calendly account I need to connect them based on answers to my questions. It looks like I can’t use the new App for this use case, and would need to use an ending link. Is that correct or is there a better way?Thanks!

Hello,I’m creating a feedback form to be sent to 5 managers.  They will be asked to provide feedback on each other.  My first question asks the respondent their name, via multiple choice.  Then, I’ve created groups of questions on each manager (eg. Rick takes accountability, Rick is a good manager, Rick is trustworthy, etc.).How do I structure the logic paths so that depending on their name (ie. their answer to the first multipe choice), they are asked about all other managers but not themself?  In other words, I want each respondent to skip just the questions related to them.Appreciate the help of this group!!

How do I include a deadline to submit responses to my survey?I would like to put a time deadline to the survey when the survey will end. That is to say afte 2 days no responses will be accepted

Does anybody know if it’s possible to avoid having the question slide down from the top on scroll? Or, at the very least, is it possible to align it in any way so it is aligned with the buttons & other content in the question?

Hello, I have successfully integrated Salesforce and Typeform. The only missing thing is, One of the questions on my form that is the most important one, classified as my net promoter score does not come up in my integration forms. I’m wondering if its because is classified as the net promoter score? I currently only see available the below. Below is the header for the results in Typeform, as you can see “How likely are you to recommend us “ is not an option in the “dynamic Field Mappings” in Salesforce. Does anyone know why? and How can I include this?Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you.

I’d like to show the ending that is displayed for quiz scores in Salesforce as part of the mapping, am I able to show the variable they receive? or just the score?

Other than emailing them, is there a way that users can view their responses to a typeform after they have submitted?If not, Is there a way that set up a typeform and disables the “submit” function at the end?I’m working on a project in which we are embedding typeforms in a course. We’d like to use typeforms as a workspace to respond to questions and be able to go back and see their responses as they complete the course content. When I’ve tested out, I notice that I no longer have access to my responses after I “submit”. I appreciate any solutions or work arounds!

We are wanting to request store location/address information in our Tyepform intake form. In many cases there will need to be multiple addresses/locations entered.  The options are 1-10 locations. I am looking for the best way to go about this. For example if someone chooses 5 locations, we need to them to be able to enter 5 addresses and so on. What is the best way to do this? 

Hello, I recently did the Type form/Salesforce integration for our client surveys, The integration worked but some of the answers did not populated correctly so I decided to deactivate and delete the original type form Mapping and old object fields I had created for this integration. I create new fields to start “ fresh” and re did the mapping ( These fields are under the contact object and the results should be able to get pulled in reports with the type form specific fields.)  but now, almost none of the survey responses are populated and don't show up in the report. I only see the response id filed for 3 contacts populated and 8 contacts who rated us from 1 to 10. had anyone had something similar happen to them? 

I’ve embedded my quiz and its working however the test doesn’t scale well and on every screen regardless of the amount of text you need to scroll up and down to see all the information. There appears to be a large blank space at the top and bottom of each question.

I have Hubspot integrated into one of our forms and it can gather contact info then send it to Hubspot.However, I want to use the scheduling capability in Hubspot to allow someone to request a demo. How can I do that in Typeform?

The same results from my questionnaire are not showing data from any of my respondents. **These questions were required, I’ve allowed pop-ups, and cleared my browser cookies. Not sure what else to do. Help! 

Hi--Working on a chain of 7 forms. Each one gathers data that is then necessary for a hidden field on those that follow.  For best UX I would like to embed these on webflow course pages, and ideally, the login info would suffice for populating the right user’s hidden field data. Can anyone tell me how to do this? FYI I use DRIP for my CRM.  Thanks in advance!

Is there any way to add labels longer than 24 characters to an opinion scale question? I need users to rank statements that nearest reflect their point of view and the statements are double the 24 allowed characters. 

I've designed a comprehensive Typeform to capture essential lead details, but I'm struggling to seamlessly transfer this data to my CRM without manual intervention. I've researched the integration process, but my attempts so far have been unsuccessful. I've heard that using Typeform's API might be the solution, but I'm not well-versed in coding. 

I have made a typeform for people to buy tickets to an event and I see a massive drop-off rate on the first question of about 60%, in the first question I am just asking for the person to enter their name. Anyone have any idea or suggestions of what could be going on or if there is a way to improve this with typeform?
